Whether they are sweeping, stocking or whatever else theyre happy to take the time to help you. I hate having to walk around the store hunting for an associate so this is much appreciated. Theyre always super nice and go above and beyond. They walk across the store to get products for me or try to find them and are always happy to search in the back as well. Its not like the lazy employees and poor values at other stores. I like that publix associates actually walk you to the product.

But employees are MUCH BETTER about helping locate or physically taking you to said item...also if someone needs assist with shopping, manager or someone always willing to help. And bonus...if they do exceptional job or better , let manager or corporate know and the person will get recognized plus get a free lunch . always nice to recognize great help. Comment: I have been going to lake Miriam Publix for 3 1/2 years now.When I started going to Lake Miriam, I really got to know everyone. The managers and staff are so friendly. One day I stopped and chatted with Devon the manager for over 15 minutes. we chatted about family and life! and it honestly felt like I was talking to an old friend I hadn’t seen in a while. They make you feel so welcome when you come in the store. I recently had my sons college graduation cake made there and due to Florida gators copyright, Devon and the catering dep went above and beyond to get it exactly how I wanted it. THANK YOU!!🙏🏻If you are super germ cautious in the deli like me, go see Natalie or Ely. They are my two favorite deli girls. They know me so well and they both go above and beyond to honor all of my picky request. Jack in the produce is super sweet as well as the manager Jason and both give me fresh bananas without hesitate!When I say they honor my picky request, it is truly an understatement!!Thank you LMP! But the manager there,I didnt get her name, made sure that all the ingredients were their and showed one of her team the way its made. Micheal tended me and was absolutely fabulous. He was nice enough to clean the knife and change his gloves when he found out I waa vegetarian to make sure that nothing cross contaminated as much as he could. He made my sandwich with love and care and made sure that it was perfect for me. The sand which tasted amazing. The staff is nice and courteous, it was a bit busy in the day, but they made sure to strive for excellence. Best day ever :)

Comment: I am extremely pleased with service that I received while shopping at this location a few days ago. I only had 20/25 minutes to shop before it was time for my next bus to arrive. I was pleasantly greeted by the cashier and the young man bagging my groceries was kind with an awesome ☺ smile. I explained that my bus would be arriving soon and if he could help me. He quickly reaffirmed with the store manager. The cashier handed me my cash back and the young man retrieved my rollator (walker) -walked me to the end of the sidewalk helped me get my grocery bags into my reusable bag; locked my walker and waited patiently for me to get up from the electrical cart. He was such a gentleman and in that process he also assured me that the bus driver did see me and was waiting. I do not remember his name or the cashier but those two young people helped me SO MUCH!🙂 I will try and find my receipt BUT just know that this is not the first time that I have receive such GREAT service at this particular location. Comment: I was at Publix yesterday an I had lost my wallet there. The blessing I received from a girl who does Instacart saw a man acting suspicious and she that person going through something. After she got back from her delivery that same guy an another guy were standing together acting weird. Because of her she got my wallet and drove it to my house. I am so truly blessed for her. Comment: Just a rating for the Chinese food. Thats right...They have Chinese food! For cafeteria style Chinese food, quite good. Lomein was simple (more like a spaghetti, no veg or sauce) but nice flavor, not mushy. Kung Pow Chicken super spicy if you eat the peppers. Great flavor. And the Indian chicken too. Quite tasty. Be back again. ... Got dinner later. Beef with Broccoli good, havent tried the fried rice. More Indian style chicken . Added to Jasmin rice at home. General Tso not so great. Needed more heat. But again, this is quick serve cafeteria style Chinese. So good but not great should be the expectation. Worth trying. Good value

Comment: I like this store because their people are always so friendly and helpful, but I wasnt shopping this day, I was there for an appointment with the pharmacy for my COVID booster shot. It was easy; I never even felt the needle (and I hate needles). I waited about 15 minutes which required after any shot for any reaction. Then I left. It was fast and simple. I highly recommend the pharmacy if your primary care cant supply the shot.

Shopping on line either for pickup or delivery is a total pain. 400 people in IT and the web site is horrible. Impossible to navigate. Prices not posted. Doing a search is more of a witch hunt than anything else. I refuse to use delivery any longer. Aside from their noted substitutions, they often pick the wrong size, brand, flavor,etc.

