Comment: What can I say. Publix is Publix. Well trained and helpful employees, well stocked and tidy shelves. Ive even started straightening shelves I mess up. My only complaint is sometimes customer service counter act as though they are doing you a favor when returning something. I wouldnt say anything but it has happened at different stores and more than once. I was once told checkout cashier would take it back. Minor in light of all the positives.

This time , i wanted to appreciate the Lady at the counter -Kathy or Katherine or so ...i forgot she has 27 years of Publix service- she knows Mr. Mak Witt- none of the other people would know. Sending one consolidated email for everyone in that store and Pharmacy please : Other person in the Bakery was Tori or Teri - she is pretty sharp, intelligent, highly customer oriented and she has like another twin sister who could be a manager for Bakery -she is also nice.. today i have to go and pick up November 14th at 18:00 hrs after department of navy work - thats my store...Earlier in Goose Creek James town -outstanding mrs. Charity-i can write separate later ...or in the next message. In the Pharmacy - we have to say good serivce by Pharmacy Manager Mrs. Chi Duong...great Manager, quick, even if you see when i used to travel from N.Charleston, SC or Hanahan, SC -she will quickly recognie and help out... Anyhow i wanted to appreciate in the Store as well asin the PHarmacy: In the Pharmacy people like Mrs. Chi and other pharmacist when Chi is not there- i did not write down her name...she helped out between Tuesday to Thursday as well... one of the Technician is Faizia i believe- the other young kid was nice always - he is quick, sharp...curly hair...there are two-this one is taller person...worked on that day evening too. Please ensure to pass on to Upper management for the Pharmacy division ... In the store : following people should be recognized: Ms. Terry, Mr. Patrick -long timeres they always talk nice, dedicated to Publix- sincere, good honest, work ethic people really old school like me...fair, objective... they also knew Mr. Mark Whitt. Other few others who should be recognized are Ms. Emmy for helping out on the songs and playing in Publix radio, Ms. Brittany, Ms. Nadia...Mr. David is an Outstanding good manager even though in this Publix, he states 2 years- he is down to earth to help anyone or any customer or guests- Super good attitude, he helps and mentors people- Very good atitude....same goes wihtout saying Mrs. Chi Duong... He was being trained by Jess who allowed him to create his own “masterpiece” and encouraged him while she was picking up the slack and making subs herself. Comment: I had to come write a review about this wonderful location! Let me start off by saying my family and I always come to this Publix and are always satisfied! Great customer service, great products and welcoming atmosphere! But yesterday put the icing on the cake! My 4 year old son left his iPhone (only used to play games) in his favorite shopping cart shaped like a race car. lol My husband and I received a phone call along with a voicemail from Rickey that he had left it at the store and they would have it at customer service. The best part is they charged the phone because it was dead and found our phone number in the phone. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to get this phone back to us! We are so grateful and overjoyed that the time and initiative was taken to get the phone to the rightful owners…. This kind of humanity is lacking in the world and we appreciate Rickey and the other representative(I forgot their name) sorry, that found the phone. But Thank you again Publix!

Comment: Good supermarket always clean, organized with great selection of products, as well as deli, bakery, and cafeteria when you can get items like sandwiches or hot food to lunch, or dinner. They also have a really nice parking lot with plenty of parking space in a mini shopping center with other stores next to it like, Jimmy Johns, ups, antonyms pizza, hair salon and few others. The associates are always willing to help and are available to assist you with any questions that you may have. The supermarket also has a pharmacy, which makes it so convenient to stop there and shop because you can do multiple things in one stop. The hot food (like the rotisserie chicken and sandwiches) is always good, and the cakes on the bakery are a nice option to buy with good flavors and nice designs. They even have a flower section on the supermarket with fresh flowers to buy. For me, this supermarket is a nice place to stop and buy, although its a little pricey, but if you dont mind paying a little more for the items, its worth it, for the service, the convenience and the nice selection of products that they offer. They have as well several promotion during the month being the most popular the Bogos (buy one get one free item) with its really nice. I recommend this supermarket if you like to buy nice items in an organized and clean place and if dont mind to pay a little more for those items.

One of the cart guys went to find me another one but couldnt find one. He asked a manager and the manager had one he brought out to me right next to the one stuck on the ramp. I was so thankful because I left my cane in the car and cant walk much without it. Store was clean including the restrooms. Also the scooters fit great in the family bathrooms!

