Comment: Because of medical issues, I can no longer shop for myself in stores. The ease of ordering from Publix online, having them do the shopping for you and then bring it out and put it in your car is such a wonderful thing. I can still feel independent. They always give me a choice of whether or not to substitute an item that is out of stock, and so far I haven’t been disappointed. I loved Publix when I was able to do my own shopping, and now I love them even more.

Comment: Dont let the 4 stars fool you. This is a nice Publix. Sometimes they have what Im looking for and sometimes not. But when they do have it, its the best that I can find. I love their King O The West Honey Dew Melons and their Cantaloupe. When theyre in season, Publix has the best that you can find. Been going here for years jus for that reason. The only place Id buy them from and Ive tried other places, but they jus cant compare to Publix. I recommend going here for their fruit.

Comment: This Publix has a large deli area and large produce section. Despite the size, the deli was out of ranch beans, almost out of baked beans. I was told they were waiting for the truck. I find it hard to find items in the deli with all the various cases scattered around. The meat department was out of some items as well, but it may be due to general shortages rather than poor prior planning. The international section had a good selection and seemed well stocked. The signage for the store is easy to miss. Hint: this store is located in a plaza with Target.

Comment: Had placed a deli order that was MIA upon arrival. A team of two filled the two medium sandwich platters in less than 15 minutes. Meanwhile plenty of apologies from other Publix team members. Arriving at the cash register, paying old school with a (public school issued) check, the machine tore up the check, which now required management involvement and manual entry. Moral of the story....human error occurs and technology is great as long as it is fully functional. Both can have a bad day and the world is not coming to an end. Both situations were handled speedily and professional. THANK YOU!

Comment: Today i have my daughters Gender Reveal party and when i went to pick up my cake it seem that there was a mix up and my cake was not there. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be one of my best customer service experience the Manager at the bakery was apologetic and kind as well as her staff. She made sure my cake was done in less than an hour and best of all the cost was on them. It is so good to see that they took responsibility for the mishap and made me whole. This experience will stay with me forever and definitely can count me as a loyal customer..

Comment: Im fairly new to the world of Publix grocery stores, but this one is one of the bigger stores Ive been in, I was able to get everything I needed at an affordable price and I grabbed a few of their chilled, prepared meals and was quite pleasantly surprised by how good they tasted.Only thing is I had to Google how to heat them up as it wasnt printed on the label, but that was only a minor inconvenience and took only a minute to find.

The location does lend to it being busier than most stores but I never mind that. It has never taken long to check out when Im ready to go. The only thing that I find so-so (but not enough to dock stars) is the hot food bar. It always looks really sad and not super fresh, unlike the salad and olive bars which are great.

Comment: This specific store amazing! I forgot how to spell her name Everette (I think, I apologize). She is an older petite woman with pin buttons on her apron working the the sub area. She was TOTALLY amazing while making my sandwich. She was charismatic, professional, friendly, and warm. ALL sandwich workers here are amazing but she definitely stood out from them all. I am hoping she will get the special recognition she deserves! OH if it helps to find who she is, she drew smiley faces on everyones sandwich bags. Its the extra mile she does to stand out from the rest!! Overall, clean store, friend environment, organized and family friendly. Comment: Publix are great at uniformity- they are all very similar and lucky (they would say it not LUCK it’s hard work) for them, publix are uniformly great. We are not a member of any kind of publix saver club, so some of the prices seem a bit high. However their fruits, veg, deli, seafood (see pic) meats, and cheese sections are very good. Checkout is fast and friendly. Bakery has a few gems like pastries and pizza dough, but variety suffers.

Comment: Smaller, more convenient sized Publix with a fresh more modern aesthetic. All the basics done right. Much easier to access with kids or when tired or for those with disabilities. A very pleasant shopping experience. Only thing I found disagreeable was this is the first Publix that has some self checkout registers, which is always a bad sign for customer service in the long term, but thats a completely different topic. This Publix is definitely a great place to shop.

Comment: Publis is always my first place to shop. Its not a discount store, but prices are within range of similar stores. Its clean, and if you do see something up to par, it will be taken care of immediately. I love the selection of goods, always well stocked. (Except for Clorox wipes, which I cant find anywhere.) The people are friendly, in spite of having to wear a mask all day. They also are good at helping you locate items.

Comment: This is the best publix in the Sanford/Lake Mary area in my opinion. A lot to choose from, inventive and organized layout, the customers are happy and staff also very considerate. Make your own pizza kitsch are in their own refrigerator by the Deli, excellent subs & they have all the cheeses ready to go. A mini buffet area if youre hungry also. A whole lot of flowers and herbs to choose from, cakes and cookies fresh and delicious. Lots of Organic and Non-GMO products available more so than other locations I have been to. Highly recommended!

I brought a picture and a few ideas, and she really polished it up! Everything turned out perfectly (better than the picture I brought in), it tasted great, and it was incredibly affordable!
