Comment: When we buy a whole chicken, Sunray Publix will cut it up for us at no charge. We just tell the butcher how we want it cut, e.g. stew, leg quarters, thighs, breasts, etc and it gets done. Best to grab your chicken first, have them start the process, then do the rest of your shopping. They re-label it and you take it along with the rest of your groceries to the cashier. Easy & convenient!

Comment: This was my first time at this particular Publix. It was around 5:30, the night before Thanksgiving, and it was across the street from my friends subdivision where I was headed for Thanksgiving. Of course, the store was packed! So, what better time to pass judgment, right? However, since you can rely on Publix stores to have similar layouts, it wasnt difficult to find my way around. And when I needed help, I easily found an always-helpful, knowledgeable Publix employee. How do they do it? Hats off to Publix superior employee training and emphasis on customer service. It never fails to amaze me when its so difficult to find it in other stores of any type or size. All of their delis seem to be superior to their competition, which Im guessing is Winn Dixie and Walmart. It doesnt matter what it costs if you offer a superior product with excellent customer service. Build it and they will come. LOL. Anyway, I was slightly concerned, having waited til the last minute as seems to be my bad habit, if the items I was responsible for bringing would even still be available. I got the few things I actually came for, which were all BOGOs I might happily add, and still ended up spending around $65 as seems to be my habit at Publix even if I just stop for bread & milk! That should tell you something really good about their stores - service, availability, BOGOs, products especially from their deli and bakery departments. I love their rotisserie chickens altho theyre a little small & expensive, they taste marvelous. I prefer the Original ones. All of their deli items Ive tried were good. Their deli meats cannot be beat at any other store, as far as Im concerned, nor can their bakery items, especially their bread, croissants, muffins, & cannoli. YUMMO! The rare roast beef is always delicious at any price, as far as Im concerned, and throw in a little Boarshead Vermont white cheddar cheese with that. Awesome! On a large, bakery croissant, of course.In short, this was a great Publix visit, as always. Even at a new-to-me store, I easily got what I came for & much more. And ya gotta admit, I put this store to the test at what was probably their busiest time so far this holiday season, and they still scored 5+ stars with ease. Congrats!

Isles are always Super Clean and well organized and stacked up. Check out is quick and runs pretty smoothly with very nice cashiers. All is always fresh at the fruit produce, seafood area and Deli, and pretty much way through t out all the store itself. Love shopping here.

Comment: This location is more remote despite being well located off US 19 in Holiday. The parking lot is smaller but well kept. This store has customer appeal as it still provides the same goods as the rest of the Publix stores but it is more intimate. The staff is quite friendly. It reminds me of a hometown feel back in my day with all of the up to date offerings in goods and services of today. The remainder of the strip stores vary with other turn key businesses. Some stores are the same like a Chinese restaurant and a gym. Overall the Publix is great. The rest of the area is remote and I would not visit other areas except Publix during hours of darkness due to remoteness of the area.

Comment: I live like two blocks from the store and Ive been going in there 4 years I probably going to three times a week I dont do all my shopping at that Publix I shop at other stores while I shop there mostly there and Aldis today I went to one in Tarpon. Kind of like Tarpon better people at holiday store or what kind of changing over actually but they havent always been real you know Warren and helpful maybe its just me maybe they just theres something about me that you dont take a look warm up to I dont know the bakery there that is excellent they are good and theyre very helpful always people upfront or not you know theyre just theyre busy if you stop one of them and ask them if they have an item so look it up for you theres not that warm its not that warm energy like you have at the other one though I really I dont think maybe its because the other ones busier

Comment: Theres a reason Publix has been successful. The stores are always clean and well organized. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact that Publix is substantially more expensive than Winn Dixie where we normally shop. Every year we have a large party for our family and extended family around Christmas and the deli sandwich platter is always a hit and we dont have to cook as much so it makes our lives a bit easier at that time of year.

Comment: The employees here are SO nice! The lady in seafood was extra super helpful! They have a really nice selection of groceries. I especially like the fresh meat combo dinners that are prepackaged. You basically just follow the directions on the package to bake or cook it on the stove.

Comment: I love this Publix everyone is really friendly and helpful. The only reason Im not giving a 5 star is because the hot food in the deli is hardly ever a available when I go and every time I want something they dont have it. The staff usually offers to make it if Im willing to wait but the reason people go to the deli meals is so they dont have to wait and can just grab something and go. The one time I did wait for them to make something it seemed as if it wasnt cooked all the way and was rushed. Other than that the staff is great the store is clean and they keep their shelves nice.

I asked a man finding something I needed for a recipe I wanted to try to make. He went way above & beyond to help me. Avoid this location during the time the school lets out or youll have that you get through. Theres a Elementary (I think) next-door. This Publix has AMAZING staff. They were able to make a space cake...not in the catalog..and did an excellent job. I wanted to recognize the cake decorator who handled our order on 8/19/2020. I shop here, New Port Richey, and Tarpon frequently as well as two in Palm Harbor and theyre all equally clean, well staffed, and professional. The staff is very helpful! Comment: I love Publix, I have family members who work for them but this location is okay. Store is clean, but some of their cashiers are not professional. I go there like 4 times a week and I pick certain lanes to go to depending upon who is cashiering. I have gone there on NUMEROUS occasions and have had to listen to certain conversations that shouldnt be discussed at work. I am not an uptight person but lets just say some personal stuff should be kept just that..personal. Also they have at least 2 cashiers who are extremely rude. I say at least 2 because that I know for sure. I will still shop there because its close to my house and I prefer Publix over other places at times. You wont lose my business, but I will be honest if asked. Like I said I have 3 family members who work for Publix and one of them has been there for 23 years.

Comment: For mothers day I went to the bakery with a special request... they are AMAZING there.. I was looking for a cupcake bouquet which isnt something they normally do.. I brought them containers and pictures on my phone of what i was looking for and they made it happen.. They were extremely helpful, professional and personable. The entire bakery staff that was there that day participated in helping to make what i wanted (looking it up talking over ideas with me on how to execute it etc.) and the bouquets came out absolutely perfect.THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!! :D
