My daughter had fallen down the day before and it wasnt a big deal but her name was weak and it was causing problems for her so I went into Publix to get a knee brace or a bandage and put it on my United healthcare flex money. But the scanners that they have will not take the barcode on your phone. I was distressed over this and the manager was very very kind to buy the Ace bandages for my daughters name. I seem to be pretty lucky with going to Publix they go out of their way to help you. They just have the best employees and the best managers and this is not the only one everyone that Ive been to has been the same way good people good managers.

The store is clean, the staff is nice and there’s a good variety.The one negative is that in this particular location, they could benefit from someone else being in charge of the hot/fresh food section.They never seem to have enough fried or rotisserie chicken and by 6:30pm, forget it!The warm meat and sides sold at the deli always looks so gross, dried up and old (stirring it every now and then wouldn’t hurt)Whoever is running the show in that area isn’t doing a great job.You know what they say, a fish rots from the head down!

Comment: My regular Publix. I shop BOGOs; glad to see it has stocked Malk unsweetened milk, which usually meant stopping at yet another store! It has Fresh Pet refrigerated dog food, which not every Publix carries, at the same price as Wal-Mart. Publix has great produce and carries bigger bags of roasted, unsalted peanuts. Publix is not the cheapest chain. Corkscrew Crossing Publix is always a relaxing, pleasant experience. Its clean and staff is great.

The two lines they had open had three to four people with very very large orders in line so having 10 or 15 items even 20 we have to pay for ourselves and check out by ourselves we do not like this Publix it is not you ! maybe Walmart is it goes okay but people like having a lot of customer service in Publix thats where shopping is a pleasure. Just a few self checkouts would be fine for people in a real hurry. But need more customer-centered checkouts with cashiers thank you.

Comment: After 23 years of shopping here I can this is My Publix! Excellent cashiers and stockers. Management is friendly and very hands on. Clean aisles, sparkling food and frozen cases with well stock inventory. Groceries are always fresh and the sea food and meat counters are wonderful. Parking is well managed with carts being taken back inside on a consistent basis. The BOGOs are varied and enticing as it gives an opportunity to try new things. The flowers and plants are nicely displayed.Somethings may cost a few cents more than other big box and discount store but considering the convenience, safety, cleanliness and personable polite and attentive personnel - for me it is well worth it and makes it MY Publix!

Or they will put a similar item mixed in with a sale item and unless you check your receipt you often will get charged double or wont get the sale advertised. This has happened several times. They did refund the money, but its still disappointing when you have to bring things you picked out back.

Comment: During my time at Publix in Corkscrew Village, I enjoyed the greatest Pub Sub known to man. My chicken tender sub with provolone and bacon was arguably the best meal I’ve had since moving to America. A young Irish lady named McKinnis provided wonderful customer service. She was comical, fast-paced, a little angry, generous with the toppings, and short-tempered with other guests to ensure that my experience was top tier. She showed me where to find the things on my shopping list, such as motor oil and Chobani Greek Yogurt (vanilla). She even helped me carry my pub sub to my car. She blessed my meal in the name of Jesus. I will certainly be back!

Yet, here I am 38 years later shopping at this incredible location, buying the best products ever and creating a mouth watering meal for my loved ones. Comment: Was nearby camping for the new weekend and came to this Publix for some soda and cold cuts. Most Publix locations Ive ever been to are usually very clean and this one seem to be highly clean which is saying something since it was noticed. The lights in this location seem to be extra bright I felt like I was in a baseball stadium LOL the bathrooms were very clean also. They didnt have much choice of deli meat for some reason maybe it was because it was 8:00 at night I dont know but we ended up getting what we wanted anyway.

Each employee is mind and courteous, Excellent customer service.Today I was reminded again how good John[who services a grocery aisle] is at his job.He is knowledgeable and courteous and has the patience of a saint. I am one who has had to ask him so many times where something is and he never lets me know how many times I have asked him!I have only good feelings about all your employees but John has the patience of a saint! Comment: This particular Publix is set aside from the multitud in Lee County.The Associates are very friendly, the store is always clean and, the bathroom is well appointed.Stop by Estero publix and visit the deli where you will be happily satisfied with their selection of delicious selections.Perfect!

Comment: Very nice store and clean inside. Good selection of pretty much everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot is a bit of a maze and a tad narrow. Not the easiest to notice from the roadways due to trees and landscaping ... have to look for the low profile signs near the entrance/exits.

Comment: Exceeds expectations at this Publix. People available for service of all types, always willing to help you. When the cashiers are busy, Ive even seen the general manager jump in and open a register. Cashiers have asked my if I found everything I needed, and when I didnt, had a runner go back and find it for me (if available). The baggers always ask if they can help you out to your car with your groceries. Prices are sometimes higher then competitors, but you do get service in this store. Keep up the good work!

Comment: Thank you Publix for selling re-usable bags!! At first they look small, too small even. But as it turns out: quite alot of groceries fit into them! The bags are strong and are built to last a long time. The size is perfect! Not too heavy. It surprises me to be able to walk out of your store with only 2 re-usable bags instead of the usual 10 plastic bags. Very convenient! Plus, you managed to make them look chique. Nice design: simple and elegant.

Comment: I like my neighborhood Publix a lot. However, a trip tonight to buy some steak at their butcher shop left me disheartened. As I approached, the young man was helping someone else who then was done. The tall young man with dark hair then went to sweeping the floor. I wait 5 minutes and nothing so I left. Disappointing.

Comment: Everything you would expect from a publix store. If you are not familiar, it is very similar to a Kroger store in terms of quality and selection. Most of the store brand items are comparable to the national brands.

Comment: Great subs, they even offered garlic pickles as a topping where I never seen at other locations. It seem that this us a good spot to buy or sell items on Craigslist, I know I did and saw someone doing the same with a road bike bicycle.

Comment: This is a great publix. It is the largest in the area and has a great selection. Prices are low even on obscure items. The produce section is huge. The pharmacy staff are very helpful. The smallest sections are meat and deli, but they have every cut of meat, and if they dont have the weight you want, the custom cuts window is right there. I live in FL, but if you happen to visit over the summer, they have pool and beach items too (floats, goggles, etc.)

Comment: This is a great place to shop! Ive been there several times and have used their Pharmacy. It is smaller then a few of the Publics Ive been in. And in the times that I have visited this Publix there wasnt any lines or wait time.
