Comment: My favorite Publix. This store in particular has so many great employees. Its crazy how in one trip how many employees say hi or tell me they hope I have a good day or something like that. Its often the only nice thing I heard that day. One employee, Sunny, is so happy funny and kind that I seek him out now. Hes a bit older than me but Im not sure if I can keep up with him. When hes not joking he is simply very kind. Im not sure how but this store has found so many nice people to work on the bakery, pharmacy, cashiers and other departments. Were lucky to have them.

Comment: Theres is not a better Publix in all of the state of Florida than this one. They have the best customer service, the cleanest stores, and the best tasting produce. My favorite cashier is Sabrina, my favorite customer service desk employee is Adrian and my favorite bagger is Sunny. Sunny always has a smile on his face and remembers personal stories that weve shared in passing. I think he might even know my food preferences. 😆 I love his attention to detail, which shows he cares about his customers. Every employee at Publix are always willing to help you find whatever you need and take things to your car if you request help. Best place to shop for your groceries just because of how pleasant the experience is, the quality of the food, and the rocking BOGOS.

Publix is no Wegmans, but they havent gotten down here yet. In the meantime, Ill continue to do most of my shopping at my local Publix which is at Sunlake plaza, I stop by this one when it happens to be on my way.

Comment: I was that man on Valentine’s Morning with a handful of stuff looking down the isles when what looked like one of the store managers asked me if he could help me and assisted me to one isle when he asked me if I needed anything else I named the item. He said he’d help me on my way back down the isle. When I got back up front he had gone and grabbed the item for me. This customer service is why I drive to this location even though I live closer to another publix. The entire team was nice and ready to serve their customers right at 7am. I hope everyone gets the recognition they deserve!

Comment: Today as I was walking into Publix I realized I forgot my mask, I had three bags in my hand and carrying my daughter as well. Sunny saw me and came outside asked if he can help with the bags and said dont worry I have masks. I handed him the bags and he put them in the cart for me. I got a mask and he helped distract my little one as I got situated. He is always smiling, going above and beyond to help. Thank you Sunny for being such an amazing person and I love our talks as you always help me to the car or with my groceries!

Comment: Excellent, Excellent Publix shopping experience. I shop @ Publix in 4- 5 counties. This is one of the most superior & outstanding stores due to its incredible customer service while shopping, during checkout & even when taking your groceries out side to your vehicle, this one is better than all the others... I mean even extra attention to stocking. Everyones busy stocking shelves or helping if you ask. Theyd hand me one item I asked for... while pulling another to put right out in front again...they are sooo on top of their game, in every category. This is a Publix location located by my sons house...wish it were my Publix store where I usually shop!!! Mines a 3 star rating now in comparison to this fine Publix. Makes shopping Safe & Easy. And this was my 1st visit. Will shop again soon as I need to kidsit again! First time Ive ever looked forward to grocery shopping. It used to be one of the things on the list you need to do...now, to look forward to grocery shopping...well, wouldve never thought Id ever say that. Clothes shopping...yes...but groceries? So, you know its got 2 be great!!

Comment: When you think of publix you think of the amazing pub subs, excellent service, and quick checkouts. This publix did not only that, but more. They greeted us at the door and even let my baby boy have a free chocolate chip cookie in the bakery! They were so helpful in the deli and cut my turkey exactly how I like it! Will be returning❤️ 4000000 stars in my book :)

Comment: Before I got here, I already checked out the sale items and “clipped” the digital coupons on the Publix App. The parking lot here is spacious, and the parking stalls and wide. The shopping carts are clean and they move smoothly. Since the App tells me what aisles my items are located, I can strategically and efficiently collect what I have come here for. At check out, Marion greets me with a smile and bag my items neatly. I use the Publix App to pay. Special mention: Laura at the service desk is outstanding. I asked her a question about a previous purchase, and she resolved it for me in a friendly and efficient manner. In my opinion, she deserves the employee of the year award.
