Comment: I like this Publix on Marcum Road 98 N. Its a larger store and not chaotic like Walmart unless its snowbird season. Everything gets nuts during those months. Ive not met one employee that isnt helpful. The prices are a tad high but if your looking for peace, friendliness and clean at a grocery store, this is it. Ive found one guy that always helps me with the 2 liters of soda when not in stock and anything else I cant seem to find.Their bakery marble rye is awesome! Also the Boars Head deli corned beef. Ill never make a corned beef again as I only use it for Ruebens. You can order ahead for pickup so no need to stand in line at the deli. If you register on their website you get perks now and then. So far Ive gotten flowers for free 2 xs and $3.00 off coupons.This store is great on atmosphere, if that means anything to a person while shopping. And the aisles are free of people restocking or shopping for others for the most part. I dislike Walmart for those two things alone. I get so stressed out at that joint due to their practices. Think Ill just stick with Publix. Thanks for reading.

Comment: Great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean aisles and bathrooms. Everything you want and expect from a Publix, it’s here. Somehow even their flower selection is better than some of the other Publix in the area—not sure how they pulled that one off, but it’s true. They will often have flowers and arrangements other Publix don’t. A great store! We come here all the time!

Comment: My family went to Publix over Lake Gibson shopping center on August 12 Thursday around 10:45am. Store looks great. The customer services staff, Victoria, was very helpful and nice and polite. She is very busy in helping different customers to help their needs even she is the only person providing services during that period of time and she still keep her composure with smile. That is call excellent services and we all thank to her for her help. She desires a five star!

Comment: Its hard to beat Publix. The stores are always clean, the employees are friendly, and the selection is good.The prices are a little higher than some of their competitors, but that is because the customer service is a step above too.Providing customer service does cost money, and that cost gets applied to the price of the groceries.As an example of the kind of customer service that you cant get at other stores: when Im looking for a particular product that the store doesnt carry, if I speak with the grocery manager, he (or she) will find out if it is something that they can start carrying. Ive actually had pretty good success, getting them to start carrying things, just by asking nicely.

Comment: Its Publix so of course Its 5 stars!! Duh. Never a bum-wheel-cart, always friendly service by employees that are always suspiciously happy...everything is fresh, the shelves are magically restocked instantly by a combo of white magic and overtime elves....the fruit is forbiddenly sweet, the baker is someones sweet ol aunt Sue, and Im sure theyre pumping a combination of vanilla and opium through the vents! Dont believe Publix is magical? Just walk down frozen foods with your arms outstretched to the sky and yell LET THERE BE LIGHT!!!....see what happens! 👀

Comment: Supermarket itself was great. My husband had some difficulty with a young pharmacist there who second-guessed his surgeon and other doctors, getting condescending with him (a disabled health care professional who prescribed meds for his patients for 30+ years).

Comment: I love shopping at Publix for my daughters WIC. They have a great selection of fruits and vegetables and a lot of B1G1F deals. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and always ready to help. I also love the deli for their subs and other food items. Although they are usually busy, they are never overcrowded!

Comment: The employees I think actually like their job. Theyre very helpful. Theyre not just standing and chit-chatting with each other. I wish the bakery would make more white bread. I have asked several times. I cannot get there in the morning its usually after work at night about 9:30. They do not have any just plain white bread.

Comment: I love publix especially this store the Store always has just cleaned carts for you to use.The Store is always clean, well stocked, you can easily find what you are looking for that is a big plus.The Cashiers are well trained and service with a smile.The bag people are very knowledgeable how to bag your items I have never left there unloading a heavy bag and offer to take the cart to your car.I highly recommend this store. I have been shopping at Publix for over 30 plus years and this one is my favorite.Thank you Publix for all you do.