Comment: Such a nice Publix. Its always well stocked and neatly kept. The employees are nice and the staff is diverse. My cashier was an older lady and she had a young girl as her bag addentent. She was very patient with the girl teaching her how to bag items. ( I asked for plastic for cold stuff and paper for everything else lol) It was nice to witness. This location also has the Aprons cooking classes and Chinese cuisine in store with a little Cafe style seating area.

Comment: This Publix is stunningly well operated. I live near Kissimmee (for well over 35 yrs). To date the Publix Mks in Osceola co are pathetic, usually subpar on cleanliness and surely employees. This particular store is absolutely the opposite. Produce farm fresh, meat selection outstanding, overall I will be making the trip to this store far more often than the Publix in my neighborhood of Poinciana. I am in this store at least once a week and everyone is super helpful and I can always find items. I went to a publix in Apopka and told the cashier how I live by this Publix and no other Publix can touch the customer service or speed because they are always busy. He knew which store I was talking about because this store is famous in the Publix world I guess. I am just happy to have such a great store that always tries to have everything you need in it. Only a few times (like 3 out at least 100) were they out of whatever it was I was looking for.

Comment: Valerie at the sub counter was amazing. I didn’t see tuna in the menu and asked if the sold tuna subs. She explained that she would need to get a prepackaged tuna from the deli. After about 3-4 minutes Valerie came back with tuna. Publix just had a shipment come in and she went in back to get it. Amazing customer service. Please share my appreciation with Valerie and how wonderful she was.

The staff is always really super friendly and I never have to wait in line to check out. the longest Ive ever had to wait is probably five minutes at the most. I have seen managers jump in and check people out if the lines get long. Publix may be a bit more expensive but totally worth it to my opinion because they have better quality food and you get a much better shopping experience. Publix is a Lakeland staple of amazing food and Superior customer service. if you have to go grocery shopping highly recommend Publix. They also have really good sales buy one get one free, and accept coupons.

Comment: Publix has a great reputation for being the place where “shopping is a pleasure “ . They live up to all expectations! Quality of products is great even non name brands. The food (subs & chicken) are flavorful and not expensive. You can even order ahead online to have it pick up ready. At the deli they have amazing choices on meats & cheese. Fruits and vegetables are Fresh! Never have I ever found expired anything at the store. Staff is welcoming and approachable. If you go to a Publix where you don’t normally shop at the layout can be different but if you ask any of the employees it’s almost a guarantee that you will find what you’re looking for if they don’t know where you can find it they go out of their way to make sure somebody find the answer for you. you’re not just left there waiting for 30 minutes standing around. They lead you to where the item is and they make sure that it is what you’re asking for and if not they do get a manager or somebody who can provide you with the service or give you a straight up answer (such as they do not carry that item or it is out of stock or its seasonal) I appreciate they don’t give an answer vaguely like “this is not my department”. The bathrooms are constantly clean and being checked. They offer VALET PARKING ( and delivery through instacart) If you ever need any pharmacy supplier medications I recommend getting them at Publix they really do try to get the best price for you and they honestly try for you to be completely knowledgeable and aware of all side effects and what the medication is for and how much you should be using them as well as their automatic refill it helps you keep up with the medication. In my case I have to go pick up my mom‘s medicine and they make it so easy for me to go and be able to get it for her; everything is explained so well; Although for some medications there are cheaper prices elsewhere I stay here because they truly show interest. On my first trip to their pharmacy I heard the cashier ask the gentleman how he was feeling and if the medicine was working for him. I then got to experience it in my future trips and it feels good to feel like a VALUED CUSTOMER not just a shopper so if you want QUALITY SERVICE this is the place! I Honestly have never walked in a publix in general where I wasn’t fully satisfied with service. (I just happen to go to this Publix more often)

My husband and I have moved closer to another Publix but keep going back here because it feels like ours. I really hope they keep the valet service. Despite having several commercials that pinpoint this as a feature of the store. Public Subs are the bomb! (or they were when I wasnt a Celiac) Theyre still the bomb just not for me. I am beginning to think I should rephrase the word bomb to awesome! Theyre awesome! Okay, I knocked off a star because the produce section. Over the last couple years I have seen a drop in the quality of the produce section. Whether it be decaying fruit and veggies or the lack there of certain items. It also is kind of disappointing that there isnt more meat options for Celiacs.

Comment: I was in Publix this evening and I was getting a sub made. The person making my sub was named Daye and she was very personable and attentive. She made my sub very quickly and efficiently. Her management should know that she is an asset to their store and I will be returning hoping she is there to assist me!! Great job Daye I hope you are recognized!!
