Comment: I saw the cover of this magazine at the check out lane and stopped in my tracks. This same?/similar cover years ago saved my life! Amen.Publix is a favorite of mine for several reasons. This store deserves a 5 for what it is. Its just an older, smaller store. Great selection of quality brand names. Produce is always fresh. Publix Employees are Proud Owners.You wont find better service in the industry.

Clean bathrooms, polite staff and excellent supplies of Foods and their sandwiches we had hand made that morning for a fishing trip were OUTSTANDING. The best sub sandwich around. We placed the order night before and they were ready by 7:30 AM for our charter. Excellent store obviously well managed and tidy. Check out this location if you want a squared away Publix. On 2 occasions, we were truly impressed & really appreciated the welcoming and professional treatment 2 fantastic ladies in your deli department provided us with. Their names are Vanessa (9/7) and Maria (9/11)! They made us feel like long time friends or even family. They offered advice on what is good, or opened a whole new Black Forest Roast Beef because there was barely any left to make up a “good” pound. Vanessa made 2 great & tasty subs for us, while Maria provided advice regarding less salty roast beef which is what I truly needed. We found time to joke and laugh a bit. On both occasions, you could see their happy smiles even through their masks!What a team! Please take the time to commend & hopefully reward these 2 magicians on our behalf. Comment: I moved to Marco Island in Dec. Ive been shopping curbside via the Instacart app. Ive never had a problem. I love the products including Publix brand. The produce is always fresh. The substitutions are just fine. I love how they communicate directly with you thru the app. I even had one shopper send me a pic just to be sure it was what I wanted. The other big box store I sometimes shop at doesnt do that and often I get what I dont want or need. Also, the shoppers are very friendly.

Comment: Publix Super Market at Marco Town Center is in a good and convenient location. The staff there are very nice! The fish section is excellent! I enjoy shopping there!

Comment: Bill in the seafood area is amazing they didnt have the fish that I wanted. He was willing to cut some for me, but I was in a hurry so he suggested another. He picked the perfect pieces for my family. He also suggested some delicious tartar sauce.. The fish was so good we didnt even use the tartar sauce.. thank you Bill you are awesome..

Comment: Reason for 5 stars its because of the GM Will Boyle a gentleman and a half. Otherwise the rest of the associates (ladies) should be working at Popeyes african and white at the customer service and the tellers they will treat you like you dont leave in the island let alone you only shop with the publix brand they had been refusing me $10 quarters for 3months of which is once a month when i asked Will had to save the day at last.I remember this year they got rid of some nasty lady who was a supervisor at the customer service.So to the elderly and the vulnerable please call the GM if they have treated you otherwise definitely he will help where he can.

Comment: Convenient for groceries and the Publix liquor in same parking lot. I really like their sandwiches that you can have made at the deli, great for beach or boating. Be nice if they had more organic produce. Staff had always been super friendly.

Comment: Staff was extra helpful in asking if I was finding everything I needed. They gave me a complimentary cinnamon fragranced broom. Shelled and the bagger were friendly and fun.Nice selection of trays of cheeses, meats, and desserts.

Comment: Publix, all the ones I have ever shopped at are by far the most friendly, willing to help, cleanest, and fairly priced grocery store I have ever known in the 10 states I have lived and shopped. This Publix is older than most, it is smaller and I am not liking the way isles are aranged. But they get 5 stars anyway because they are awesome

Comment: During Hurricane Irma, Publix opened after Tuesday morning with ice and foo ds and cool air from their huge generators. They save many peoples freezers. They provided water. I have shopped Publix since 1972 and always liked,them. Now, I think they are superb. Those generators must have cost them, but they kept the stores open for two days until electricity was restored. Fantastic cooperation with a heart.

Comment: Everything is nice, clean, and organized. Ill take this Publix over the near by Walmart any day!! The only thing is that when I went there I didnt see as much fresh produce but they definitely have more variety than Walmart.
