Comment: I was starving trying to get a chicken tender sub there, but initially I was told they have no bread to make subs, really?… I was very disappointed to the point that a young lady from the staff approached and asked me how could she helps.. when I told her about the bread issue she immediately went to the bakery and grabbed a couple of bags of bread and instructed people to make the subs temporarily in the bakery bread, and problem solved!!!!She acted as a problems solver and always showed an smile.. Comment: Staff was very helpful, but I had went to this Publix for specific things for a birthday partY. They had no helium for blowing up balloons, I wanted a small cupcake and what they had was some thing they created which looked Gotti… Then I was picking up some of the Bogo items in their canister collection for my daughters birthday and they didn’t have all of the pieces for that either. The staff was very nice and apologetic and told me when I could come back to get it but I was packing her stuff for her birthday and just went to another Publix!

Comment: A nice shopping experience. The deli and bakery people are nice as are the rest of the associates in the store. The produce and meats are fresh and well-stocked. There are some items Ive bought here that I cant find in the Publix stores closer to my home, like the Thai Kitchen lite coconut milk in 25-ounce containers and the Santa Cruz ginger/lemon juice in small 6-ounce glass bottles. Im happy to know that at least some of the Publix stores carry these items and that those items have not been totally discontinued. Thank you.

Comment: This location is really amazing. It’s a huge store with lots of options you can find at other Publix stores. The employees are friendly and smile, the rest of shoppers were too. There’s a varied selection of organic products, which is awesome. The bathrooms were clean. The location is central. The parking spots were wide and well organized. The prices were reasonable. Five stars in my book

Comment: Great store. The employees keep it clean.***UPDATE*** it has just been about a year since my original review and I wanted to give an update. The store continues to be great. The store is always clean. The employees that I have been in contact with have been pleasant. The deli continues to do their best with the huge amount of people visiting them on the weekend. I do that shop on the weekdays and late to make sure I dont stand there all day. The bakery continues making outstanding products. The meat and fish department continues to stay stocked and clean. I have even experienced great personalized service. The dry goods are stocked as well as they can because of the continued supply global problems. Overall, still a great place to shop. The only thing I cant find in that store when I go in there is a winning lotto ticket worth millions :)

He went above and beyond to help me sort out my dinner dilemma; very solution oriented and personable. Sophia the cashier was also great with encouraging words. Comment: This grocery store is EXTREMELY CLEAN as all Publix stores seem to be ... at least the ones I have shopped in. The staff here is polite, helpful, pleasant, and always seem to know what they are doing. Why 4 stars and not 5? The prices at Publix are high! I understand that they carry better quality of foods, but items like Comet are $0.20 more than say Walmart. Is that really necessary? Thats a rhetorical question!

Comment: It is a great place! They have some items that Publix in other locations doesnt, e.g. seasame halvah which I always buy only there, they have three kinds of it. Also some kinds of whole grain bread and many other things. And the people working there are really honest. Once I happened to leave my purse in the cart at the parking lot and when I came back there to pick it up, everything was in my purse untouched, I had pretty much cash in it. The person who was bringing the carts to the store found my purse and gave it to the manager. And I got everything back. That was amazing! I love this store!

Comment: This is a large format Publix. So you have a large selection of product. As is the norm, the staff is friendly and helpful. You will find freshly sanitized shopping carts at the entrance. The isles are marked with arrows as they are one way. Masks are required for entrance and there are separate doorways for entry and exit.

Comment: This is the only Publix that i have ordered comes, platters or even online deli orders and it never is wrong. I have to give most of this Publix recognition to a women named Anita. Every time i have a party i place my orders online for party platters and cakes and she goes over and beyond to meet expectations. She even texts me from her own personal cell phone if she can’t get ahold of me and she even answers my calls and works on my order even on her day off!! I have been able to add things on my order, take things off of my order and change things around on my order by text message with her and never once has an order been wrong. She is a true star employee and I’m sure Publix is so grateful to have her! Thank you Anita for all your hard work!

Comment: Publix went above and beyond in their service to me and I very much appreciated it. I couldnt find the item I needed and the first employee I asked knew exactly where to find Little Debbies Cosmic Brownies. Upon checkout, I picked up my wrong Publix gift card and left the other one at home so that, I ended up being short. The cashier went into his own wallet and gave me money to pay for my items( he was a young African American male with short hair). Once I left I tried to start my car in the pouring rain with thunder and lightning around me. The car would not start as I left the lights on and that killed the battery. An extremely young employee named Christian, who was obviously on break, and an employee named Greg, who was simply passing by did a remarkable act. They helped and taught me how to properly jump my car battery in the terrible Florida weather. This allowed me to go pickup my baby sister and drop my mother off to work. This really made my day as I was already experiencing a bad day. Thank you for the excellent service Publix :).

Comment: Great! Absolutely close to the best Publix Ive ever been too. The only one that Ive been to that was better than this one, had a full dining area with tables and chairs. One poor quality about this Publix was the customer service. My family and I were waiting in line at the customer service counter for 20 minutes. Once it was our turn, the service representative at the counter did not know how to operate the register/computer. We needed to get a raincheck for a sale item in which they ran out of stock for.

Comment: Friendly staff, clean store, they speak English, higher prices than Walmart, but the clientele isnt the Walmart crowd, worth the higher prices not to have to shop with those that wander Walmart, doesnt have the feel of a prison visiting room like Walmart does.
