Comment: This is the best Publix between Dunedin, Largo, Clearwater and St Pete. I’ve been to over 25 Publix in the last 13 years and this is by far the friendliest staff and the best service.I love the meat and fish department staff. They are incredible and they always are very honest and extremely helpful. They work very hard to try to bring in fresh produce every single day.The deli department I don’t deal with as much, but a few encounters I have had have been extremely helpful and very service oriented.The Produce team is also amazing and they will always go in the back to search for something. If you can’t find it out on the shelves, I would say that I go to five different organic stores and Publix consistently has the best organic produce.I recently got my daughter, a birthday cake from the bakery shaped like a cat face made out of cupcakes and it did not disappoint. They literally made a four-year-old girls birthday very memorable and they did it overnight!

Comment: We come here just about every week. We also come here to get our prescriptions. Always a family friendly location. Prices are decent, and the store is immaculate. The meats, deli, and frozen foods are among my favorites and its always well stocked and everyone is so nice. Always there for us. The pharmacy staff is always super helpful as well. The front desk does amazing with getting lotto tickets and scratch offs, and the register check out is rarely ever a burden. Way to go!

Comment: This is my neighborhood store, Ive been a customer there since it first opened many years ago. The store is clean, organized, well supplied, and I love, love the BOGOs. However, most importantly, I love the team members (all departments, especially cashiers, bakery, pharmacy, deli and meats. They are the nicest and most helpful people ever. They go out of their way to be helpful. Some of them have become an extension of my family because they have taken the time to care through my life transitions ( ie. health issues, family losses, and joyous celebrations). Worth mentioning cashiers: Noemi, Sally, Irene, and Lexie at the bakery whom I have witnessed blosom into a beautiful mom and a highly qualified baker. Every time I visit the store, I leave with a sense of gratitude and say: I love my Publix.

Comment: My favorite Publix to go to in this area. I live closer to the one off Gulf to Bay, but I choose this one every time. All employees are pleasant and helpful. And the inside/outside is always well taken care of. I give four out of 5 stars because there seems to be less non-dairy options, compared to the other Publix locations. So I often have to travel more to get specific vegan products but the place is great!

He always goes out of his way to greet and say thank you to the customers. He is always helping a customer and will go out of his way to help you out with the groceries, returning a cart, finding an item. These days I do not come across this genuine type of young person very often. Kudos to you Kyle for your kindness and professionalism doing your job. Comment: Update: The parking lot has been repaved in a shade of mid-gray. Which is very nice. Im all about parking lots. As I like to park where my car will not get dinged. That said: This Publix has the Best parking lot layout. Easy in and out. And I must say...on top of the parking lot. Of all the Publix I shop at. (I shop at many) This Publix has the best staff. Very happy, helpful and pleasant. They will go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. Which makes it a wonderful experience to shop at La Bella Publix.

Only rating 4-stars bc this location typically seems louder inside (in part bc of muzak piped thru speakers) than other locations. The volume can b very distracting & painful to ppl sensitive to intolerable noise levels. I often wear ear plugs just to shop here.Update this Publix is as busy and loud as it always has been. I still hav to wear ear plugs in @least my left ear to cut down on the noise in the store. Still a great location w friendly staff and they have great weekly & 3-wk adds w lots of BOGOs to get what you need. To recap, the store & staff r just as great here as they always are. If this store is in your neighborhood or perhaps near ur work commute etc, its great grocery store location w super staff and competitive prices, depending on what you shop for most often. I will continue to keep rating @ 4 out of 5 stars - Only bc of the loud music they pipe throughout the store whenever Im there to just get a couple things too.

In this case that is a great thing. The staff are so warm and helpful. The selection of foods is always bountiful and if they dont have an item ask to see if it can be ordered. I am always pleased with Publix and I will always go out of my way to find one just so I have the warm service and attention. Publix is 10/10 in my book.

Comment: Called the bakery to order my daughter her birthday cake. Lexi answered and was very sweet and answered all my crazy questions. I kept apologizing and she reassured me over and over that all of my questions were not silly. She was happy to help. When I went to pick up my cake I wanted to thank her for helping me. We spoke for a few minutes, she was very upbeat. Great customer service from her even though it seems a lot of the other employees didnt even want to be there. She seemed to enjoy her job. The cake was great. Taste was on point. My daughter loved it. Will definitely be going back to ask for Lexi specifically in the bakery. Give this girl a promotion because honestly its hard to find people who actually want to work like this sweet girl did.

Comment: Ive been going to Publix at this location for probably 20 years or longer when this was a Winn Dixie. Always stopped here on Fridays after work to get my groceries. Im retired now and still come here. Its a smaller store but I always get in and out. The employees are pleasant and guess I go at a time when its not crowded but Ive never waited long at the checkout. The meat department is stocked and the butchers are always pleasant. Most of the time when everyone is stocking the shelves they always say hello. Even get my lottery tickets and prescriptions there also. Really one of the nicest stores they have here.

Comment: This Publix is great like all the rest. The customer service is outstanding and I can usually figure out where everything is. On this trip to I incountered a very upset customer while checking out. As I was attempting to park a customer blew a stop sign as I was about to pull out into the main drive and rushed into the store. But by the time I found the 1 Tupperware item i needed and walking to check out a Mr. Morgan in customer service was able to fix the problem she had and was very polite to the obviously irritated and frazzled lady. The total time from walking into the door and check out for me was about 5 minutes. Kudos to the team at Publix!

Comment: Since I moved to Florida 20 years ago, Publix has always been my favorite. I really like that they started getting in more organic items. Also a lot of fresh items. When I went last week with my husband I was sure I would walk out of there with the few basic things I needed. Unfortunately so many shelves were bare. I know thats not Publix fault. What I was really shocked about is how the prices have gone up. I know that is happening in most stores anyway. I hope we get back to normal soon. Its really hard to survive with these prices.

Comment: Aisles ate very, very narrow. Otherwise a typically good Publix. (Update added): But, I am disabled and found that navigating those narrow aisles was difficult: hard for two shopping carts to pass each other, especially with floor displays making things worse. I worked for Publix for a while after retirement and know the company makes great effort to make shopping convenient and as safe as possible. This was my first time at this oarticular store and I think that it must have been a remodeled, previously competitor owned older store. While the narrow aisle problem probably wont be in any way practical to change, at least the abundance of extra product displays further crowding the space could be addressed.

Comment: Very nice neighborhood Publix to shop at. On less crowded streets than other grocery stores so it’s easy to shop and go. They have a pharmacy, deli, bakery, sub making station. Comment: The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I go through a couple different Publix locations in the area and it feels like they all have different layouts which can be confusing. However, they all have signs and if you have an idea where to look youll find what youre looking for. If not, I find the staff is usually helpful in helping you find what youre looking for. The bakery is great. I highly recommend the Raspberry Coffee Cake if youve never had it.