Comment: BOGOs, the employees are the BEST anywhere!! The associates who help me out with my groceries are so kind and helpful. I had hip replacement surgery so Im still using a cane and help getting my groceries to the car is wonderful. Polite, carry on a conversation like were old friends is just an added bonus. If I cant find an item, I know someone is there to help me. Forget any other store! Shop at Publix. Shopping is indeed a pleasure there. ❤️

Comment: Spacious close to other stores, bank, and eateries. Lot of parking available here. Handicap parking space and entrance for easy access. Curbside pick-up for online orders. Helpful employees are ready to assist with shopping questions as well as assist you and your groceries to your vehicle.

Comment: Always a pleasure, But this time I ended up at the checkout with a bulb of garlic that I didnt realize was dried out. I went to give it back to the cashier and one of the assistant managers happened to see me doing that and jumped in and said he would go get me a better bulb. I know it sounds like a simple thing but thats what separates Publix from everybody else... The willingness to jump in and help even on the small things. Its what keeps me coming back to Publix over and over again!

Comment: Deli very busy. They were constant in reassuring that someone would be right with us. The pharmacy was helpful and polite. The cashier Amber polite and quick. The bagger was polite but did not offer to take my groceries to the car. It was raining so I wasnt going to ask him but he could have offered.

Comment: I shop at this publix all the time. I’m there once a week picking up my curbside order. Always great customer service and always do well picking out all my meats and produce I’m never disappointed. I was there yesterday to pick up a curbside order and realized my app wasn’t allowing me to check in like usual, it said my order had been picked up an hour ago(which I was later than my reserved time but usually not as issue though) I called customer service when I arrived to pick up my curbside to tell them my name and let them know I was there to pick up my order since the app wasn’t working and said my order was already picked up? I figured it was due to high demand because of everyone shopping and preparing for the hurricane and maybe the app wasn’t working right?I waited and waited and they couldn’t find my order, after some time they figured out someone with a very similar name accidentally picked up my order along with theirs an hour ago which started to make sense since I couldn’t use my app to check in. This never has happened to me I have used curbside there for a year once a week and never had an issue. I was upset cause it was a very big order and my card was already charged and I like everyone else was in panic mode with the storm coming and getting all my food and goods it was already almost dinner time and I have three hungry kids so the manager and one of the sweetest young girls in customer service stepped in and said we are going to handle this, we will reprocess your order exactly the way you had it have the same shopper shop it and move you up to priority. Not only did they do that for me for no extra charge they knew i had some hungry kids to feed already bad weather so they told me go on take kids home and we will deliver your groceries to your home for no charge ourself. That sweet young girl from customer service hand delivered me my groceries to my house and dinner was on the table in time. As frustrating it was at first they made it right again and went the extra mile to make me a very very happy customer, the kindness they showed me and how they handled it speaks such High volumes!! This publix gets ten stars I have gone there for years and even though they are such a busy store, they make you feel like your so important get you in and out and take such great care of their customers -go way over and beyond! Just had to brag cause I know the employees are extra just and stressed with the high volume from the hurricane but yet they still hold true to their service. Thanks publix(-:

Comment: This is one of my favorite Publix stores. The produce is always beautiful and the selection of groceries is well stocked and fits my style. I can stop by on my way back from Citrus County, which I frequent a lot, but it is also close enough to where I live so I can stop by on the weekend and enjoy my shopping experience.

Comment: This place must be good because the parking lot was PACKED!!! Not my favorite layout though. The produce section walls off the rest of the store (Trying really hard to not sound like an old codger right now). Not exactly reason to mark them off though. Sometimes seeing new things and entertaining new ideas is a good thing!!! Publix...Where shopping IS a pleasure!!!

Comment: Friendly staff that are knowledgeable about product and location. Will quickly look up up an item for you to see if is in stock. Large selection in every department. I love that they stock locally produced items like the Lakeland produced Leightons Orange Blossom Honey. It is a bigger store than the Plantation Square location. Great bakery and deli staff. They are quick to help and answer questions. Located in a very busy shopping center. Parking can be scarce especially for the handicapped.

Comment: The people are always friendly. courteous and polite. The wait at 12:30 was more like 30 minutes. It was very busy and only 2 to wait on all the customers. The removal of the numbers is not a good idea with so many aggressive people who will shove ahead of others.
