The food court service is spectacular (the food itself is up and down, some days are better than others); the atmosphere in the store is vibrant, and most of the associates are welcoming and lively. Traffic waiting at the light to get out of the plaza was line but the light stayed on an extended period to get everyone out. Otherwise the store was free of lines, most items appeared to be well stocked (at least on the aisles I was on) and fresh food items were still available at the deli.

I was looking for a BOGO item and Armando directed me and was willing to walk me over. There were only three on the shelve so a bagger summoned Christiana. As she was using her phone to check inventory, Eugene AKA Junior walked over and looked it up too, without being asked. He then escorted me to the additional items in the display island. Tamara checked out my groceries and she was very friendly. I got back in line and Jose bagged my additional groceries and Adrianna was the cashier. Comment: 1st The young man Pabrian -who assisted the cashier Martha- was the epitome of great customer service. He even offered to help me unload my cart and then insisted on helping me to my car even during a torrential rain storm. As I spoke to him I found out it was his 1st day. What a nice young man. And then the cashier Martha was so warm and charming. I will say that day was a good day at Publix. I gave this visit 5 stars but there have been visits at this location where they didnt deserve 1 star. And thats the truth.

Comment: I know this isnt Publix fault, theres not enough cashiers. Ive been going 2 this particular Publix for 35+ years & this parking lot is the WORST. Other than that I have NO PROBLEM w Staff, Store or finding what I need. Usually theres enough Staff around 2 ask where something is & ALWAYS w a Smile! I know ur not Staffed 2 proper capacity & thats not the Stores fault

Comment: I went for lunch. The store was very clean. The employees in the making the subs and the ladies in the cooked food section were very polite. Great customer service! Though there was a lot of customers, they remained nice with a smile on their face. Ill definitely go back for lunch and grocery shopping as it is so close to my job.

Comment: Great location that has been in this location for many years. The staff is awesome. Dave who retrieves carts or bags items sometimes, always greets my daughter and remembers her name, even the manager is always walking around inside with a smile and willing to help you find an item or just say hello. It really embodies where shopping is a pleasure.

Comment: Always friendly employees and good service. The line for hot food was very long and the employees disappeared, but eventually they reappeared and I was able to get chicken tenders by asking since everyone was waiting on wings. That was the only negative experience. If I didnt ask, the employees would never have called on me.

Comment: Great place to get all your shopping done. The plaza also has a bank, a McDonalds, Poli Tropical, a 7 eleven with a gas station, a clothing store, Dollar Tree, Walgreens, GNC, AT&T mobile store and much more. There is plenty of free parking but sometimes the lot gets full quickly so I like to come as early as possible. The store opens at 7 oclock am daily. Loads of good fresh goods on the shelf, frozen sections, and fresh meat seafood, and produce. Hot deli restaurant style as well as a cold deli serving subs and international cuts by the pound. Catering is available, and instacart, Uber eats, etc. I prefer to get my cleaning supplies, health and beauty stuff here also its super easy to find all the right stuff at a great price.

Comment: I’m an Insta-Cart and Shipt Shopper; I go to a lot of different Publix, this has got to have the BEST customer service people , awesome cashiers very patient and the meat department crew and manager are outstanding and incredibly helpful !!!Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the sea food 🐟 🦞 🦀 crew - they are definitely not happy !!!Let me not forget the deli people A+ 💯💯💯💯Thank you for making shopping a great experience

Comment: Frequent this Publix usually a couple of times a week and it is usually okay. Products are usually in stock and seasonal products are always on time too. Most of the staff is usually very nice and helpful. Downsides tend to be parking, sometimes products may be expired, and the prepared foods line seems to run out of bread for subs 2-3 hours before the store closes from time to time.

Comment: Today I order 2 chicken tender subs at about 1230... it was a little busy but the line was moving... I love the fact that all the girls in the sub line was in just a good mood and happy to be there.. Tasha made my sandwiches I went home and eat half.... I just wanted to kiss her because it was perfect and delish... I will be coming back for Tasha to make more of my subs... She rocks!!

Comment: Publix, where shopping is truly a pleasure! Excellent produce, meats and seafood section. The staff is always courteous, friendly and available to provide assistance. Speedy checkouts! If you want fried chicken or subs be prepared to wait because its so delicious everyone wants a piece. The deals are so incredible here and cant be beat! From the buy one get one free guru...lol!

Comment: I love publix but the bakery section needs to be more consistent with the chocolate chip cookies. Sometimes they are soft and delicious and other times they are hard as rocks. Yes this is my fat girl review because it really pisses me off (like tonight) to make it all the way home, pour a glass of milk and then my cookies are mini bricks.

Comment: This has been my neighborhood store for many years and I love the professionalism of supervisory staff, as well as their responsiveness to customers concerns. Of course, the other employees appear to be well trained and represent the organization. Its indeed a pleasure.
