Comment: I really liked the burritos here. You can specify exactly what you want inside of them and the ingredients are very fresh and tasty. The chips and salsa are some of the better ones in the area as well. I cant speak for any of the other food except for the hamburgers, which are very good as well as the French fries. The service is a little slow because they are having a hard time finding good reliable workers just like many other places. So if youre not a big hurry, go in there with you some of your friends and have a good time.

Comment: This is by far my favorite Publix to go to in the area out of several I have to choose from: The deli section is setup as an island and is very convenient. They also have a wide selection of candy you can purchase by the pound in produce bags. It’s not the closest Publix to me but I will always go here because I enjoy shopping here so much.

Comment: Really nice high end Publix location. This market is week stocked, with wines and spirits, and extensive options in produce, fish and butcher. Wish they had supermarkets like this in NJ. I will note it was a bit pricey.

Comment: Just one thing, your customer service is slow and I know it can be faster. You have one associate doing a western union and one doing lotto and the one doing lotto says they cant ring anything on the register. You have two registers so why make customers wait for the other one to ring up a customer if there are no lotto customers. I thought customers come first, accountability after if you cant trust your associates to touch a regular register but run lotto thats poor training on management.

Comment: Grocery, Pharmacy, Bakery, Deli with serviced deli bar (and a lounge available at this location, pre-pandemic, unaware of current status), Butcher, Wine, Beer; Lottery;Large layout, Both Service and Self checkout lanes.Publix is more expensive than other grocery stores near by, however, the quality of their store brand items and fresh produce are also higher. Sales often include Buy one, Get one. They are also the best place locally to find a variety of foods for specific diets (allergies, vegan, gluten free, etc). What the dont have, theyll order! Friendly, helpful service. As of this review, masks no longer required.

Comment: The people in the deli is very rude. I had two people roll there eye at me when I asked for a pound of boars head cheese sliced very very thin. I complained and they fixed the problem. Yesterday I asked for the same thing. The man behind there said Im going to make him work hard because its very time consuming. There was no one else there wanting any cold cuts. Clean parking lot but this publix is relatively new.No service connection with most providers.Area is quiet and traffic is quite pleasant throughout the day.Pedestrians are abruptive.Publix employees are kind as usual. Pharmacy is averagely frequented.Produce is cycled in due time.Busiest times are around 3pm or in the lunch break.Pick up for instacart is available but takes up the spots in the front.Clean store sometimes

Comment: Most places I rate are 4 stars are because of the restrooms which newer places should know better of, which Ill get to later. Deli is nice, Nice food court upstairs, new store, just everything a new store can offer. The only problem is the restrooms, however with them being clean.. they dont have any hand dryers, just towels. Let me get this straight: Paper towels are actually worse than hand dryers, reasons being that they end up in landfill and they kill the environment. They say Publix is better for the environment when they still use towels. I expected better for a new Publix since some newer locations actually get it and use hand dryers. Heres a recommendation: Use the hand dryers that I listWorld dryer Verdedri V2World Dryer V-MAX V2or Sloan Aer Dec, which this Publix shouldve had since they have Sloan faucets.

Comment: This morning I went to the Publix Super Market at Loughman Crossing to buy flowers and when I returned with the purchase in the car my phone slipped out of my pocket and fell behind the seat in the car and I did not know it. I returned to the store to look for my phone and the deli manager Ari took my problem as her own, she walked through the store with me and called from her phone to mine, she went to the office and looked at the camera, not seeing that I dropped my phone, she suggested take me to my car and ring there and maybe I will hear my phone and I heard the happy melody of my phone. I was happy, but thats not what I mean, I want to say how Ari took my problem very closely and not only professionally. And a little about the store itself, all the employees said good morning to all customers, eyes contact, very helpful, the store looks clean and beautiful. This is a new store and I really like shopping there

Before the pandemic they had free fruit and/or cookies to give kids while shopping, most stores only offer the cookies I like the fruit option. Love this store!
