Comment: A really good Publix. Always clean, and very friendly workers. The pharmacy is always very quick and so are the cashiers. Store is always very well organized and usually stocked as well as they can be considering the manufacturing shortages for a lot of food lately.The deli food is always great, the sushi is super good especially for the price, and the pre-made dinners in the meat section are all pretty damn tasty.Love this store, although the prices are a little high compared to a lot of the other grocery stores. Its really good to just keep the app on and have an account with them and check for coupons. Getting things that are buy one get one free is always the best way to get stuff at this store, and definitely makes them cheaper than anywhere else if you can catch a good deal.

Comment: I have been going to my local Publix for about18-19years now. They’ve even watched my daughter grow up from a newborn to becoming a teenager, who prefers this store, managers and co-workers. Many of the staff like Daton, Vero and the produce section are ALWAYS there when you need assistance. Regardless, whether you need anything or not they’re right there for you. Bad day at work, they’re there with a smile/laugh to greet you. Also, if you need anything Publix can usually get there hands on the items in question. They go out their way to make you happy and that’s why I’ve stayed.Although, lately I’m not that happy. The zephyrhills spring water 2.5 is getting ridiculous. It’s hot and water is a necessity. I buy this water weekly and it’s NEVER in the system to scan. Not to mention, it leaks continuously from the valve. I dislike returning items to the store! This will be about the 4th time this has happened and I choose not to purchase the Publix brand. Make the valves withstand better! Please listen to your customers and pass on the information. It’s not fair that I have to return this heavy item to the store.#DRIPS #DISAPPOINTED

I started by ordering some subs online then went to the deli department to proceed in order in person my cold cuts. Everyone was extremely efficient considering the volume at hand. To the left the meat department was stalking beautiful steaks. I asked one of the employees down the aisle for something random he took me there in person and was personable. Then it continued to Fresh Produce where there is more than one person there to guide me or ask if I was okay and needed help. Im excited about my local Publix. My neighbor gave me some and he loved it.Well when I saw this sign on the freezer door I was so happy! I grabbed a few ice creams for my Rocky Bear and checked it off my list! Thanks for having that reminder on the freezer door!

Comment: Pretty much all staff is really friendly, except one time one of the assistant managers was not having a good day, kinda grumpy, I think her name is Carla. Like I said, maybe just not having a good day that day. Everybody else is awesome. And just another friendly constructive criticism, deli menu needs to be livened up, same old looking mac & cheese and sad looking roasted pork and non-appetizing congri everyday wont cut it. If menu gets re-worked, I might start eating from the deli again. For now, Ill be looking else where for hot food. Again, just a friendly comment, I still think Publix has great quality products.
