Ready to go lunch meat always seems to be well stocked and the deli counter never seems to be busy during off peak times. Word of caution during lunch and dinner times tho, it gets slammed and there’s not a lot of walk around space.

Was in the St. Pete Beach store today ( bakery ) staff was very helpful in checking for an item not out on display. Unfortunately it was out of stock. 10/22/22 Update for SPB Publix...Store was busy today, but well stocked. Employees in aisles stocking shelves, picked up everything we needed. Used self checkout, takes a little getting used to, as every different grocery store has a slightly different self checkout. 😅

There was a good variety of premade deli foods to bring back to our hotel room and heat up in our mini kitchen.They had beach toys and boogie boards for sale at reasonable prices. The only reason I given it three stars instead of four is the lack of stock on several common items. Water, soda, and basic condiments being some of them. I understand this is unfortunately a wide spread, common problem right now.Id highly recommend this Publix to anyone shopping while on vacation.

Comment: I got my wedding cake from this Publix and they absolutely killed it 😭 way better than I could of ever thought and IT WAS SO GOOD! I never thought a wedding cake would be so good. The icing was like whipped cream icing I couldn’t stop eating it. They did the flowers custom how I wanted and even delivered it so when I got to my reception cake topper I left on the stand was on and everything was 100% perfect. No one could believe it came from Publix, save the money on a fancy cake baker and use them!! Publix made me a better, bigger cake for half the price of any bakery I was gnna use. It has good variety and availability, deals and sales were put right at the front display and they were pretty good. The staff is nice and quick. Youll find all the essential products you need here and maybe more. Its clean and organized. A little smaller than usual Publix stores and prices were also higher than usual.

Comment: This is a well run and well stocked supermarket. Its clean, friendly staff, and plenty of things that you will need. The only downfall I see, is that the cleaning productd necessary to take care of a home are very scarce. Its unfortunate that I have to go elsewhere to pick up basic cleaning products for my home, when they could easily be stocked in this supermarket. Nonetheless, a good experience overall and make sure that you either go early in the morning or later in the evening because if you decide to go during peak times, it gets quite congested.

Comment: This past April, my husband and I held our wedding celebration right across the street from this store. Last minute, we had a hiccup with our desert company we were going to use, but the Bakery here at the Dolphin Village Publix came to our rescue! 100 cupcakes were devoured and enjoyed by all of our guests. I mean, who doesnt like Publix cake!?! There was a slight variation in the decorating of our cupcakes. We went with a blue and white variegated design and some werent as blue at the others which was a little upsetting. But at the end of the day, they were all delicious and gone by the end of the night!

Comment: Our wedding cake was ordered over the phone & unseen. I spoke with Casey who was so helpful, friendly and informed - I just had to brag about her when I confirmed our order. THEN we got the cake, chocolate with raspberry filling and buttercream icing was our wedding cake along with two dozen chocolate and white cupcakes with buttercream icing. They were all fantastic! We were so pleased with Publix Bakery! Thank you for making our wedding so sweet!!
