Comment: Being that I am a publics brat, I can say that the location has an old floor plan and its snuggled in there right at Bay meadows and southside boulevard. They were in the middle of stocking but still noticed that I needed assistance and ask me if I could help on one of the aisles. It was close to closing time and they took me at the customer service. Camerai had an issue with my payment method and had to go out. They had to suspend that transaction. And I had to run out to the car. And they were like no problem, no big deal. Its okay, very nice young man at the front customer service desk period

I especially like the deli and the bakery. its best place to go if you are near Baymeadows road and Southside blvdIf you go there, be sure to check out the mural at the front entrance. (august 2023 update. i just added some new pictures of the mural. will try to get more info an that artwork next time i am there.They usually have a lot of nice BOGO free deals so I always scope out the weekly ad and save a ton of money. be sure to check the ad to see if they have the $10 off on a gas card when you spend $50. they run that coupon every month or so and its a nice deal.

Logan was more than happy to help the couple next to me that the female was serving, as well as myself. Then Pierre stepped in to help the couple. These men deserve a shout out. They took charge and put the customers first. They both apologized for the female worker (when they shouldn’t have), and gave me and the other couple the upmost wonderful customer service. These men deserve a raise and shoutout. Thank you both for making the couple you served and I a wonderful sandwich and giving us wonderful service.

It may be better to pre-order them online, wait an hour or so and then go get them because in store youll be waiting in line standing for an extra 30/45min minimum. Last time I was there the sandwich line was running the hot foods as well so that was extra time on top of it. Store is clean though.

Comment: Employees very friendly, professional, and family like. Miss Jill is great. In the deli.all employees are good, but a few stand out (Starr. Mr. Paul, and Miss Kim). Dont have to much interaction in the Produce department because usually can serve myself. In the Meat department, Dean always stands out. John in the Sushi department has a great selection of Sushi all the time especially on Sushi Wednesday ( the day I buy) and always thanks me. When I check out I usually look for a combo ( a cashier and courtesy clerk) that I prefer/would rather ho through. All cashiers and courtesy clerks are good but I have my preferences. Miss Claudia is my choice. Doug Frye is great too. Customer service is super. Theres a few that stick out. Mr.Doug, Miss Libby, Miss Elizabeth, and Miss Deaundra.

Comment: Public as I always say is one of the greatest hyper markets in the United States found I think in all States, you can almost always find what you are looking for except for rare times and you can use the online application for what is missing.Its somehow pricy but overall not that expensive I like the freshfood center and the grocery center bakery also is a great choice in publix

Comment: I am 79 years old with health issue so when I go shopping it has to be done quickly, Publix employees were helpful in finding items I had on my list and time shopping was shorten and I didnt have to walk all over the store trying to find those items.

Comment: I cant say enough nice things about this store and Publix in general. The associates are consistently friendly yet professional and always helpful. I had no less than a half dozen people greet me with a smile and ask how I was doing. The meat dept associate went out of his way to find me the turkey I wanted (I did not get his name). Keep up the good work!

Comment: This Publix is great. They were unfotunetley out of some items I wanted but that is probably more of an issue with supply chains lately. The deli online ordering was great but because they were out of a product I did not receive my sandwich and did not notify me or refund me. I had to go through hoops to get the sandwich charge changed.

Comment: Everyone was very helpful except the young man with a head full of black hair in the sandwich department. He was very rude to everyone - the lady in front of me and the six people behind me. He said that he only had wraps left as he was out of bread. The tall, older gentleman told him to get bread out of the bakery. He did for me. However, he seemed angry at the way I wanted my sandwich made. I have a specific order of how I like my items to go. It may not be the way Publix trains its employees, but I am the customer. He turned all the people behind me away as they didnt want wraps. I am giving 5 stars because this one employee shouldnt take away from the kindness shown by everyone else.

Comment: Feels like a smaller Publix store for some reason but its clean and nice. I used to come here quite a bit when I lived in the area. It has to be one of the busier Publixes I would assume. Never had a bad experience here. Publix prices do seem to be getting higher and higher over the years though!

Comment: Always great selection and value (many bogo offers). They dont carry certain items that are listed as being carried according to their app (specifically Hebrew National salami and any type of chopped liver). Otherwise, great!

Comment: Busy store for how small it is, the staff is always excellent when I come in to do my shopping. My one and only complaint is that the deli isnt the most organized. Again, the deli staff itself isnt the problem, they just seem to be understaffed. I never come to the deli when Im in a hurry, but if it takes 10-15 minutes to get a sandwich or cold cuts on a consistent basis then you may need to staff more people behind the counter. The deli is known to be the busiest department and the store just doesnt seem to be prepared. Overall, still a great store to shop at!

Comment: I have been coming here for years and the service is always great. I have seen some of the same faces for the past four or five years and they strive hard to remember your name, your family etc. It really makes shopping a great experience. The store is very clean and Ive never even seen a spill on the floor. Service is usually fast and if someone doesnt know they will actually find out instead of saying like we probably dont have it.

Comment: Great employee-owned grocery store. It is clean. The employees are happy to offer assistance when you need it. The bakery always offers the freshest selection of baked goods. The produce in neat & well-kept in a clean area of the store. You can feel good about shopping here because Publix does so much for its communities.

Comment: This is my favorite Publix in town! Produce manager changes knife after each fruit he cuts to prevent any food allergy cross contamination. This is the only location I can get the fruit bowls and dont have to worry about hives. I also use this Publix for all my office parties! Twice now I have worked with the Deli Manager, John with ordering 7 Rotisserie Family Dinners. Each one comes with 4 rolls, and 2 16 oz sides per rotisserie chicken. He gets me boxes and helps me load everything up and prints everything on one 1 tag for easy checkout. I sometimes go out of my way just to get what I need for lunch from this store because its the best Publix experience in town!

Comment: Love my Publix! Friendly staff, clean store, and if you need anything they will get it in stock for you. Anytime I have had to go to the front costumer service counter, I have always been greeted with a smile and treated so politely. Wonderful!
