Comment: I enjoy shopping at Publix. They are a little pricey but is worth the quality. I usually go there to buy my favorite soup and I love the place. Is pretty clean and pretty well organized. Parking will not be easy if you are not a patient person but they always had a parking problem at times no matter which location you go to. The personal is usually just the same as the Walmart personal but I can deal with it... Restrooms are usually clean which I love about Publix. The entire market is pretty damn clean as matter of fact. I like it and I strongly recommend it for grocery shopping.

Comment: I came to this location the day before Thanksgiving (because I just moved to the area), and the shelves were fully stocked especially the items that were on promotion (Bogo). The aisles were very organized and easy to shop. The staff was very friendly, one worker in particular, I wish I had gotten her name (she was unpacking in the frozen sausage area) , even stopped everything she was doing to take me to the item I was searching for, there is a lot of parking and very quick checkout service.. great prices

Comment: Important: Review is for Publix pharmacy at Lantana Rd & I-95. Place listed as Publix Supermarket at La.... due to lack of space. I thought it meant Publix at Lantana.All good at this Publix except for the pharmacy. Ive lost count of how many times Ive gone there to pick up a prescription on the day & time they said it would be ready & its not. Over & over - I would estimate 10-15 times in the last year. On one recent visit when nothing was ready, I commented aloud (to pharmacy staff & several people standing in line behind me) well, I guess I shouldnt be surprised, theyre never ready. A man in line heard this & stated, gee, I thought it was just me. Further, its not like Im trying to get some unusual medication or narcotics. Most of my scripts are for diabetics meds & supplies. One final comment: on one recent trip to pick up meds, they said it was ready but was at a different Publix pharmacy - one in Boynton Beach. Thankfully I am/was driving & was able to go pick it up. Anyone with transportation issues should definitely call first, which is what I do now.

Comment: Pharmacy: Max is outstanding! All the staff is kind & helpful but Max goes above and beyond for his customers! WOW!! My mom has Parkinson’s and lives across the street from this location. It is very challenging for her to get her own medicine at times. Thankfully Publix offers delivery however you have to arrange it before 11 AM to get same day delivery. Since it was our first time, and I was learning this at 10:50 AM, I was less than thrilled that I would need to download the Pharmacy app, update all information, then set up a new account with the delivery service. All very reasonable requests however I was on a serious time constraint!I got it done at 11:03 AM! Sure enough the delivery service said they would deliver it the next business day… In my case that meant Monday! Needless to say I was in a sincere bind! Next thing I know, I received a call from my mom stating “Max just called me, he’s going to deliver the medicine himself”!I was stunned! I was elated! Out of nowhere, I had backup, someone else on my team with my mothers best interest at heart! What a HUGE relief to our whole family! Thank you hardly seems enough to express our gratitude to Publix, ‘where shopping is a pleasure’!

Comment: Its Publix, where shopping is a pleasure.I find it a bit pricey but if you look out for the bogos, you can make up for it.This particular store is huge so the stock and selections are usually good.The wine section is superb for a supermarket, and the pharmacy is spacious, well-stocked and well managed by an excellent pharmacist.If you know what you want, order ahead at the deli and pick up when you arrive because the counter service can be a bit variable. The bakery produces delicious breads and pies but its not always easy to attract attention at the counter if you need help.The parking lot is often very busy and prone to flooding during inclement weather.

Comment: Everyone is genuinely nice here. This Publix is like the chik fila of supermarkets. Literally every time I go here the employees are incredibly polite and helpful. The supermarket is also spotless has some delicious sushi at a great price!

Comment: Forgot they close at 10pm on Sundays! They carry more variety, unfortunately this locations prices reflects this. The Publix located in Lake Worth is smaller, & .10-.35 cheaper on the same exact item. Less then 5 miles apart, always the pros outweigh the cons. Managers are super nice in both locations. T

Comment: Very clean with a wonderful staff. I would recommend this location to others. One concern about Publix is the overall pricing. While many things are buy one get one free, for about the same price you can buy the same thing at Costco without having to wait for it to be on sale. The produce seemed to be in good condition, but dairy was about 2x the price of Sams or Costco. Employees were welcoming and very helpful.

Comment: Pretty unique Publix as far as design and layout are concerned. It is very open inside with a large vaulted ceiling that lets in a lot of ambient light which is subtle, but gives the place a cool feel. The place is always clean and well stocked, and the service here is always on point 😊👍

Comment: Well stocked, clean and organized store. I really like the deli at this one. They offer a large variety of sandwiches, salads and such in their cold cases. Their bakery offers things like ham croquettes as well as the usual. They also have a small little dining area with a cashier so you dont have to check out in the front of the store before coming over to sit and eat your food.

Comment: Tonight was an even more eventful and special trip to Publix. I have to admit that Im addicted to the energy drink Rockstar but only the original flavor. Its very popular and sometimes is hard to find. Its usually on sale for $1 each. On this trip they were out of my favorite product but I found some on a display. I looked over and noticed three managers having an impromptu meeting. I politely interrupted them to let them know that I love this product and asked if they could order more, not only did they offer to order more product, they also put me in touch with the supervisor who gave me his information and let me know that whenever I needed a case he would order it and take care of it for me. Very helpful people. The parking lot did have a lot of unattended carts that needed to be taken care of but other than that my experience was very positive.

Comment: Huge store with so many choices available. When I cant find somthing I ask and I am either told which isle or they take me to the product. The employees are paid very well and are all excellent at customer service. I got help in the pharmacy from the pharmacist. I waited a short time when someone was being helped in front of me. Their produce is fresh. I often buy fresh cut watermelon and pineapple. I like the varied options of fresh sushi. They have many options available from other countries. Candy and digestive biscuits from England. I pick up a paper and never wait long at checkout. Cashiers are polite, friendly and quick. I ordered a 6 inch turkey sandwhich from the deli. Ingredients were fresh and tasted good.

Employees are friendly and helpful but sometimes theres a bit of a language gap and theyre not always knowledgeable about the availability or location of products.They often have management train at this store on the floor stocking.My only complaint is that they occasionally discontinue items other Publix stores nearby still carry.

Comment: I love this Publix! It is a very large store with about anything you could be looking for. Customer Service and management are all super friendly and knowledgable. This is one of my preferred Publix stores to shop at and I will go out of my way to shop here.
