Comment: When I recently moved here, I noticed there was not a great selection of bakeries. My friend told me that she orders all her cakes in Publix. So I took a chance and ordered one for my dads 85th birthday. I was blown away. It was lite, creamy, and delicious. I also bought gluten-free cakes as well. That was awesome. Their cheese cakes are really tasty. I think it is better than the junior cheese cake. In my opinion.Publix must have great customer service training, as their employees are actually very helpful and kind. Wow, great job👍.Keep up the good work. I totally appreciate it.

Comment: This Publix is always busy but there is lots of parking. Usually clean and clear aisles. Fresh produce daily. The Deli section normally has a small line. The meat section looked like the goods were fresh. I find that the prices overall are higher than other supermarkets, but the buy-one-get-one specials are usually a good deal. Check out Usually has lines, but they move fast.

Comment: If you want to eat a super delicious cake, you must stopped by this Publix store to get your cake. I am a sugar crazy person, and I just love cakes, ice cream, and anything with sugar in it. When you get there have Terica, the bakery manager make your cake. She is just awesome. I don’t know what her secret is, but her butter cream icing taste like a delicious sweet whipped cream. Terica is super courteous, and she goes above and beyond with her service. Thank you Terica for your magnificent work at Publix bakery. You are truly the best!

Comment: I think Publix stores in Florida are the best. This store was so clean. Deli food was so good a fresh. The freshness in the food is unparalleled. Publix stores in SC not so much. It is a hit and miss but still good. Just not at the standard of the Florida stores. The fruit seems to be picked from the Garden of Eden.

Their prices are higher than other chains but I believe you get good products and good customer service consistently. I docked them 1 star for the grocery pickup due to limited parking. They only have 2 that are designated .

Comment: I usually dont leave reviews, let me make that clear- Im the kind of person who will only type up a 1 star review if youve disappointed me EXTREMELY greatly. I usually just accept Great service and move on, actually, I believe this is the first Positive review I have written in quite some time. With that being said, this was a couple weeks ago but I had kept forgetting to write about my experience, but it stayed with me that well that I remembered Oh, thats right! I need to write that review! (Also I had just had a bad experience at Another, unrelated place so I was trying to remember some Good in this world). Well, it was just a simple quick visit, I only got a couple boxes of Crackers, but the young man at the register was just SUCH a DELIGHT! I had never seen such true joy from someone just working at a register. Fun, upbeat, just a Little Quirky, he radiated youthful energy that I love to see. Noticed one of the boxes was Damaged and asked his coworker to get another box in an almost silly manner, which I love to see-- light playfulness between workers. I believe his name was Hannibal. Please acknowledge his work, you wont see many workers like him!

Comment: It’s the day before thanksgiving and in the heart of Covid but they literally had every single thing I needed (except TP lol!) and I had no wait time in line even though the store was packed. Keep it up, you all are awesome! Edit - I don’t go to this location as much as I used to because it is now out of my way but even after months Morgan from the front end of the store remembered me and even remembered where I worked. She is so consistently kind and genuine and incredible at her job. I’d try to hire her if she didn’t seem so happy here!!!

Comment: My son studies at Lake Nona Middle School, after picking him up late at his classes, Ive asked him if he wanted a Chicken Tender sandwich 🌯?Have you ever met ANYBODY who have refused one of 7 wonders of Florida state: the PUBLIX chicken tender sub? I havent, so went inside this store at Lake Nona and more than glad that GARY (the Deli chef tonight) put together ONE OF THE BEST subs ever!!!His technique to prepare it (chopped the tenders, sprinkle them with the sauces, then chop all the vegetables and fit it all together inside that tiny (Publix should consider use bigger) buns, is amazing.Again, of all the ones I have tried in all the differents Publix store, Garys one is THE BEST of all them, hands down!

Dereck, who works at the Deli, overheard when I said “oh no, they are out !” He nicely approached us and ask if he can be of service. When I told him I was looking for the Quiche, he went to their freezer, got me two dishes and even explained to let it thaw out. What a nice experience! I went from oh no 🙈 to awwwwww 😃. I came to them to see if they could get an order of 12 chocolate covered strawberries in under an hour and they made me feel like I was 1. not a bother at all and 2. a welcome part of their morning. They are always beyond amazing to my toddler who at times, can turn into an animal. 🤣 the store is always clean, cashiers & baggers are on point. However; my favorite part of this store is Mitch. This man is like family to us. He LOVES my children And truly brightens my day when we see him cooking away. Mitch honestly is an amazing human and I’m so blessed to have him. Comment: Theres another Publix that is a little closer to my house, but I drive the extra distance for this one. The produce is always great quality, and the bakery did a great job on a cake for my Engagement party. When the cake decorator had a question about my directions, she me. Other places just try to do the best with what they are given. That young lady went above and beyond. Another time, I came too late to pick up my sub that I ordered online and they had thrown it out. A very helpful person at the customer service desk helped me have a new one made with no charge, even though it was my fault. This is the best one!

Comment: I was tonight the annoying customer arriving 10 minutes before the store close, even though Matt from the deli departments treated me with kindness, and he offer the best customer service ever! Comment: They have everything we usually get and theyre close by. For me, the best thing about this one is that they have fresh meat cuts. The guys who work there will ask what kind of cuts I want, like how Im going to cook it, if Im grilling or baking it and they know which cut I need so that it cooks better. They special cut or package it with my request, too. The guys there are really helpful.
