Comment: Parking is a hassle as people pull through to parking slots then their cars are going to have to exit going against the flow of traffic. Handicap slots are few. The store is wheelchair friendly. Bakery has a good supply of products. Deli can get backed up at peak hours. The meat counter was good. Fruits and vegetables are well stocked. Most store employees are friendly and helpful. Some are just indifferent when you ask them where something is located. Prices reflect the inflation rate and very few sale items. Overall a good place to shop.

Comment: I really enjoyed shopping at this location for several years but unfortunately in the past 2 to 3 months they have a whole bunch of new employees who are working here and they are not very customer friendly compared to the previous staff members. Unfortunately I am homeless right now so I have to go there and use the restroom to change my clothes and clean up and brush my teeth. I always make sure to leave the restroom clean after I get done. Most of the time I try to make sure I clean up anything that I can for example wiping the sink area down, making sure the toilet is flushed completely and wiped down and pick up any paper off of the floor. I have never done anything to disrespect anyone, I dont ask people for money in or around the store and I dont ever steal like other people who are homeless around here. Now that most of the staff is new they dont personally know me and my husband like the other ones did but I have been treated completely differently than I see other customers being treated. I have been mistaken for another woman who had to be removed from the store by the rescue and the next time I was in the store shopping I had a new manager come to me and say that I need to leave the store because I was considered to be trespassing for the incident with the rescue team and I am not a confrontational person but I wanted him to understand that I was definitely not the person who he was mistaking me for. I am going to continue to shop here because it is the most convenient location to where I currently stay but I am disappointed in Publix right now for the way I have been treated in the recent past. Aside from that Im a loyal customer and will continue to shop at Publix.

Comment: I’ve been going to this Publix since 1989. If you know this to be true you know that this Publix moved from one side of the shopping center to the other. I’ve been a lot change over the years but the main thing that remained the same is the excellent customer service… IN store. This location is not to great when trying to make phone contact. I had a huge deli order for multiple platters and I needed to make a few modifications. I called the store several times in one day to where I was on 10+ hold, hung up on or someone didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to drive to this location to ensure to make my corrections. Other than that…. The shelves are always neatly stocked, friendly employees and everyone is always willing to help!

The bag attendants always offer to help me with my groceries to the car, and are super polite. The only small hiccup has been the Deli area. Not too many happy individuals there at times. They seem a bit overwhelmed with the crowd, and I feel that makes them unpolite when taking your order, especially during peak hours of lunch and dinner time.

Comment: Great publix. Tosha from the deli is absolutely awesome. I enjoyed talking to her as my chicken tender sub was made, she was very friendly and kind today made me enjoy this publix store that much more. This publix is always clean, im always asked and greeted by the employees and managers I cross paths with. Im glad to see worked from the other publix were able to come to this one. Absolutely recommend this publix and visiting the deli, publix subs are legendary.

Comment: I just had an amazing experience at Publix and had to write this review. I don’t want to give the specifics because I don’t want the review to put ideas in anyone’s mind that might take advantage of this review but wanted to thank the management and the staff at Publix for turning what could have been a nightmare for me especially during this pandemic into a learning experience. If every business modeled itself after Publix this world would truly be a better place! I’ve been going to Publix ever since I was riding in the little seat of their shopping cart! I’m in my 30s and can say that they live up to their motto and make shopping a pleasure. From the way the staff treats you, always welcoming with a smile to the warm and friendly smell of their bakery section, Publix employs the highest quality staff and uses the best ingredients. Yes, it’s true that you could shop elsewhere and save a little bit of money on SOME things but if you do your homework and take advantage of their advertisements and BOGO’S you can get the best of both worlds. The best grocery store and a wonderful, clean and safe shopping experience! You can’t get that at any other grocery store.A Publix Shopper for Life!JenP.S. Comment: Publix is very clean and shelves very neat. People who work there are very nice and friendly. Pricing has gone up a bit probably 20 to 25 %, but seems groceries have everywhere. I love Publix more than any grocery store. Thank you Publix 😍

Comment: I go to this store at least once a week since I move to the neighborhood. The staff is considerate, always helpful. The place is consistently clean. You dont see wilted greens or rotten limes there. Their displays are attractive. Shopping there is a relaxing and pleasant experience.

Comment: Im not a usual shopper, I was shopping for a friend. The store is nicely set up and clean but I find Publix too expensive. The same quality products may be found elsewhere for less money.
