Comment: Love the place, but I wish their prices were a little more competitive. I can spend $100 at Publix but would spend like $80 at Wal-Mart for the same stuff, then with those savings, I could pay the $13/month for Wal-Mart + and have all that stuff delivered to my house each time I shop for the entire month. I usually take like 4-7 trips to a grocery store each month since i have a big family and if Im spending a $100 each time at Publix i would be wasting so much money. I could be saving $20 by going to Wal-Mart each time, and then I would be saving around $120 a month by just going to Wal-Mart. You think about the savings amount each month, which is more than an entire year subscription to Wal-Mart +, which means i could buy a subscription and have all my groceries delivered those 4-7 times. The thing I like about Publix is that it is convenient and employees are sometimes more helpful. I think its time for Publix to step it up and be more competitive.

I ran into Johns Creek Publix for Gatorade, pedialyte, Popsicles, cleaning supplies, etc. I was greeted, assisted and treated warmly by the manager, the cashier, a stock person and a bagging assistant. Comment: Very clean and friendly staff. I feel safe here. I once dropped my earring I got from my husband for my birthday and 2 of the staff stopped what they were doing and helped me. I had a screaming toddler (who is the reason my earring popped off) and I was 7 months pregnant. I really appreciate Publix.

Comment: I normally dont leave reviews for grocery stores, but this Publix was nice. I called before going to ask if they sold the daiya brand of vegan cheese. The associate stated they did carry it. When I arrived I spoke with her at the front desk and she told me exactly where to find it. I was thankful they had the cheese as I needed it for my breakfast that morning.

Comment: Love all Publix. Employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They go over and above. I called and asked for pellets and asked them to hold. When I got there they didnt have any. Shii and Clayton not only gave me one for free but had an employee go to another store, get them and delivered to my front door at zero cost to me. They wouldnt even take a tip. Ive never received customer service like this anywhere! They deserve a raise.

Comment: A Big shout out to Ashley at Publix @ Johns creek. She accompanied me to my car with my groceries. We were making small talk along the way, I told her I was suppose to be meeting someone that was buying a pack n play from me. I was a little concerned because it had changed from meeting the lady to meeting her husband and then to meeting her husband and his friend. Also type of vehicle changed 3 times.While she retrieved shopping carts in the parking lot she checked on me several times. It was good to know that someone knew I was there. She did nothing wrong or against the store policy , just simple let me know she saw me. Thanks Ashley !!

Comment: Very friendly customer service. Deli staff is quick and the meats and cheeses are always fresh. Best subs! Store is well organized and clean. Baggers are always willing to walk you to your car. Cashiers are pleasant and greet you with a smile. Stop in at dinner time to have the store chef create a small plate of deliciousness!

Comment: Love this store, however, I wish they would train the employees how to bag with brown paper bags. We always ask to have them instead of plastic and it never fails they fill them SO FULL that they are hard to carry without stuff falling out. Otherwise everyone is so helpful and willing to go out of their way!!

Comment: Good clean store with lots of fresh, smiling faces to tend to your needs. Got sliced meat in the deli and that fellow was very pleasant, as were the cashier and bagger on my way out the door. BOGO sales throughout the store and on $84.49 I saved $25.93. Thank you, Publix!

Comment: The Publix Bakery provided the wedding cake for our wedding ceremony and they did an incredible job! The cake not only looked phenomenal but it tasted fantastic! It was better that my wife and I ever could have dreamed! The staff was very friendly and professional! Our wedding was a destination wedding and we were only able to visit once prior to the wedding. The bakery provided us with a cake tasting at no cost and we were able to communicate over the phone exactly what we wanted! We were nervous having so little interaction with the bakers but they exceeded our expectations greatly! They also helped secretly bake a grooms cake that was Star Wars themed that looked amazing and was also delicious! We received so many wonderful compliments about both cakes! My wife and I highly recommend Publix bakery!
