German was very professional and understanding of what i need it done. also with the wonderful help of Denise i finally was able to correct the transaction. German and Denise were super attentive, courteous and helpful. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with their professionalism and customer service. Comment: I walked into this Publix location for the 1st time today and my first thought was how impeccable it looked. The floors were spotless and shiny. Everything was perfectly well put together. The lighting was great, it was well organized and the the signs were in the right place. I bought some Cuban pastries, they were really good. I just noticed that the lady that helped me did not change the gloves before picking my food items but it was too late when I noticed to ask her to change them. The staff was super friendly. I was greeted with a smile by several employees and the ladies at the bakery were super nice and friendly.

Comment: This Publix Sabor has my respect. During Hurricane Irma the shelves were well stocked and organized. There was nothing I wanted that I couldnt find. Yes, they ran out of water, but so did everyone else in Miami. The store opened until the last minute and the staff was courteous and professional.
