Comment: So I always give Publix a good review if out of nothing but loyalty since my dad just retired after 24 yrs. However this time I cant try or pretend to fake it this was by far the most horrible experience Ive ever had at Publix ever! So I order 2 deli dinners.. nothing fancy ribs with onion rings and Mac n cheese & pulled pork with double tater wedges. So I put it in at 630 it was supposed to be ready at 730. I get there at 745 and wait a few mins in line even though it says since I already paid just grab it and go so when its my turn about 745 they havent even pulled my order off the printer or wherever it comes up! Now they close at 10 so there is a lil over 2 hrs left but I get a we r out of tater wedges so my other choices are collard greens or green beans neither of which my husband will eat. Then I get we r out of onion rings too.... And the Mac n cheese looks like thats what was there since this morning. So I get a box with ribs in it which were so dry and a box with pulled pork in it.. nothing else... Now if I picked it up at 930 I could see being out and not cooking anymore but hello it wasnt even 8 so instead of were out start with I am so sorry your order got overlooked and cook me some more tater wedges and onion rings!!!!! You really dropped the ball this time Publix 🤬👎☹️

Comment: There is a Publix store about a quarter of a mile from my home but I prefer to go to this location on Duval Station several miles away. I prefer the layout of this store better and the employees are more courteous. Always clean and well stocked! Visiting the Deli is always pleasant and at checkout they always ask to assist with placing my items on the belt for scanning. Very nice shopping experience.

Comment: I have fallen in love with this store, it has become my #1 place to go. The employees always say hi and if I have a question they will have the answer or they will find the answer for me. No one seems to be bothered to help me. Had one young gentleman stop what he was doing to help me find an item personally. He told me what aisle it was on but he didnt stop there, he walked me over to the aisle making sure I found it. Their selection of items are great. Their vegetables and meats always looks fresh. I love their quick tasty ready made meals in the fresh meat section, especially if I am not in the mood to cook I can pick up a tasty meal made with fresh veggies and meat pop it in the oven knowing I am eating something good for me not the local fast food caloric joint!

Comment: The Staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. They are always willing to help when you have a question, or need to find a product. Their store inside is always kept clean, and they keep the carts disinfected. Whether you shop inside the store, order curbside or delivery, you can count on receiving fresh, good quality meats, vegetables, fruits, etc. If you need help carrying out your groceries, loading them in the car, etc., theyre there to help you with whatever you need. Even special requests such as needing your rotisserie chicken cut, fruits and/or vegetables cut for you, whether its because of health issues, or any other reason, they dont mind going our of their way to make your shopping experience satisfactory, pleasurable, and helpful. Its worth shopping, and paying extra for your food at Publix in return for the overall experience they give to their customers.

Generally the prices are consistnetly higher at Publix, specifically the meats. So I go somewhere else for all my meat. However, overall Publix is a nice grocery store.

Comment: I stopped at this location’s deli today on my way to Georgia. I was met at the counter by Ms. Vicki and her coworker, who were both super nice and helpful. I told Ms Vicki my mom was in the hospital and she went out of her way to make sure our subs were perfect. My mom was so thankful, she loved the special cheese Ms. Vicki recommend. Comment: This is the absolute kindest and most generous warm hearted Publix I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I got stranded with our dog when we ran out of gas in this town and the employees were so kind. They didn’t run us off nor judge us; instead they offered us beverages and food. If I lived in the area, this would be the store I always do my grocery shopping at. They went above and beyond what they needed to and I am so incredibly grateful for their kindness. Comment: Let’s go right to left. The pharmacy is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Rarely buy bakery goods but when I have, it’s been really good. The deli area is poorly staffed which results in slow service. The produce section has some good and bad. The fresh produce (cucumber, broccoli, bell peppers, squash and zucchini) aren’t as fresh as I would like. Once home, they go bad quickly. I never use the seafood section. It’s very expensive. Well above market price. Better choices and prices elsewhere. The meat section is always well stocked and can be counted on to be consistent. The market price dictates what Publix charges so that must be taken into consideration. Rarely do you hear of a recall of Publix meats. The dairy section is always well stocked. My cart always has a magnet that is drawn to the ice cream section and it is always well stocked. Most isles are well stocked with exception of the soda isle. Both Coke and Pepsi product vendors need to step up their game and the Publix Manager needs to be on top of this rather than just blaming the vendor. The checkout staff and the customer service staff is top notch. Most (98%) are friendly and are great representatives of Publix. The stock crew is friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. The carts in the parking lot could be rounded up more often. The debris in the parking lot is a customer issue but the cart attendants could help by picking up litter when gathering carts. The store and the restrooms are always clean and that is very much appreciated. Overall, I would give this store an A-. If the manager would pay closer attention to detail the rating could be higher. I always shop at this store except when I’m seeking fresher veggies.

Comment: I go to this location almost weekly. I have always had a good experience, the only thing is sometimes have to wait a little while in the deli area, but other than that i always get smiles and hellos from the workers. They ask if i have found everything or if i need help...if there is something not fully stocked and i ask, they go to the back and look. One time they stopped having the coffee kcups i love (Santas White Christmas, since one of the workers thought only seasonal order) and i emailed them online during the week and had an email response within 24 hours saying they were sorry for the trouble and it would be in the store but the weekend. I went shopping on that Saturday and It was fully stocked with my coffee and has been since then!!! I love this Publix and do not grocery shopping anywhere else!!!
