Comment: I went to this location on my way out of Florida. I wanted to give a friend of mine the Publix experience because there are no Publix locations in Maryland. I am glad she was able to get a good experience here. She ordered the chicken tenders sub and we did some shopping for snacks on the road trip. We had to ask the location for something and true to form the Publix employee walked us to the item and asked if we needed her to show us to anything else. My friend loved the way the store was arranged and how neat and clean it was. This location has cafe seats upstairs to eat your food. The bathrooms were very clean and the service was awesome as usual with everyone. The sub maker joked with us, the customers in line talked about their favorite subs, and when we went to the bakery, we only wanted to buy 2 chocolate chip cookies and two sugar cookies. The lady in the bakery just gave us two of each of the free cookies. Everyone greeted us with a smile and the person bagging offered to take our three bags to the car. Of course, I declined because I didnt need that service. This is a great location and I am very happy that my friends first experience at a Publix was at this particular location.

Comment: I am so impressed with this location which all are good as far as customer service but my pharmacy shut down I was going everywhere to find a new one to switch all my meds there as soon as I walked in with some prescriptions they immediately collected my info of all my meds in full got me in the system and all set up to use them for all my medications and the staff in the store is extremely helpful and courteous and friendly I really love this store is clean, organized and just impressive all the way

My favorite features include the sushi bar, the olive bar, and the extensive cheese selection located in the deli. The upstairs overlook is really nice. I like to grab a bite from the deli, eat upstairs at the overlook, and double check my list before I go shopping. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, especially the employees at the fresh seafood counter and the sub deli counter. Employees are attentive and available to help answer questions or locate products with a smile. Its always a positive experience. I highly recommend this location.

Comment: Their motto of Shopping Is A Pleasure. doesnt go far enough --its the definition of pleasure.Ill closely follow this concept with market based innovation which, clearly defines this market and all that it offers to the customer.Ill start with their well designed and functional app, it isnt possible to order every single item, of thousands, that are available but the app shows the real depth of quality, selection and pricing that is available.The innovation goes deeper than this, 🦞 seafood, as an example, quality choices and different ideas available then just plain shopping.Plenty of checkouts, self-service available and again, functional and well run. Plenty of baskets available and they actually work. Youve probably experienced the broken wheel syndrome, not at this Publix!I could go on but I think its very clear: is that Publix both knows and values the customer and continually works and reaches for this quality balance in an innovative marketplace. 🏙️Update: I labeled some of the photos Wildlight Crossings its actually Crossings At Wildlight.In Yulee, Florida.

Comment: Very clean and well kept store. Unfortunately, Publix pricing is above average for products but it is probably because they have to pay people to keep it as clean as it is. That is the part of business that separates then from their competition. With so many businesses going to self check out, the pricing shouldnt reflect this as it is the same money as paying a cashier vs. paying someone to clean... The majority are young adults/ high school kids...This is my podium and I shall rant!!!

Comment: Finally! So nice to have a Publix near River Glen, will not miss having to drive 20 mins to shop for groceries. This location will fill a void for the many families in nearby neighborhoods. This Publix is a pleasure to shop at. The store reminds me of Whole Foods in South Florida. The aisles are wide, reach-in coolers rather than open coolers. Ensuring your items are cold. Well stocked & lots of variety. The Sushi Bar, Sub Stations & Deli are wonderful! They seem to run out of Rotisserie Chicken very early when I’ve shopped. Large selection of specialty items. Please order Jeni’s ice cream in Goat Cheese & Red Cherries 🍒 flavor it’s amazing! Staff is helpful & courteous. I look forward to shopping at this location.

Comment: I would give them five stars but if you look at the $5 sushi for Wednesday its like a a childs portion compared to the other Publix down the road on 200. And also I got The Rice bowl on the week of the grand opening and bought it the next week and it was half the size of the original one.And you speak to managers and they will tell you oh were going to send them down there so they can understand the size difference but there shouldnt be no difference it should be standard according to Publix. But dont get me wrong the store is really nice .

Comment: New store that has recently opened. The store layout out is great. It makes it easier to get in and out with too much hassle. I love how the deli is setup, reminds me of a traffic circle in Dublin. Every employee seems happy and eager to assist. Parking lot does seem a little small for future planning of other stores. All in all, its the best new Publix in Nassau county.
