Comment: I LOVE MY PUBLIX! So much that I always joke saying that the places I would considering moving to will depend on Publixs business area... I have lived in different states and no supermarket can compare to Publix... great selection, the best and friendlier staff, clean store, well organized... SUPER... The only reason I did not give 5 starts on this review, is because, at least at this location, many great products have been disappearing from the shelves to never come back over the past years. I have found myself in need to travel to other Publix locations to find some of the products I used to buy here :(

I had left a very valuable package there and I had called immediately to ask if it was returned and I was addressed to the manager and he assured me that he had the package and it was secured and that I could pick it up at my convenience, he was very attentive and concerned, and I immediately went to Publix and offered a reward but he graciously refused and said it is our Publix promise and they are happy to serve their clients He was so kind and professional and I really respected that I wanted to offer him a kudos for all he does there and that is why I have been shopping at Publix for the past 30+ years. Their customer service excels above and beyond thank you again and again.!

Sanitizing everything to make sure I dont get any allergic reaction. Literally everyone was in line asked him to do their sandwiches because of how clean and organized Josh was. Comment: I have enjoyed going to this Publix for more than 10 years, it has everything I need. I usually go in the morning and they have great customer service. The only reason, I gave it 4 stars is because they do not have self-checkout and the lines can be extreme long at time. At one point, they had started to install self-checkout registers but were removed for some reason. I go to another Publix closer to my home now and it is so convenient to have those self-checkout registers. Apart from that it is a great Publix and set up in a nice location.

Comment: Again Publix grocery stores the best quality of meats very fresh never sale or odd tasting between seafood and to their steaks and burgers never had a problem with them over the years Ive lived in Florida before and also as in Mobile Alabama and they stand behind their products and what I love the most about this store or all stores of Publix theyre inviting theyre very clean all the employees are very courteous the managers are always there whatever the situation is and whatever you would need they are there to help you Ive also have had my prescriptions filled there from Lake Okeechobee Florida to Mobile Alabama and now Orlando Florida and they are very thorough when it comes to prescriptions I love the store itself its clean and its inviting and everything is set in place if you want something you ask one of the associates they would drop everything that theyre doing and they will take you directly into that aisle and point out the item that youre looking for I dont care if youre young or old these people are very courteous and every state Ive been in two as well and a before the pandemic damn you could bring it back and even after the pandemic you could bring it back to a certain point

Comment: I use curbside pickup and my order is always ready early which i love. So far knock on wood, only one item one time i didnt like the replacement they chose and it was refunded easy peasy. I didnt have to go into the store. 97 percent of the time i get just what i order. People are always friendly and helpful. If you are feeling old just order some beer and you will get carded and it makes you feel great😂

Comment: Love this particular Publix. Its so much nicer in every way than the Landstar Publix across the street from where we live. Much bigger store with way more variety and always has what I want in stock. The overall ambience and friendliness of the employees at this store is second to none. Whenever I have time or am passing through the area I will go out of my way to shop at this store, even if it means being stuck in rush hour traffic for a few extra minutes on the way home.

Comment: Excellent staff service. When you cant find something, they will escort you to it, literally. The chemist is also very helpful. The person who bags your purchases will also help you take them to your car. Publix also has bins for recycling their plastic bags, Styrofoam and egg cartons, and paper. Well done!

Comment: The employees are uniquely kind, caring, eager to please the customers in a truly genuine manner. The store is well lit, clean & items are set in a way to ensure your shopping list grow with tempting delicious foods. But, their cakes are the best. The bakers create these otherwise expensive cakes at prices that makes surviving these economic times just a bit more easier. I am glad to live near the best Publix in central florida :)
