This has led to delays and inconvenience, where my order wasnt prepared even after the specified time. I had a positive experience resolving the issue with a caring supervisor, but I hope the deli service can be more consistently efficient to enhance the overall customer experience.

Comment: I visit this Publix when Im staying at the SpringHill Suites next door. Like all the other Publix Ive been into in my life. This is very clean with very nice employees. I dont eat junk food when I travel for business, and have to watch my dietary intake so theres always a Publix around to solve that problem, allowing me to choose healthy foods while on the road. I am a high-end sushi type of guy, (maybe not), however I really enjoy the sushi made it Publix. I also enjoy the pre-made spinach salads. Quality is always consistent at Publix and thats what I really enjoy.

Comment: It is very clean and well stocked. Also, I have yet to go into the store and find the isles blocked with pallets and shopping carts full of merchandise waiting to be stocked. If I do see items in the isle, I also a store employee stocking the items. Another added plus is every employee greets you no matter what they are doing.

Comment: Why a four? Full disclosure: The Publix store which earns a 5 star is Dr Phillips. Clean, well organized and friendly staff. Its what I expect from Publix. What set this Publix apart? They have what I refer to as a ready meal section. You can pickup different platter made subs, my favorite is there cubano, in addition to different type of entrees. The first Publix to my knowledge to sell Tomahawk Ribeyes, not sure if permanent or a promotion, nice to have the option.

Publix Super Market at Lake Nona Creekside is not located anywhere near Narcoossee Road, nor is there a new school being built around it as you mentioned. Incidentally, this Publix store in LN Creekside is a wonderful store.

Comment: First of all Publix is located in a very nice area known as Lake Nona off of Narcoossie in St. Cloud Florida. Theres a ton of traffic, road work and other construction as well. If all of that isnt bad enough, theres a school built right beside the Publix. So when the school lets out between 3 and 4 this place/Publix becomes a nightmare. I was stuck in my work truck waiting. To get out of the parking lot. Other than that staff are very welcoming and nice. Store is clean and service was great at both the deli and the checkout line.

Comment: Publix is a superior shopping experience. Today, it was all about the deli. The Italian sub is top notch. I had the Italian meats on the 5 grain bread with mayo and provolone cheese (paused here to let them bake it for 30 seconds), then added lettuce and tomatoes, bell peppers, banana peppers and topped with a few shakes of oregano, salt pepper, oil and vinegar. This is a flavor masterpiece!

I believe one of the managers rang up my purchase and she was so personable and funny that I left the store cracking up. Neither of these ladies had any way of knowing that I was having a rough day which made this experience even more meaningful. Keep up the amazing work!

Comment: I go to this Publix when I have appointments at the VA. Its on my way so I usually find an excuse to stop by. I find no reason to give them less than 5 stars because the place is always clean, the staff has always helped with a very honestly friendly attitude. The products are always well stocked. They have the best deli! The Boars Head meats and cheeses are terrific. Great stuff at the Bakery and the cannolis, what can I say. Go get one and youll see. They are made at the last minute, as it should be. We use the Publix Pharmacy also because they are very helpful. This Publix has lots of parking spots and pretty easy to get to.

Not only was he able to fry me last minute wedges but was able to get me fry chicken quickly, and trust me ive been to some publixs around my neighborhood, super slooooowww and cranky! Comment: Publix in general is just a great place to shop. The base prices are a bit more expensive than Walmart, but there are a lot more sales at Publix. High quality meats, fresh baked goods, clean stores, great sales, and the best customer service around are what keep me coming back. Not to mention, theres no better place in Orlando to get a fresh sub than the Publix deli!