My thanks to the young lady at the customer service counter running lotto and tickets she was awesome!The stote layout is different than my regular Publix at Kelly Park Rd.Went to find a wedding card and was shocked that it was a minimum variety. I understand the down the sizing of greeting card sections based on sales and ROI.Now that Dollar Tree has a large selection of all cards at $1.25 each, it makes sense to utilize that card footage in retail grocery to generate additional footage for other categories that produce dollars and profits!

Being disabled w a heart condition I need to use an electric cart. Aisles are big enough and items easy to reach. Friendly staff to help as well. Comment: So the other night Im in the store and Im in search of spinach artichoke dip. I look on the chip aisle, nope, they only had spinach dip. I looked in the deli but couldnt find any. So I resolved to add my own artichoke. I went to the manager to save search time and asked about artichoke and told him the why and what and he says we have a really good dip in the deli, he walked me straight to it and when offered his personal pairing when he gets it for himself. Comment: Publix is my preferred grocery considering the competition in the area. The store is clean and items are easy to view. The shelves are stocked well, didnt notice any shortages, in goods. Produce is mostly fresh, sometimes you have to pick and choose carefully. The store has a bakery where you can buy various breads and sweets that are fresh. Also there is a deli and a pharmacy. You can play the lotto and buy a variety of beers and wines. Everything you need under one roof.

Comment: This is a great Publix. Its clean, the shelves are always well stocked, and the staff are helpful and friendly. I only have one complaint, hence the 4 star instead of 5 star review. They seem to be seriously understaffed in the early mornings, particularly on the weekends. I typically go before 9am on Saturday or Sunday and there are almost always just two registers open - an express and a regular one - and often there isnt a bagger on at least one of the registers. I like to go early to avoid the crowds and get my shopping done quickly (they get packed in the afternoons and evenings), but I often end up waiting in line forever because I have a full cart and theres only one non express lane. It would be great if they could open another register or two and have a couple of more baggers. I understand that they can only have so many staff and that the busier shifts are a priority, but it would definitely be nice to have a little more support for us morning people.

Comment: I went to this Publix tonight to do my grocery shopping as usual at around 9:00 pm. I went to the seafood section to get some fish I needed, I noticed they were cleaning already but I guessed they had everything in the back and I was still able to get it, I asked the woman that was there if it was possible for me to get something super quick and she literally refuse and said NO. I just couldn’t believe it because it’s been YEARS been a costumer of this location going there at least once or even twice at week and never had any bad comments to make until today. I know they close at 10:00 pm, I know everybody wants to go home as early as they can but it was 9:20 when I asked this woman to please get something for me. I am giving 4 stars because the manager (I think) tonight made that this experience wasn’t as bad as the costumer service from this person was. He very kindly went and grabbed what I needed! He is the reason for my 4 stars!! When I was paying for my groceries the woman behind me at the cashier saw that I got my fish and said “I didn’t know the seafood section was still open” that means that not just me but maybe a lot of people think they can’t get any seafood at Publix past certain hour at night? Anyways… thanks to the manager for doing his job and I hope this comment help to improve the costumer service of SOME people there!!!

But what you might not know is they have plain wings you dont even need Ranch to have with because they are phenomenal along with their green tea I have lost 22 lbs in the last four and a half months Im drinking there green tea with ginseng. They have it on buy one get one free pretty often:-) the Frontline workers there are also phenomenal and kind. I have arthritis and Im so happy when a young man offers to help me to my car. We dont see that much these days so drink it in :-)

Comment: This is my go to publix!! I live in between 3 publics and this by far is my favorite one. The store is always clean. The staff are extremely nice and curtieous... and very sweet. They take the time to help their customers, and when they dont have something they will call around to another publix to see if they have that item. If a staff member cant answer a question, they will find someone who can. The store is always clean and organized. When there is a spill or something breaks, someone is there immediately to clean it up. Other publixs I have been to, they took their time. I also enjoy the older man who hands out the samples. Hes very nice and a very happy go lucky guy. All the employees here take the time to know their regular customers and try to put a smile on your face when your having a rough day. Great job guys!

Comment: I only come here for cream, and to use the water machine to refill my 5 gallon jugs, but it’s a nice store.I shop at Aldi because it’s so much cheaper, but I love Publix subs and fried chicken.The one thing I don’t like about this Publix, is that there are always people/groups out front asking for donations, and the cashiers ask for donations too. Comment: My favorite Publix. Clean and convenient. Very courteous staff. Deli counter gets crowded sometimes but they keep it moving. They always open extra checkout lanes if its busy. Good produce and meat quality. I have been going here for years and always have a great experience.
