Comment: I never write any reviews, but I highly wanted to point out how great the customer service is. The manager, Doug, truly makes the experience better, faster and overall worth it. Not only does he direct you to the item you’re looking for with extensive detail but he also does it with a smile like he actually loves his job.He went around asking every other customer if they needed help in any way in both English and Spanish and wished us a great weekend when we declined his help. This is why I always choose Publix over other places that are “less” expensive, I’m paying for customer service and a great experience.
