Comment: AJ in the deli yesterday was awesome. He didnt have to ask twice about the condiments on my sub. And he had it made in a split second! Not to mention, Im not sure he was actually working the deli counter. I think he might have been back up. There were 2 ladies there working on sandwiches. I walked up and he came over from a different area and asked one of them if they needed help.Thank you AJ for your AWESOME SERVICE.

They are spacious enough to accommodate your cart. Publix is our preferred grocery store, and we have shopped at different locations without any issues.The staff is always friendly and ready to assist customers with questions or needs. The stores are consistently clean and well-organized with clear aisle markings indicating the location of each grocery item.What sets Publix apart is its bakery section. Hand-made breads and fresh produce are always delicious; their cakes are our favorite. Comment: This is my Publix😍.I love how friendly and helpful the workers are.The isles are nice and organized.The lines arent long; theyll usually open another register if it starts to build up. Customer service is on top of it.The bathrooms are always cleaned and stocked. They even have those paper seat covers cut so you dont have to fight with breaking it.Produce always has fresh products.The deli can get a little crazy since its popular but the workers help everyone as soon as they can.Bakery offer a free cookie to small children. They usually only need 24 hours to make special cakes.Everyone in the Pharmacy is so nice. Theres barely any wait; by the time Im done shopping its ready.Meat and seafood department has a ton of selection, great quality, and they can help answer questions.Everyone in the store helps make my shopping experience a pleasure.

I don’t understand why anyone would choose to go to Walgreens or CVS when the pharmacy is right there, so convenient!The bakery is great! They offer free cookies for your children, and often have samples for the adults as well.The managers clearly set the tone as they treat my entire family not just like customers but like friends of the store.I hate shopping but if I have to I want to do it at Publix! The deli is fresh and is way better than subway for subs!They have self checkout - card only, no cash which is a bit of a bummer.Some of their prices can be on the high side (like their deli salads), and it gets really crowded at the deli for lunch. So come early. It would also be nice if they had a POS system like wawa for ordering or they need to come up with a more efficient system for their deli section.

Comment: I moved to the Wesley Chapel area about a year ago from Tampa Palms. At Tampa Palms we had a nice very reasonably sized Publix store and being a senior I enjoyed shopping there. The staff was great and in fact I worked there for a few months a few years ago.When I moved to Wesley Chapel my first obvious choice was to try the Publix at the corner of Bruce B Downs and art 56. What a zoo, what a madhouse. And that’s just the parking lot! I have never seen a more poorly organized parking lot that is a continual clash between Publix customers and Publix customers trying to leave. And then when you get into the store it’s another zoo.I don’t know how far from around people come to shop there but I know I never will again. I shop there four orfive times and enjoyed the store because it’s large but it is also very busy store and while the staff seems very nice it’s obvious that they do not have enough staff based on the number of customers they have. So I tried the Publix on Cross Creek. What a difference!In that store whenever you walk in employees speak to you say hi or ask how you’re doing unlike the other Publix where they never spoke a word. While the store in Cross Creek may be smaller it still offers 95% of the products that the other larger Publix store offers.I don’t need to see 25 rows of Heinz ketchup when a row of five will be sufficient. More is not always better and that’s why I will always go to the Cross Creek Publix because more is not better and the people at that store are interesting in having their customers and for the most part seem to enjoy their work.

This store by far has the best store and deli mgrs, they treat employees with dignity and respect and always acknowledge the staff by their names. Publix is very flexible to transfer request. Comment: I live closer to two other Publix stores and literally drive past one of those to get to this Cross Creek Commons location. They are just so much more functional here than any other location I’ve visited. Today, I had an issue when I dropped in to pick up some deli food. When I went to the Customer Service desk, Spencer helped me and made things right. I will always drive a little extra to get to this Publix location. Friendly, clean, great customer service, always go the extra mile.

Comment: I want to be clear I gave 5 STARS to the woman working in the deli, her name was Joyce, she could not be more polite, attentive, and accommodating there was a younger gentleman working next to her that did not have any patience and was just trying to rush all the people out of there which is understandable I guess at lunch time, but theres a way you can do it for politely and a way you can do it nicely, I wouldnt say rudely but not trying to be so abrasive, again her name was Joyce I even mentioned to the manager she made me one heck of a sandwich was very patient and very nice... so if you do the Publix off Morris Bridge and are going to the deli see Joyce

Comment: I have visited several grocery stores in the Tampa Bay area and other parts of the country but my preferred store is Publix on Cross Creek Boulevard. It is always clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the prices are comparable to other grocery stores in the area. Moreover, being a vegetarian/vegan, I find that they have a varied selection of grocery items for me. And of course, their BOGO free items are unbeatable.

But pharmacy can be very slow - so plan for that. They also sometimes need to order meds from another store if they dont have it in stock - so dont go last minute for your prescription. It may take them a day or two to get your meds to you.

Comment: The Cross Creek Commons Publix on Cross Creek Blvd and Morris Bridge Road is the best Publix in New Tampa. This location was recently remodeled bringing more aisle room, an updated Deli, Frozen Foods section, and Meat Department.What I like most about Cross Creek Commons is theyre never so busy that your favorite BOGOs will be out of stock but theyre still busy enough to carry a wider selection of products similar to the busier Publix locations.All of the fresh department employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They always go out of their way to help you find what you came in for.
