And yes the deli line gets long, but that’s with every Publix. You can’t denigrate this one when it is clearly a company wide issue. It leads me to believe that the higher ups within Publix don’t prioritize the wait time or that department.Store is always incredibly clean. Usually no issues finding what we need.

He always greets us and remembers everything about our family. He has even ordered our favorite products if they didnt have them. Ive never seen a store manager anywhere that is as dedicated as him. Amy and Rosie in the deli are amazing they remember my orders and know exactly how I like it. My daughters will only eat Publix cakes and the bakery always delivers, even when I come in with a custom idea, just look at my daughters black white and pink cake. It was everything I was thinking of and more. Last but certainly not least there is Alexa, shes our 5 year olds favorite part of the weekend. Alexa lets her help scan our groceries some visits or theyll be catching up with each other about how their week went. Its individuals like all of these wonderful people who make Publix stand out from all the rest.

Comment: What to say about Publix Supermarket at Hamlin Cove?What a great supermarket this is! Yes, its just another Publix but in a way, it isnt. Its still a pretty new store, but you find a good balance of employees from different backgrounds and ages, its always clean, there is plenty of parking and its pretty much for their use because other stores have some on front of them.The food quality is very good too, and they a nice setup for pickup orders and plenty of cash registers that seem to be attended most of the time.The pharmacy service is great too!They are following measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19!Highly recommend it!

Comment: Today I had a car issue and I believe his name was Luis and another awesome employee that I didn’t catch his name came to my rescue. I was panicked and didn’t know what to do with my car. They helped me every step of the way and got me on my way and took the time to make sure that my car was running but that I would be safe. Thank you! Your act of kindness means a lot!!! Publix employees take pride in the job that they do, i have rarely seen people sweeping or cleaning in grocery stores but within 5 minutes of being there i had seen 2 or 3 people sanitizingand sweeping. Many many selections of what you need, even things i havent seen before!

Comment: I find myself shopping here more and more. Everything from basic sundries to chicken tender sandwiches for lunch. It just feels less hurried and crowded than walmart usually is, the staff are friendly and more interactive than other grocery stores. And its one of the few places Ive been able to find rubbing alcohol lately.

Comment: This store is beautiful. The landscaping outside the store is unique and interesting, the layout of the store is very intuitive, and, as always, the customer service is amazing. If I ever have a question about anything the employees are always able to help me out and answer any questions.In addition, there have been some updated safety measures due to COVID-19 to keep everyone safe. Carts and baskets are sanitized between each use, aisles are one way traffic only, and there are markers at checkout to keep a 6 foot social distance.

Comment: A very nice beautifully designed grocery store. As soon as you walk in everything just feels so nice. Did some quick shopping to grab a few things. You can tell the store is somewhat new, but still everything is so clean, and nicely taken care of. Just like all other Publix stores the staff is very friendly, and helpful. They make you feel so welcomed unlike many other retail places these days. All, and all I will continue to use this store, and this chain for my grocery needs.

Comment: I went yesterday night under the rain to this location to get few things, I found everything, even a great cashier name Jeff, Mr. Jeff was so incredibly nice, which I appreciated a lot, I also get 15 dollars as cash back to play the lotto, I went to the customer service desk and there was 3 publix employees paying but something happens with the receipt printer and the employees were waiting for the manager to come and fix it, mean while I was waiting to get my tickets, the customer service lady Haely toll me Ill be with you in a minute, then the manager Luis came in to resolve the situation if the publix employees while I was there waiting, after Haely ask me what I want, I said the grouper and the other numbers, and still she was more concern and putting more attention to the employees situation than to the customer needs. finally with a very hard military voice Haely toll the amount to pay, and looking to the side of the employees transaction she again with a very strong military voice she told me here is your change Sir. Just to let Publix know that its time to retraining some of the employees on what come first and the way they talk to the customers. I would like to apologize to Healy , I really didnt want to botter her with my decision of purchase my lotto tickets at that time in Publix, sorry, it will never happens again, next time I go to Walmart.

Comment: Publix appears to be the standard for the central Florida area. This particular Publix has great employees and its clean. However, I tend to think that the majority of items at Publix are overpriced and the produce tends to be average to bad. I dont know how this is possible when the environment in Florida appears to be ideal for farming year round.Its the best grocery store that Ive visited since living in Orlando and I believe that it sets the bar in the area, but Ive certainly been to much better grocery stores in the Northeast USA. The fresh food market is average and the cheese selection is below average.Let me end on the positive aspects of the place. Its brand new and clean. The employees are fantastic and its location to my home is wonderful.

The staff is really helpful and will even order products in that you request (my wife wanted a specific gluten free item and they got it in for her).
