Comment: The employees are always helpful, the store is clean and organized. The prices are average and maybe a little above average but you truly get what you pay for at Publix. And my absolute favorite part is if they dont carry something you want, all you have to do is talk to a manager and about 95-98% of the time they will start carrying that product per your request. Publix is wonderful

Comment: I love the employees and the service. They always go above and beyond. Big shout out to the Deli Department, I came in right as they were closing and mentioned that I loved the Jags Sub and I would grab one next time because I know whats like to get that last min order when your trying to get out of there and go home. But the gentleman working the counter wouldnt have it and insisted it was ok. As I i tried to grab a salad instead he went and dropped chicken tenders with then locked me in. While waiting we preceded to have a indepth conversation about life and career choices. He had no idea but I had just lost a close friend and was in a very depressed state......the conversation we had brought me back to reality and helped me see the bigger picture. Its not about possessions or money but instead about the relationships we build and what we leave with others. Thank you my deli friend!!!!! You have no idea how much you helped me that night!!!!

Comment: Publix, you need to check your sushi products as they may be contaminated… Overall, Publix is an amazing company but the sushi over the last few months have had a weird taste and have caused many people I know to have diarrhea… It’s not the company’s fault as it is not in their control what bacteria’s are on sushi but you do take the risk but please check into this as it may cost someone’s life!

I simply called the store they happily took my order and it was ready for the time I needed. All the associates that I have meet have been extremely friendly, helpful, and seem to genuinely care about your experience in this store.If you decide to use the pharmacy in this store please say hi to Al what a genuinely friendly man. Al cares deeply about his customers and wants to help you the best he can.I compare it to the Publix right down the road 9100 Merrill Rd. 32225 which I live closer to and have been going there for 11 years have been the worst. Associates are rude not helpful, and extremely dont care about your experience. Especially the produce departments manager. Between him and one of his assistants give me dirty looks. They have never asked me if they could help me with anything. I gave them 11 years to change.I hate spending my hard earned money and feeling disappointed every time I leave there store.

I was assured that it would be along with other specifications I had. When, I went to pick up the cake the next day, it was completely wrong. Nothing & I mean absolutely nothing I had specified was done. I was devastated & frustrated. A nice young lady, I believe her name was Crystal or Cynthia, came out & clamed down & asked for me to go over what happened again. She told me what could get done. Within 30minutes, she saved the day. She gave me what I had asked for in the beginning& decoratedthe cake herself. Thank you to her.

I think I must have triggered the security observers concern with my somewhat unusual appearance and methodical shopping as I compared prices and Sodium levels, etc. Once I paid, however, they called-off their plans to detain me and never once was I directly approached by stop-loss or security. This suggests that there are enough incidents at that location for them to have such measures in place; therefore, I caution that bags be worn across the neck and not left in the cart...one simply cannot be safe enough these days.

Comment: Helpful. Purpose of visit was to get a vaccine shot. Even though I made reservations, they didnt have the one I requested in stock. They made a point of getting it with in 15 minutes and were very accommodating.

Comment: Store is clean and well stocked. Doesnt have quite the variety as other Publixs around town but still better then other grocery stores. Employees were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Pharmacy is a little slower then others but still took care of my scripts and was informative and friendly. Over all better then other stores but not as nice as other Publixs.

Comment: It’s like walking in to Heaven, every time I set my foot in to this store. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful at all times, no problem. The store is very immaculately clean and organized. The deli makes great subs, chicken, chicken wings and so much more. The bakery is just as good. The kids can get a free cookie upon request. The produce Dept rocks the house! The meat Dept is good. If you don’t see what you are looking for, you can always ask. The meat Dept employees are always ready to find what you need. I like it when they have BOGO specials on their meats. You double your money. The dairy aisle is always stocked well. They also have a seafood Dept and will Cook or steam anything you buy from them. They also have a Sushi area. I like my sushi fresh, but this will do in a pinch, especially if I am craving sushi, but have time to hit a sushi bar. It works.I also like the fact that they have BOGO specials(about 10-15 items)each week. They also have a special BOGO location. Easy to find. Each store has a different area.Thanks going out to Publix and what you stand for. I don’t have any current pictures to post at the moment.PS: I forgot to mention the Pharmacy. They are always very busy. But, not to busy to help you out with your Prescriptions.

