Comment: Were camping here in Naples FL for the next two months, so the first store we go to to stock up victuals was at Wallys. What a disappointment, so off to the nearby Publix and boy, talk about day and night difference in service and quality of foods. Now we do 90% of our shopping needs at Publix and the rest elsewhere. Walmart only as a last resort.And Publix sell Promised Land whole milk produts which we cant buy in Canada. The whole chocolate milk is to die for.

I specifically came to publix to get some publix sandwiches and the gals behind the counter originally denied me the sandwhich i wanted and said they dont do that sandwich anymore, I felt like that was wrong and they wasnt budging so i sought out a manager and he got me the deli manager in under a minute and she was so sweet and turn my experience around and made me the avocado club sub i wanted i believe her name is Gloria, i could be wrong but shes over the deli i know that.

I shopped there exclusively when I had boucoup bucks, but these days I only buy certain things there. I do most grocery shopping now at Walmart, as prices across the board are cheaper; however I wont buy fish there (they ALL taste like cardboard) or meat(on principle after fish experience). The GREAT thing about Publix is their BOGOs, which change weekly (Thu am to Wed pm), and their various 2-for-$... deals. Really exemplary deals, and enough of a savings to be the ONLY reason to shop there....alas, b4 covid they DID have rain checks on bogos, as well as later hours which I miss.

The people here are nice they have about the best selection of meat and produce and their produce turns over fairly fast so its pretty fresh. Some Publix in the area have a large seasonal fluctuation and this one seems the most stable.like most stores in the area it does get very busy during busy season but they handle it better than most

Comment: My local Publix is always a pleasant shopping destination. Attentive employees, immaculately clean and always a pleasure.Watch for their buy one get one, or better yet buy one get two promotions. On a recent trip I was able to buy 2ltr bottles of Diet Coke for just over 50 cents per bottle.I especially enjoy their meat department where I have always been satisfied with their steaks and roasts. And, if you dont see the cut you desire, just ask the butcher who is always ready for accommodate.

Comment: I love Publix but I dont think this particular store is as good as some. I dont like the layout. Frozen food is in the middle aisles instead of last as you are shopping and you need to hunt for the fresh produce

Comment: I have not yet experienced such superb service at a super market. The manager of Publix, Matt Wallace was extremely kind and efficient with the service that we received. He was so very nice to not just customers, but his staff as well. He treated them with the utmost respect as if they were on the same level of management that he was on. It is very refreshing to see that kind of thing in the workplace. Visiting from Canada, I have to say that I am very impressed with how we were treated in a grocery store.
