Comment: The Pharmacy department is awesome. They helped us get RXs for needed medication that was lost during our move. My husband has high BP and neuropathy. He must have the BP medication. They filled his RXs within 45 minutes. I just can not say enough good things about all the people involved. The young lady at the counter was simply an Angel. She never got flustered nor impatient with us. We both were rather frantic. Thank you all so very much.

Im tempted to drop off a star, only because the ciabatta bread is always gone! ;)This time I went in for frosting but there wasnt any in the cooler. I asked if it ran out and the beautiful woman working literally whipped up a quick box! Would you even believe she asked me what color I wanted too?! Attention to detail!Ive called ahead and asked for an order of the best food on the planet (hot&spicys!), In just flats and theyve obliged. The shelves are beautiful and their carts are smooth. Lovely place to browse, with all their unique brands and healthy options.

Great customer service on their part! On the other hand management should consider looking at the way departments are staffed, it is not fair for employees to get harassed because you guys are under staffed. Uncalled for. Be prepared to wait a while at the Deli and Meat counters. Also, you can order your pub subs ahead for pick up but be sure to grab vinegar and oil packets if you want them as 75% of the time they forget to include them in the sub bag.

I came from the Legoland Publix and was delighted to see a young manager had also moved to that store from Legoland Publix. He has a wonderful personality and is always willing to help. Im sorry I dont remember his name but hopefully those details help. That is not the only reason I am writing this review. There is a cashier there named Autumn (it was on my receipt). This young lady in the short time she is checking you out makes you feel like you have been friends for years. I find myself waiting in longer lines to check out with her. She is always happy and pleasant, she remembers you from the last time and brings stuff up, she makes you forget how much you just paid🤣 I havent had a bad experience and all the people there are friendly but these two people will keep me coming all the way back to Haines city since we are moving back to Winter Haven. They make shopping a pleasure.

Comment: Publix is a nice place to shop for bogos. The people that work there are wounderful, so very helpful and friendly. But I find them a bit expensive. I shop carefully there. Im a big compare shopper anyways. Even the Bogos are a bit high in price but because your getting two it is not to bad.

Comment: Love the self checkout option now. I have always loved the quality/items at Publix but in the past there have been times where I have left without getting what I needed due to how long the lines were and it taking too long to wait to checkout. Ever since I have come to this location my shopping has been easier/quicker using the self checkout option. I will definitely come back to this location for all of my Publix shopping.

Comment: Publix is a top notch place to shop. Everyone in the store says hello and can they help you. Customer service is the top priority. I may pay a little more for some a little less for others but at the end of the day I want to shop at a place that feels like they care. And the people that work in the Haines city Publix do just that. It not the name on the window it the name on the person is my reason to shop at PUBLIX

Comment: I couldnt find what I wanted and a manager actually walked us over to the Birthday candles we were looking for. The downside was in Bakery where we were being helped by a woman and then the other woman who works there also started to speak a little loud to her telling her how its supposed to be done. We just wanted to know the flavor of a cake. We didnt feel comfortable after this and went to finish our shopping.

Comment: Like always this Publix offers impecable customer service. Better yet after the gym I came to get some fresh honeydew and wow 🤩. Just take a look! Freshness Guaranteed!The fruit section is always so delicious!

Comment: Never disappoint! Publix always has everything! And if you shop the sales, it is better than going to Walmart!! I also use instacart and they have not brought me anything with the wrongs cuts (deli). Their hot food are just delicious and honestly the same price as if I were purchasing them raw to begin from scratch! I love this place!!

Comment: Publix did an amazing job on our wedding cake. It was delicious (like every other Publix cake), and it was beautifully designed. The bakery staff was easy to work with, and they did a great job of delivering the cake to our venue.*Cake topper pictured was purchased from separate seller.

Comment: James Harmon store manager at Publix is outstanding and the deli department as well. I was in the store this morning to pick up pre ordered food. Could not find my order, so they gave me the trays for free. I realized that i made a mistake, i ordered it from another location. They even called the store to have it delivered. I apologized to them for the confusion. He still gave me the food so i would not be late for my parents service. We went to the correct location and bought the correct order. Youll went above and beyond customer service. You made my service perfect.

Comment: Stopped for a quick trip to pickup cupcakes. Paid for them and the bagger (an older lady) asked if I needed her to help me take the cupcakes to the car and I declined. Its nice that you can always depend on them to have great customer service. Sometimes paying more makes a huge difference.

Comment: I have never been so shocked at a manager treating me so well . The cashier made a mistake and I was down 100 dollars but they found the mistake and gave me my money. I was a manager in retail and she was professional and one thing stands out was while I was standing in line 7 other people the store Manager went to each and everyone of us and asked what we needed. Comment: Of all the markets in the area, Im giving THIS ONE a well deserved five stars! If you compare the Haines City Publix market with its larger, more well known competitor down the road Wal...., You would be PROUD to call this your permanent market, its like day and night! First thing, the place is clean with an easy to navigate layout. You DO NOT have to wrestle with, or, catch a hernia trying to push BROKEN shopping carts!! Here, the employees ACTUALLY wash there uniforms, you dont have to worry about leaving with red eyes, due to E.E.B.O. (Exposure to Employee Body Oder)! The Isles are clean and clear of obstacles and the shelves have all the items pulled to the front perfectly, faced I believe they call it. Its been said that presentation is everything, well, just take a look at these guys produce, meat, bakery, deli departments ...hell, the whole store is picture perfect, however, its that way due to good management and a great employees! The employees here are so eager to help you, its almost strange for this area, reason being, the area, unfortunately, is riddled with many ignorant, hard to please, overprivalaged people that wont be happy no matter what, just read some of the reviews. The service here is great! My wife and I went in, just for a sandwich from the Deli and were so impressed with the pleasant over the top treatment we received from Mariana. I came back two days later to get two more sandwiches and was determined to have ONLY this lady make them! Ms. Mariana was there, making five huge subs for a difficult customer. I figured, well, by the time shes done with this joker, shell be just throwing the lunch meat and bun at my forehead! I could not have been more wrong, afterwards, she smiled, remembered me from two days ago and made me feel like I was her only customer that day! This exceptional employee was the push I needed to write this review after visiting this this store many times! Its very nice to see quality service from yesteryears present in a store today! Now also keep this in mind, reviews CAN BE EDITED, if things start to change for the worse. The Critic is always watching! Thanks Publix. The produce is always top quality, Boars Head meats, fresh baked breads, friendly associates, clean restroom and they ALWAYS have 4 or 5 handicap carts fully charged and parked, ready to go.It means a lot to come home to Florida to see the same top quality day in and day out in every Publix I have visited. Excellent job Publix. Just like Mr. George Jenkins envisioned when I met him in Lakeland, Florida in 1978. He was a First class man and the company he founded is still the best at what they do.

Comment: Always a great place to shop! Lots of Super bowl snacks on BOGO!! So glad I went Fri., it was Raymonds last day working there after 21 yrs with Publix, WOW!! Will surely miss him! Happy I had a chance to say bye & wish him well!! As I am Florida-born & from this area, I grew up shopping @ Publix! Comment: Had the best shopping experience at this location than at any other. Raymond was friendly and awesome. The store had great specials and the smell of the bakery permeated the whole store. Really made me feel like the holidays.

Comment: Typical Publix Supermarket. However, I will say this is a very clean, well organized, and friendly store. They are currently remodeling their floral area and turning it into a on-site place where you can face-time with a doctor. The floral department has been moved to the back of the shop.