Comment: The People Are Awesome. Their caring, considerate and friendly. And always helping you out in every way. If you have a question that they cant answer, they will find someone who can. And the store is perfectly clean. Everything on the shelves and in the meat counters and in the produce are all neatly displayed so that it is easy to see and make your choice quickly. You wont see even a speck of trash on the floor. I watch how they clean each cart thoroughly before they give it to the shopper. Yes you will find Every associate wearing masks and observing all the covid-19 recommendations. The pharmacy is really awesome. The pharmacist and Pharmacy Associates are very helpful and answering any questions that you might have concerning your medications. You can see they are extremely busy but they will always stop what they are doing to answer your questions. This is a face value observation. I am not a friend of or related to anyone working at this store.

Comment: My cashier was Chad and he and I had a great little convo about natural haircare. I bought cocunut oil n some steak marinade. He was being polite n friendly so he asked what was I frying. I informed him that I am frying some steak tonight but the oil is for my hair n body. He apologized and said that he has heard of it. Customer servicr and helpfulness is always a 10 when I shop here!

Actually very polite and patient 😊. She let me know that I could continue to shop if I needed anything and how long it would take 😊. She also recommended a special butter. Comment: Fresh clean well stocked full service grocery with most all of the usual amenities. My only negative comment is no two Publixs are set up the same. Signage is very helpful. Comfortable shopping, friendly help, quick accurate checkout, carryout help available. Lots of free parking, easy to spot / find. Prices are a little higher maybe than some competitors but i like the Publix stores enough i go there anyway.

Comment: Its a pretty good Publix. Sometimes they have things I cant find elsewhere, which is great. The employees are always nice and ready to help. Walking into this Publix feels familiar and warm. The only issue I have is sometimes the deli tries to cheat you on your subs. For example, last time I went they told me I would have to pay extra for meat when I ordered a meat sub. Im think they are new hires, though.

Comment: This is my favorite grocery store!!!! The Publix stores that I have visited are always clean, with a pleasant smell. I love this about Publix. My family and I shop at this location often as it is close to our home. The ladies in the deli are awesome. We absolutely love Monica!!!! We always get subs from Publix (they are my favorite subs). The ladies always make the subs exactly as ordered, no matter how weird or difficult the request. They also hold a conversation with you while you wait. The atmosphere here is good. Keep up the great work, and I will continue to shop at this location.

Comment: It is always nice shopping at Publix. I must say, that in the past few months there has been a major change in the wings. I believe whomever is working back there in the evening is adding extra seasoning. I have gotten wings about 3 times and they have been extremely salty. Only at this location. I hope that they can get this in order. Besides that, this is an excellent store.UPDATE: The manager has contacted me about this issue and is trying to get to the bottom of it. I definitely appreciate her professionalism and making sure to satisfy the customer. Kudos to her.

Comment: Excellent, had a regular chocolate cake,got to counter and changed my mine and wanted the big chocolate cake for 19.99 and the manager changed it out for me. They even go out of the way to help as much as the staff does. With Walmart just down the street I still prefer Publix because of the staff they hirer are there to help not just do as little as possible.

Comment: Was looking for an item for a bread dip that I was making, store didnt have it set aside when I got there but the store manager Doug was more than helpful and even offered to stop off at another store to get the item for me after he finished work. I didnt expect him to do that but Im very thankful that he did. Very busy store but clean and a good place to shop. The deli crew is great as well. Comment: The wife and I have been coming to this Publix ever since it opened several years ago. WE have been to all of the other nearby supermarkets but keep coming back to this one. It is not the largest but they carry everything that we need, Their produce is always fresh and the store is always clean. They have great customer service. Once when we got fried chicken from their deli, it was a bit on the dry side from sitting under the warmer lights for a long time. I mentioned it to the store manager and we were immediately given a receipt for another free. They always help with the groceries. Highly recommended if you live in the area.

I have even had a manager offer to call another store (not publix) to help me find Styrofoam pieces for a craft projects. I was just asking because I thought they might have had some product delivered in Styrofoam packing materials. They always go above and beyond what is required of them.
