Comment: Okay so let me start off with why I love this place and why my opinion on it simply just cant change, I was here for the grand opening. Ive been coming since I was a young child, and ive had so many great experiences in this place. The store quality in all shapes is tremendous, it has only gotten better over the years, the store brands are also wonderful, I also even recently had a wonderful encounter with a girl named keila today in the deli getting sandwiches for my family, very wholesome individual and super sweet and polite, everyone here has so much hospitality and its crazy, i wish every store was publix, but nobody can compete haha. I only have an issue with one fella who works there, im a man so i dont do little boy stuff, but some kid with a chinese lettering neck tattoo with a toyota camry works here, and he was threatening to fight me while bagging my groceries, he even has harrassed me online, even wearing your uniform, in the store, being MY bag boy, i think he has red hair now, but i have no clue how hes still working there after threatening me. Although i love this place, people like that gotta go, anytime i see him, it instantly gets me goin, and i dont really wanna get goin when i go shopping at the publix 1 mile from my house if you can get me. however, at the end of the day, I really like going here. still 5 stars even though you cant get rid of one bad horrible rude egg who cant just bag groceries like a good boy. and bonus stars for keila outshining most other staff that ive met there, truly an unforgettable experience. I hope she gets to see raises and hopefully that other kid gets a lesson soon and not nice publix paychecks, i mean i literally reported it to the manager and hes still there lol.

Comment: Publix is by far the best grocery store to shop at, all associates are extremely helpful and friendly, all Publix stores are kept clean, neat and well organized! I prefer Publix brand food items over any other store brands and or name brands. Publix premium frozen yogurt and ice cream is by far much better tasting than most other name brands, and theyre still true half gallon containers! A fantastic value. Produce department is outstanding and exceeds my expectations. I wouldnt shop anywhere else. The deli is hands down the Best around, a real hoagie with delicious bread. Hot and ready to eat chicken, potato sticks, Mac and cheese etc.. Lets not forget the yummy bakery items, its all top quality and delicious!! Meat and fish department is always clean and organized to fantastic selections!!

Totally recommend shopping at Publix. Publix really is a step above the other markets here in Spring Hill, FL. Pharmacy handled our covid vaccines so efficiently - booked online and printed out the paperwork and filled it out at home. Made the process much easier quicker. Pharmacist was so good I didnt even feel it!

Comment: My mother recently celebrated her 88th birthday and because of a personal situation and the fact I do not live in Springhill, I had to order some deli platters. Matt, the deli manager personally took care of me over the phone and helped me immensley. Because of the situation, he offered to personally deliver the platters to my Mother and would throw in a balloon. This was schedled for a Saturday delivery. On Friday, I finally got in touch with my daughter and she said that she would pick the order up and see her grandmother for her birthday. I notified Matt, and I was pleased to tell him that he did not have to take time out from his busy schedule and leave the store to deliver the platters. When my daughter went to pick the platters up, every thing was done and in fact Matt and his staff made an additional platter at no charge. All platters were perfectly arranged and were enjoyed by my Mother and her friends and made for a great 88th celebration!I might add that for some reason, Insta Cart would not accept the order or do the delivery, so I had no idea what to do, if it was not for Matt and his staff. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would do so. Very special kuddos go out to Matt and his staff, for helping her celebrate her birthday

Comment: I just had to share my experience that I had with the prepared foods department. Let me start by saying 5 stars is not enough. On February 25th I was supposed to bring in something for a pot luck at work. So I ordered the cake the day before like any responsible person would. On the day of I decided I also wanted a 100 specialty wings and a Boar’s Head Ultimate Ringleader. The guy that answered the phone when I called was very helpful and polite. After informing me of the 24 hours in advance they need for the ringleader and speaking with the team. He said that they would take care of me and they did. Everything was beautiful, on time and very delicious. If you want your event to be a success call or order online at Publix on Mariner!

Comment: This is a clean, well staffed Publix. It is bright and easy to find all of my groceries. The customer service desk is very accessible.The building does feel smaller than other Publix stores. So sometimes it feels a little crowded or cramped. The parking lot is the worst area. It is always jammed and the parking spots seem narrow. Also, the roadway to get into the lot is always crowded and jammed.

I bought 2 items suppositly on sale in their sales flyer for 2/$8.00. Later the same day, I went to Winn Dixie and the same items at everyday price for $2.39 each. Just the purchase of those 2 items (between Publix and Winn Dixie) was an over charge of $3.22. Yes, you can go back and return and repurchase and lose gas, time and money. Maybe there should be regulations on food prices and not just gas prices. Which of these thieves taking advantage are making off with the largest payoff ???

Comment: I was there on the last day of a sale on sirloin steak for $3.99 a pound which is a great deal! It was about an hour and 15 minutes before closing time and they had none left on the shelf so the meat department cut me three sirloins. I had bought one a couple days prior and these looked completely different and felt much more senui. When I got to the register I said to the cashier I may not take one of these cuz they really dont look nearly as good as what I bought the other day. She said sir please let us make it right and one of the managers was walking by at the time . And they had new stakes cut for me the correct cut and I was extremely happy. So that being said I do believe I will be shopping at this Publix more often.

Comment: I would like to Thank the girls who worked in the Bakery Dept on May 31, 2020 approximately 12:30 pm.I went to Publix to pick up a cake in honor of my nephews retirement from the Army of 23 yrs, though they didnt have any vanilla cakes with buttercream frosting for me to purchase they informed me for the occasion they could make me a cake in time for the celebration and decorate it in his honor. I needed it by 4 pm, they made the cake and I was happy usually it takes a days notice but I didnt have that time bc the event was organized in less than 18 hours.Thank you again for your service the cake was a hit and everyone remarked on the quality. I am a true Publix Bakery shopper this just put it over the top

Comment: Selection is good. It is very clean store. They sell sandwiches at the deli and chicken. The take home rotesseri chickens deal didnt have the parts and pieces to make a meal though and there was no one available to locate items needed like the rolls for the special meal deal. My kids love the scale as you enter on the far side and we prefer this location to shop at. Meat prices are still a little high based of meat prices in other places. Customer service is very basic

Comment: Ive always enjoyed shopping at this store, but the employees went above and beyond on Friday, July 14, 2017. My friend and I were in the check out line when he became dizzy, nauseous, and very sweaty. He has heart issues already and has had vertigo as well. I wasnt sure which it was, but I was very scared. My friend sat on bench and I finally convinced him to let me call 911. I went to the service desk where a young man, and I apologize I was too nervous to get names, called 911 calmly and quickly. A manager overheard me and he went to my friends side where he talked with him and went and got him paper towels. Another employee brought him a garbage can in case he got sick. They were all amazing. No one hovered that didnt need to be there, but you could feel everyone cared, deeply. At the hospital they diagnosed a vertigo spell. Thank goodness it wasnt a heart attack, which is what I feared. Publix is an amazing store and the employees are so friendly and helpful on a regular visit. I thank you all for the calm, friendly, helpful service you provided my friend, and me actually, during a scary episode.
