They have wonderful prepared meals in the deli that you only have to reheat such as salmon, Korean meatballs, beef tenderloin, etc. The only negative was their customer service was lacking as I asked where the single lighters were located and they said they dont sell those! I finally got a customer service lady that figured out they were behind the register where no one could see them.

Comment: Hi Cynthia I had a great experience when i came in and a wonderful woman helped me today when the customer service desk person was busy i then had a great conversation with the meat department representative but it all changed when Killian was training a new cashier but refused to acknowledge that i was there even though he was bagging my groceries, it became even more apparent when he then turned away to have an excitable interaction with a distant co worker, still not bothering to even acknowledge that he was helping a customer, as i walked away it completely diminished the experience previously , i had to express this to someone, how can this person be training someone when he is lacking basic manners.

Comment: I really like the new Publix Super Market at Hobe Sound Center. There has been so may people putting in there input about this store.. Yes ... just like any new stores there are going to be things that needs to be worked out. All I can say is I am so grateful for the new store. The location is perfect for me because I do not have transportation. I like the verity of all the foods in all the departments & everything is fresh & clean. All the employees are so polite and helpful and they are every where. Ya know ... If you do not like it there are .. There are MANY other stores one can shop at.. I have to laugh.... I just want to say Thank You Publix & All the employees. Local in Hobe Sound

Comment: Anticlimactic! Waited excitedly for this store to open just to be very disappointed in it. Its like a miniature Publix, definitely not like any other normal stores. They do not have much in the way of product or deli space, but I assume thats because they just dont have room for it. They absolutely could have done without the liquor store. It makes no sense why they wasted all that space on that, rather than improve on the actual store itself. All the potential for what could have been one of the best stores theyve ever opened, wasted.The good parts are that it is very close, they have amazing staff, and its very clean. The staff are why I go back!!!

Comment: This Publix was highly necessary and super appreciated, but it feels small and doesn’t have nearly the selection as other publixes in the area. Maybe it’s opening pains but I always see workers standing around and there tends to be lots of missing product on the shelf. Great potential, but some room for improvement.

Comment: This is a smaller Publix but its very nice. If youve been to a Greenwise its about that size. They dont have 30 different kinds of everything but from my quick trip it seemed you could certainly do your basic shopping here. Of course its fresh and brand new which is always a nice experience. The parking lot is well done too. If youre waiting for the Cove Publix to be remodeled this is certainly a good alternative if youre south of Cove Road.
