Comment: The only reason I would consider giving this store 4 stars is because of its smaller size. This has been my local store now for the last year. I always look for to Kelli and rest of the associates. I will say for being a smaller store they do have a good variety to choose from. I most look forward to the kombucha and olipops! I enjoy all grocery stores, though Im grateful they are my neighborhood location.

Comment: I ordered my groceries through instacart, and I was on my way to pick them up and went to the wrong store! I finally found the right store, and it was closed. But they were very helpful in letting me go ahead and get my groceries anyway! The manager was very friendly and helpful. She was really great and also the cashier who stayed there to help me get my order together. I even walked out to my truck with the assistance of a young man who put the groceries in my vehicle. Comment: Publix is great. This shopping center, however, may need better management. There is nothing to draw people into this space. Maybe it needs a Trampoline park, bowling center, etc. Not sure if demographics could support a gym. I dunno. Needs something to have large groups of people to seek it out. This may provide higher revenue for the smaller shops within the complex, in my opinion, because people will remember those shops when they need those products or services in the future. Seems like a layup for the right investor. If I had the resources I certainly would look into that possibility.

Comment: I have to share my story about an outstanding employee at this particular Publix,his name is Windell and he works in the butcher shop,my journey started by going to the Publix on 49th and Park to buy some filets, when I got there the only ones they had left were smaller than I wanted so I asked the butcher there if he had anymore,he advised me that they were frozen ,I left the store and decided to try the store on park street and 54th Ave,I walked up to the meat department and was greeted by the butcher,imedeatly he asked if I needed help,I told him I was looking for filets,he showed me what he had packaged and I asked if he had anything larger,he proceeded to go to the back to see what he could find, shortly after he emerged with a whole filet and told me he could cut me some at whatever size I wanted,I told him I needed two at two inches thick,he said no problem,he cut two of the most beautiful steaks Ive ever seen,I thanked him and told him I was so satisfied that I was going to speak to the manager,I did seek out the manager and let her know that they had an outstanding employee,his name is Windell and if I ever need another steak I will definitely get it from here, great store,very clean, great employees,A+

Comment: I had gotten a vegetable sub from the deli today and by far it was the best sub I’ve ever had. The person that made the sub was Kevin he was very nice and patient and made sure it was all good before handing it to me. So if you’re there go see Kevin!! at Deli for your sandwich or anything .The managers please need to recognize him .

Comment: I go to the Publix at Eagles Park. The store is fine, the staff is excellent. I just cant believe how many people do not wear masks going up and down the aisles. They pay no attention to the arrows. I feel bad for the workers there. They have no respect for them.

Comment: I am currently handicapped and used an electric wheelchair using a stick to push the throttle. I dont have use of my arms at this moment so Joe, he helped me pushing the cart and got all of my groceries. He was very sweet, great conversation and all around made my visit there very pleasurable to where I will definitely return. Everyone there treated me with smiles and help very accommodating employees!!! I didnt get the girls name at the deli who helped me but she was so sweet very sweet spirited ask Joe and he can tell you her name. The girl at the register was very sweet everyone there you have excellent employees.

Comment: I stopped in today for a couple items and found sales on some of my favorite products. Gotta love sale prices. I went by deli and it smelled so good and everything displayed so well that I got custom salads and fried chicken for and easy lunch. Everything was done perfect.

Comment: Publix is known for good customer service, but this store is outstanding! Everyone makes eye contact and smiles. Im asked if I need help. Help given feels genuine. This store is not where l usually shop as there is a larger Publix closer to my home. I stop here when I am at Physical Therapy at this plaza. However, I was in this Publix again today and I think Im going to drive a little further and make this my preferred Publix. Well done!

I stopped by right after an appointment taking a video of a condo for an out-of-state buyer - its going to be an Air-BNB - so know that this is a hot area. :-)Very clean store. On the day this review is being written, I only went inA few things I love about Publix is that1) The employees are almost always friendly and very helpful - which shows theyre treated properly.2) They are clean, well-stocked, and well laid-out stores.3) They provide a drastically different atmosphere than the most common alternative - the W word...4) The bakery does great work with cakes, cookie cakes, cupcake platters, and5) The deli has all sorts of party-serving dishes, which are done just as well as the bakerys offerings.6) They tend to have a much greater supply of organic, and natural products to offer - if youre lucky enough to shop at a Greenwise then youve truly struck gold7) Finally - who doesnt like finding a deal? They always have a clearance rack where you can get a good deal on items which were last-on-shelves, not selling well, or just general clearance. You can often find specialty products there, which wont always go over well with the mass population.
