Comment: The cashier Katie was so exceptional today that I had to leave this positive review. Most staff at Publix are assistive and kind, however, at this Publix location Katie went out of her way to assist my elderly mother. This will be my primary shopping/Publix destination from now on due to the care displayed. Management should be proud of Katie and other employees that care as much as she does to enhance the customer experience. Thank you!

Comment: I love Publix of Orlando and I live in Cocoa, 50 miles away. I love it because its clean, the food is fresh, and the store employees are so helpful. People always say the prices are higher than most but I say, quality is what Im paying for! The quality of satisfaction is worth the taste! Thats all that needs to be said about Publix. I must add though, the people who go there are of all nationalities because Orlando is a tourist place. I love talking to people of different cultures and customs and the fact that food brings folks together! Maybe the White House should do business there cause theyll find it doesnt matter who you are or where youre from, the adventure of finding the right food for dinner is a perfect place to be friendly to one another!!

The store is very well clean and tons of smiles from the staff, unlike my previous location in Bal Harbour. Micahel in the fish department went above and beyond with his customers service, his recommendations were fantastic. We also want to thank the young lady in customer service. I didnt get her name, but was average height, short hair with glasses, she was so pleasant to talk with. To the store manager, kudos 👏

Very affordable if you shop the deals (especially BOGO), can call ahead to make custom orders from the butcher, deli, and bakery with robust options. I am a Sams Club member but still find myself going to Publix frequently for deals and specifically the butchery meat is very high quality and fresh,never frozen. Also, they have a military discount on Veterans Day! Highly recommend.

I lost my prescription glasses somewhere in or outside this store, Cornerstone At Lake Hart. When I went to Customer Service to inquire about them Meghan was there. She was very friendly & polite & said she remembered seeing them. However, when she went to look for them they didn’t appear to be there. She called another person to help. Sorry I didn’t get her name. Also very helpful. They continued to look in all drawers & cabinets until they were found. I am so grateful & I wish to acknowledge her for going that “extra mile”. Comment: As all publix stores usually are very nice very clean the nicest people serving you just great overall grocery store experience probably one of the best grocery stores in the world with the best deli from subs to chicken anything you want for dinner you can buy there usually hot or theyll give you recipes to cook whatever you want.

Comment: The Pharmacy here is top notch. They have some amazing staff working there. When they didnt have the ability to fill an urgent script for me they reached out to another Publix to have them fill it for me. Very professional and friendly service. I have no complaints with their service and they are quick to respond if any insurance issues arise.

Comment: Great publix! It looks like an older building from the outside but it is very nice and clean in the inside. They have really high ceilings basically removed a 2nd floor for those high ceilings. They have a lot of produce options and rooms are bright almost everywhere. Very nice publix. Definitely worth to go to!

The store was extremely clean. They checkout guy was friendly and the bagger offered to help me out to my car and help. They were following all the rules and precautions pertaining to keeping safe during this virus. I would recommend

Comment: When I first used this Publix in Lake Nona several years ago, I was not impressed. A bizarre lay-out, few discounts, and the employees not very friendly. However, they seemed to do a 180 with drastic improvement after a Walmart grocery opened nearby. Now Im a happy Publix shopper.

Comment: I enjoy this Publix. The meat department is always flexible for particular cuts. The staff are friendly and curtious. It is a bit pricey and I only go here for particular items I cant get at Aldi or Sams Club. The parking lot is the most frustrating part of the experience.

And the price of the subs are comparable to either Firehouse Subs or Subway and as far as taste goes they taste better to me than they do the other brands their competitors but thats my opinion

Comment: Needed to buy a small cake form the bakery. There were a bunch there but non were vanilla or had the colors I needed on them. The manager goes to the back gets one that vanilla and blank (no color) and makes a beautiful design on it for me. That is great customer service and I will 100% be back

An older gentleman working at this location around noon on 02/16/2016 saw me struggling at checkout ( with my 3 month old son in the shopping cart) he instantly went out of his way grabbed another cart and helped me with my groceries out to my car. We moved to Orlando a couple weeks ago from Nevada and this man was the friendliest man ever. Great Experience!

Comment: Ive been shopping at this store since I moved nearby over 8 years ago. I have never been disappointed. I couldnt ask for a more friendly & helpful staff & management. The store is very well stocked. Dont see what youre looking for? Speak to the kind folks at the courtesy counter & chances are it will be on the next delivery. Im from NY & compared to the best supermarkets there Publix stores are spotless & a pleasure to shop at, especially at Cornerstone. Prices arent bad either & BOGOS are great! Its kind of like the Disney World of supermarkets!
