Rude, sloppy customers wearing face masks around their necks had already started drinking (best guess) and started trouble when another customer asked them to do the right thing - protect the staff, the people who are keeping this store open every day -- AND WEAR YOUR FACE MASK ON YOUR FACE - OVER YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE (A reasonable suggestion)SADLY, staff said nothing. They have been bullied, cursed at and threatened by some customers so NOW, they say nothing to protect themselves. Publix needs to hire security staff and take care of their employees. Its the least they could do since they have not yet vaccinated their employees.

Comment: Shopped public on Hood road. It was very clean, veggies very fresh, employees friendly & helpful, even shoppers that didnt know me were friendly and said hello, despite our being strangers, have not fd that at all supermarkets. Hope it experience is the same

Comment: My parents have shopped at this Publix for many many years. Since my dad has passed my mom finds comfort in this store since they spent many hours and memories there together. My mom needed a prescription filled today and could not afford to pay for it until the middle of the month. I called the pharmacy to pay over the phone, they would not allow me, that is their store policy. I called back asking for John the store manager and told him the dilemma and that I lived out of town. John graciously told me not to worry that he would take good care of my mom today. It brought tears to both my eyes and my mothers!! My dad would be happy to know that my mom is being well cared for. It means a lot when you see someone show that extra compassion. Thank you John!! Its been 6 years this month since my dad passed away. It never gets easier, but knowing there are good people like you out there, makes this journey much much easier!!!!

Comment: I love shopping at this grocery store for quick items. While is it a smaller location they have more features than their neighboring stores. This includes a Publix liquor store, designated shopping cart storage throughout the parking lot and several self-checkout lanes.

Comment: We live closer to another publix but prefer this one because its easier to park, cleaner and brighter. Excellent shopping experience.
