Comment: One of my faves! Right near my home! I live and work in The Villages. Staff here is so wonderful! I dont judge anyone by a bad day or week. No one can be perfect and happy 24/7. But darn do they do a great job! Always have what I need. Pricey? Yes! But thats Publix! Easy and close for a store run! They have items competitors dont too! Like these chips! BOGO this week too!

Comment: It is a nice store in regards to foods & products. But the layout of the isles, especially after the produce area, are very confusing & oddly placed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Other customers in general were rude and condescending. Maybe its because they live in The Villages but that doesnt make them above others in any way. They also drive with the same haughty attitudes. 🙄

Comment: I usually love Publix and the friendly staff. The checkout staff always greet you with a friendly smile asking if you were able to find everything you needed. But not this time! I even mentioned they didnt have the item. She was disinterested. I said I guess I would have to go to Winn Dixie, her response, Well they wont have it either.They sure didnt get this employ where they get all the other ones!!!

Comment: They have the absolute best shopping carts around, I liken it to driving a lincoln, or a cadillac. They also have honest employees that care for their customers satisfaction. It is one of the only places where I will cash in my lottery tickets as I have had bad results from a nearby seven eleven where Im sure the clerk kept my winnings. I trust publix so much and you should too.

Comment: I love this store. The employees are always so nice to all of the customers and they are willing to assist customers with a smile. The Bakery and the Meat department are outstanding. The butchers, in the Meat department, answer all of my questions in regards to certain cuts and cooking instructions. The Bakery department always has my cake orders on time and are so beautiful and delicious. We also enjoy the fresh breads that are put out daily. The cashiers are so polite and smiles at everyone that comes through their register lines. Thank you for giving customers a good shopping experience and keep up the good work. Comment: This is my favorite publix in the area. The lack of the fifth star isnt related to this store, but the industry in general. Especially in Florida. I couldnt give any supermarket 5 stars. The annoyances are industry wide. Shortage of checkers, glacial pace of delis, etc. Publix crows about premium customer service and then expects their customers to waste their time in line as deli employees walk back and forth from slicer to counter holding slices of meat up to customers faces and offering up a free slice. I know one can order on line but that isnt always an option for me. Or waiting while a bakery employee tries to wash dishes, decorate cakes and hand out free cookies ( often, sadly, to ADULTS!! Who often request multiple cookies as well). I usually leave publix with an overwhelming sense of pity for their employees. Most of them are part timers who get zero benefits. Having said that, this store is head and shoulders above other publix stores in this area. Especially the Palm Plaza location.

Comment: Wonderful. I asked a gentleman employee where Tahini was located and he put down the items in his hands and walked with me to the area it should be located. We looked for quite some time. We found Tahini in the very next section in the isle. He stayed until we found the item. I was so delighted that he did not just tell me the isle number and continue with what he was working on as I would have left the store without Tahini and been terribly disappointed.
