Comment: Update on the pharmacy service.My Dr. Call twice to set a prescription for my son.1st call at 9:40am He left a message but, the pharmacy tech couldnt heard the order, no good voice sound so is interrupted the order. I mentioned to my Dr. He proceeded to call again and left a 2nd voice mail to ensure they get the prescription ready. He reply to me he left it, and also mention they left to break. This around 12:30 to 1pm. I left from work around 330 and proceeded to call to check if the prescription is ready to pick up, but they reply no prescription is ordered for my son. Im like confused by what is happening, so right after I hang call again and mention to the tech if they check the voice mail cause the Dr. Left a message about it earlier, and if they check voice mail periodically to make sure prescription are on time. The person respond yes, they do check but told me she will check again..... then she ask address and more info about it... at the moment on the phone never told me they did have a message about it, but install told me my prescription will be ready in 45 minutes.... coooome oooooonnnnnI HOPE PUBLIX FIX THIS PROBLEM AND INJECT MORE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS TO THE PHARMACY SERVICE.I barely use their customer services on finding a product, but when it comes to that point they deliver and serve you right!

Due to our economic structure in mid 2022, Publix has become unaffordable for a majority of middle class Americans living paycheck to paycheck.Is it Publixs fault? Not entirely, as they have to abide by whoever controls their inventory from quality over quantity, and of course the logistics expense. Winn-Dixie is a great affordable option, but as they fight battles with low staffing and affordable help they lack the quality name brand of a store. Which is why Publix will prevail for the majority of Americans who still try to attain quality over quantity.

Even didnt mind that half the sub had different ingredients then the other half because the two children were sharing the sub and dont like the same stuff. This was one visit that I liked. I have gone into other publix and didnt like my experiences because the workers were not friendly. Thank you again the staff in the deli. Comment: Publix is a great supermarket. The subs are a staple in the south and in particular the mojo pulled pork sub is to die for. The chicken tenders are also fantastic. Beyond good. However, it is by no means a cheap place to shop, easily rivaling Whole Foods and with less of the niche goods you’d find at Trader Joe’s. Coming from chicago it isn’t as much of a shock but my neighbors complain about it incessantly.

Comment: For the first time ever, my family purchased a holiday meal from Publix instead of cooking for Thanksgiving. I got the Honey Ham, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, marshmallow fruit salad, a large fruit salad and a couple pies. I dont know if we will ever cook an entire meal again. The ham, marshmallow salad, fruit and pies were scrumptious. I made a few alterations to the green bean casserole by adding more fried onions (easy) and the sweet potato casserole needed WAY more pecan topping so I made more of that (easy). I made my own mashed potatoes & gravy and we were in heaven. I was especially grateful as there was hardly any need for prepping, portions were calculated at purchase (we had leftovers still), I didnt have to search for containers, and clean-up was a breeze. The best part: I got to spend more time with my family. The staff at Publix was fantastic, too. The place was packed with people, yet all staff were smiling, helpful, and went above & beyond for customer satisfaction.

Aaron and Rebecca in the cash register lane were especially kind. Comment: I generally have a pleasant experience shopping here and can usually find what I am looking for.Last time we got publix subs, a member of my party wanted a meatball sub, and we ordered online. When we went to pick it up, they informed us that there were no meatballs. We were able to get a new sub for free and get a refund for the sandwich we didnt get, but not until we waited for four more guests to be helped, meaning the rest of the party at home got their sandwiches late as one of us was waiting for the last sandwich. My sandwich, pictured, was still excellent and a footlong is big enough to be lunch for two days.The service at the deli could be faster and better, but the store gets 4 stars anyways because the shopping experience is so streamlined.

Comment: When talking about customer service and quality Publix has the best of both worlds and this Publix is a shiny example and now is my home store! Best deals anywhere for consistently providing great value when it comes to BOGO purchases. If fact they still are able to make money through their purchasing power. The only reason I no longer have them as a 5 star is because for some reason Publix no longer has a policy of ordering specific products if you request them understandably though!
