Comment: One of my favorite Publix locations (though I am also excited about the newest one to open near me, at SR415 & SR46, near Sanford FL.Has the clean, fresh look I see at all the Publix I visit, consistently pleasant staff in every department, and quick to help when I pop in even it is just to pick up a lottery ticket sometimes.It all makes the somewhat tricky driving exit worth the trouble. Plus there are great pizza, sub & fastfood shops in the same complex!

Comment: Its not Wegmans or Krogers, we dont have those here, so its the best we got. Prices are high except for some of the sale items and if that were the only criteria I used for picking where I shop, I would probably shop elsewhere. I shop here because the quality of certain bakery goods and deli items are superior to the other supermarkets (including Walmart and Target). Their stores appear to be cleaner and the staff always seems friendly and helpful (though Ive had decent experiences with some of the help at Walmart also). I cant really explain it except I like the stores better than the others - enough so that Ill pay the higher prices but not on everything - there are just some things I refuse to buy at Publix because their prices are just too ridiculously high. Hence only 4 stars instead of 5. I would give them 5 stars if they were more price competitive.

Comment: Its Publix .. that says it all. Its always excellent. Its not a discount grocer so you do pay more, but the QUALITY is always great. To us, its well worth the few extra cents. You get what you pay for. Also, all of the staff and stockers are very helpful, friendly and always ready to stop whatever they are doing and take you to an item you need to locate ... without an attitude for the interruption to their work as in some other stores. How great is that???

Comment: I come very often and they never fail to please me with the respect, helping out, conversations and etc. I love that this store shows team effort they work well to get the job done. Ive also had many people from certain aisles help me out and walk me to what I needed away from their department and I feel bad sometimes but they are always helpful and I sincerely love coming here all the time and of course the have the best produce and food as well 100% recommend ❤

Comment: Well what can I say this is Publix and its where shopping is a pleasure. As always the staff thats there is always friendly to ask questions if you see and see if you need help. The isles are always dont call is Don cluttered everything is well placed in the store if I had a gripe is that a gripe it would be because maybe its The Times or maybe maybe its because of the end of year but but Ive noticed less and less employees now in the store working. Which sometimes makes it harder to find somebody when you need help , other than that when they do see you need help they are always eager to help you and point you in the right direction when when youre a bit lost.

Comment: I have to say the managers of this bakery are so amazing 🙏🏼 I ordered a unicorn cake and had a couple things I wasnt happy about I called them but the party was starting in 45min so I really had no time to go back they offered to come to my house to fix the issue I couldnt believe it... I said you would do that? He said yes I cannot remember Their names but unfortunately it would have not fixed the issue completely so long story short he said he would refund me half the price of the cake so when I went back to get the refund another lady helped me and she refunded me the whole amount they were so caring and I just needed to at least leave a review for them ... Thank you again for your amazing customer service I appreciate you both 💖

Comment: Cant begin to describe how awesome this place is. If Walmart doesnt sell it Publix is the place to go!!! I also have my pharmacy here and even they are awesome. They send me text that not only lets me know its ready but also how much each cost and the total I need to bring so no surprises. No flaws yet!!!

Comment: I really think this Publix is wonderful! It’s very difficult shopping with two little ones, but the staff goes above and beyond to make an ordinarily hectic grocery outing into a fun and relaxing shopping experience! I love the free balloons (my kids’ favorite toy) and they even have a free fruit/snack station for kids! God bless Publix!

Comment: Had a special birthday cake made for granddaughters 1st birthday party. The cake decorator Kim did such an amazing job that I cried when I saw it. I only told her one thing I wanted on it and Kim went beyond. I absolutely loved the cake and smash cake!!

Comment: I love our Publix store. Every employee, and I do mean every one at that store is friendly, courteous, helpful and very expedient in their jobs. Also Ryan at the customer service desk is trying his best to order in something special for me...Potato Dumplings. We, at our household, hope hes successful in doing that. If not, Ill know that he tried, as I was standing right there. Its just a clean store and the produce department is amazing, as well as all the cold products in their respective locations. The Deli also has anything that one could want with friendly counter people, as well as the fish and meat personnel.

Comment: The store has set up a small checkout counter near the door. now people who just run in to pick up one or two items can go to that check out rather than waiting on one of the lines and get out quicker. And as usual the employees couldnt be more helpful.

Comment: My wife and I have been going there, and when it was across the street, everyone is very nice and if you need or cant find something, someone is there to help you. In the days of Covid 19 they were very fast to keep social distance, make the isles one way etc. What I dont like is the people who dont were fase masks, it like they just dont care, and the people who dont obey the directions one way only.You sould post at the door for everyone to put a mask on. Comment: This Publix is always clean and has a super friendly staff! Today, my toddler got a free balloon and I had an employee help me load things into my car when she saw my hands were full! I have to hand it to Publix employees too as I cannot think of a single visit where these folks dont jump through hoops offering to help with just about any request.This store is very well laid out and the deli is just super! They have so much to offer and more than most Publix because this store is just so large. Likewise, this store is in a new shopping center that has several stores of variety and convenience.

Comment: Had a wonderful shopping experience at this Publix. Well lit, very clean, staffed more than adequately and the service is top notch. The isles are stocked and organized in a very well maintained manner as well as fronted and faced in EVERY isle I passed thru. As my family and I were shopping I witnessed not 1 not 2 but 5 instances of employees going above and beyond for a customer. Absolutely unparalleled customer service. Comment: I love love love shopping here.I shop here at least 3 or 4 times a week. Half the time its only to get one thing (Im addicted to the salad and sandwiches).Im sensitive to the environment Im in so I really like the atmosphere of the store. Feels modern,clean and spacious. They have a good selection of everything.The vegetables are always in great condition. Great meats. They are a little more expensive than other stores, but honestly you cant beat the overall experience you have at this Publix. Its been my go to and I like it even more since they moved to the new location.

Just so happen the guy from Publix knew my husband. They actually went out their way to pull cameras to see who dropped the money!!!! Thank you so much Publix!!! Comment: While the parking lot is just about as dismal as Orange City Walmart the folks today at the pharmacy were very helpful getting my 5 prescriptions and insurance changed over store is always clean and the cashiers are always wonderful. I also previously had a very good experience when a deli worker did not do very well fixing my ordered sub for lunch the manager went way up and above to make it up so I am impressed with the store and the people who work there

Comment: Love this store! Always clean with friendly employees. The Pharmacy is a bonus with a wonderful Pharmacist on duty, Neil. Its nice to be able to get advice on any ailments, fill your prescriptions while you shop for your groceries!
