I have been miserable, too crowded and staff not friendly, etc. Yesterday I went to this Publix and was pleasantly surprised. Every staff member said hi and asked if they could help. Produce looked very nice and well-organized. Not overly crowded. I will go back to this Publix for my weekly shopping.

Its a common tradition within our small family to eat pounds and pounds of raw meat until we vomit up the last bits of it. A very nice young gentleman! I recently was shopping for my Fathers Day Spread and was pleasantly interrupted checking out some wine and Angelyn noticed my wine and made a recommendation for a cheese that just sounded perfect for our occasion and I purchased without ever trying it before. Comment: Customer service was very nice majority of the time. Deli lines are slow paced & long wait times. Despite the poor wait times the deli crew are pleasant while serving customers.

Comment: GREAT PUBLIX!Clean, roomy aisles and friendly staff. Staff and manager are extremely helpful with anything i need. I have a mobility disability and use their electric cart for shopping always fully powered up. The staff is always there for me. The pharmacy is great. I use it a lot for my many medications. Courteous and respectful to all my pharmacy needs. Being diabetic, i eat sugar free. Bakery could use more sugar free items. Virginia who helps to bag and bring in carts, is wonderful in helping me to check out. Love her! Definitely a great place to shop. Oh viv baez, that was not a nice thing to say about the bakery. BEWARE. Is there a dog around? Were you having a bad day perhaps? These guys work hard. Give them a break! Ok if you want to go down the road to another location. Dont need nasty customers like you at this store anyway.

Comment: I love Publix its always clean and the workers are always nice and willing to help. What I didnt like is the cashiers trying to be sales people. My cashier today not only asked me to donate but also showed me a box of donut on sale and asked if i wanted to buy it. That was such a turnoff.

Comment: Very clean & excellent service in every department, along with checkout, the pharmacy & store managers. The entire staff does an outstanding job.Only one problem at this particular Publix is the small size of the store. As a result some items arent available & certain sections have limited choices. Otherwise, Id give it five stars.

Comment: Happend by the mark down rack and found juicy juice $4.49 at 1/2 price --- $2.25 they rang up .95€ I bought them all --11 ct. funny thing im not a juice drinker. Impoluse buyer. Ive got to stop that

Comment: I ordered a sub from the deli. I have a limited amount of time for lunch and no car so I had to walk 15 minutes each way to pick up my sub. When I got it back to the office it was completely wrong! You may be wondering why Im leaving a five star review!Well being really pissed off I called the store and asked for a manager. I explained my situation that I couldnt walk back now and I was stuck with a sub I really didnt like. Without hesitation the manager asked me what was on the sub that I wanted and my address. In under 15 minutes he was at my door with the sub!Mistakes happen, things go wrong, but this is an great example of excellent customer service.
