Comment: This was my first time visiting a Publix as I am not from Florida. I went in for baby food on Christmas Eve. I love that they stayed open until 7 p.m. to allow customers to get last-minute items before they close for the holiday. For it to be Christmas rush and at the end of the shift the store was immaculately clean and organized. The associate who was my cashier was friendly, and so was my bagger. Also, it was only 5 minutes from where we were staying; seriously convenient. Great experience! Its almost as good as Texas own HEB. Almost 😜 lol. Ill definitely visit again when Im in Florida.

Comment: This store has a hidden gem & her name is Evelyn. She is the rockstar balloon specialist in the floral department with over 20 years of experience & it sure shows!! I specifically come to this Publix for her services. She goes above and beyond for her customers by asking certain questions like, if the arrangement is going on the floor or a desk so shell know the appropriate string length, she also puts a solution inside the plain balloons that helps them last longer before inflating them and she ties the whole arrangement up so nicely so they dont get all tangled in the car. I also enjoy her friendly conversation while shes creating her work of art. Publix is definitely lucky to have her!!!

Comment: We really like this Metrowest Publix unit. We found everything we need for the day to day of the house. The service is friendly and we always find fresh fruits and vegetables. The bakery is very complete and has good sushi. There are still restaurants, cafes and other shops in the surroundings.

Many of the mainstream items are considerably more costly than Walmart e.g paper goods, canned goods, bread,juice to name a few. Now I mostly buy baked goods and produce at Publix. Best by far and so I dont mind spending extra money.

Its always a wonderful experience. Today the deli seemed to be overwhelmed with customers waiting, yet the employees remained diligent in providing stellar service in a timely fashion. Comment: This is one of the best Publix I go to, most of the employees are always super helpful and seem happy apart from most of the deli/prepared food workers. I feel they get annoyed for having to actually do their job. I requested a rotisserie chicken once and two employees stood there talking over the chicken with 0 urgency until I asked if it would be ready anytime soon, and then they actually packed it. I have great encounters with everyone else here, but the deli is a big disappointment and I hope they could hire more customer driven and motivated employees.

The employees are not only helpful but when you ask for help finding something they will stop everything they they are doing and take you to the item. Everytime. If they are out of an item, they will find out when itll be in and tell you exactly the day and/or let you know when its in. Cashiers are well trained, fast, accurate, and friendly. Comment: Pros: Its a Publix. So you get the high quality shopping experience you always get at a Publix. Well kept store, clean appearance, adequate staffing at registers, employees working diligently to pack out freight and restock shelves. Even when they have their hands full with a mountain of product to get out on the shelves they will still stop and courteously answer questions to help you find an item. Its actually impressive to see how incredibly consistent every Publix store operates regardless of location, especially with the challenges that COVID has presented all businesses.Cons: Not anything significant. Had to wait 30 minutes for a prescription that I was told would be ready hours prior.(no biggie, not unusual) Recently placed an order in advanced to get an Italian sub I could simply grab while doing grocery shopping. Ended up waiting around for 20 minutes after my designated pick up time. So the dairy/frozen/raw meat products in my cart were not being kept refrigerated. Milk ended up expiring a few days before date and popsicles ended up melting a bit, even though I dont live far, transport in insulated totes and it was a cool day.This is a very BUSY publix. So be prepared for extended wait times at Deli and Pharmacy. They have ample cashiers up front so quick check out times are typical.With COVID and the turn over rates most businesses are facing, I am going to give 5 stars instead of the 4 I originally intended to. Making subs/sandwiches, chicken, onion rings and such isnt rocket science, but IT IS a lot to learn for a new employee. Especially in a busy store. So I wont let one bad experience define my rating of this Publix.Publix became my favorite grocery store about 2-3 years ago thanks to their intuitive App, store appearance and consistently maintaining top tier business practices. I simply have to give them the credit they deserve for how much effort they invest in work ethic.

Comment: Pharmacy worked hard last minute to get my RX transfered and filled and they knocked it out of the park. In fact they exceeded my expectations to the point where I went back home and didnt even see the notification alerting me to the fact that they had my medication ready lol.

Comment: Ive been a customer of this Publix for 20 years. Although the staff has changed over during this time, they maintain a consistently high level of friendliness and customer service. Store has a wide variety of your typical food and a good selection of ethnic products. Yes, I know Publix is a bit more expensive than most. However, I always focus on the buy 1 get 1 sales each week and base my meals around those deals.

Comment: This Publix has been around for quite a while and is still in really good condition. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a large variety of products to choose from. They also have a florist and pharmacy which is very handy. Deli in the back if you want to grab lunch you can order from the App and pick up so you don’t have to wait. Restrooms are always clean as well.

Comment: Its been nearly 15 months since Ive been in the US and I forgot how much I loved Publix. The selection is incredible. The service is top shelf. The area is also a very peaceful wooded area. I can never leave without buying more than I went in for. This one is less than 10 mins from Universal property. While youre there, hit up Marcos Pizza! Also a Lebanese restaurant that I want to try.

Comment: The staff at this public is PHENOMENAL!!! Kristina from the deli personally walked me to the service desk to make sure my order for my wedding was squared away. Derek and his team in the deli worked very hard today to get everyone situated with their orders and Jason and Dan came over to the deli to help. This publix is the definition of TEAM WORK!!

Comment: This is hands down one of the best Publix stores in Orlando. Staff is amazing and always helpful. Shelves are usually well stocked (except high demand pandemic items). If itss not on the shelf, a team member will check their back inventory for it. Parking can he a pain sometimes, but its a busy plaza.

Comment: I went to this store to get some prescriptions filled. The pharmacy staff was very friendly and helpful. They got my medicine filled faster then they said they would. While I waited I did a little shopping and every employee I passed greeted me and were very friendly. The bagger even came to help me get the groceries from the cart to put on the belt. I love shopping at publix...it really is a pleasure.

Comment: Publix is a grocery store that everyone simply loves to go. I’ve never here had an issue here but today there was one unfortunately. Everyone knows Publix makes fantastic subs, I even convinced my friend to try it today for his very first time as even told him it’s better than subway subs! He orders his sub and the worker who made was Julie. She didn’t seem focused nor did it seem like she wanted to work, on my sub I asked for barbecue sauce and she says no we don’t have that but what she could’ve said was this “I don’t have any right now, but I can get some for your sub and it’ll be an extra charge.” I would’ve been happy to hear that. She finishes my sub it looks a little bit less than average, looked poorly made. Anyways my friend order and I’m so excited for him to order and Julie starts to make it and she doesn’t have the cheese he wanted and she mumbled and gets upset and start speaking to her co workers in another language in front of us which was rude. She gets the cheese and then she starts craming everything he wanted in his sub and last but not least my friend asked for honey mustard and she gets the bottle of honey mustard and just squirts it in one spot of the sub. Poor customer service from her. The best sub maker there is Doris!! But she was in the back cleaning :(

What was marked should have been BOGO but try as I might not to, I chose the wrong thing. They do have a lot of different prices on things which makes it a bit difficult from time to time.

Comment: Usually all Publix are great at customer service. But this particular location is the best Publix out there. Just because the way its nestled in a quiet and great neighborhood and its not huge but not too small either. I come here for everything. Although I have Winn-Dixie closer to my apartment than this Publix. Plus there are plenty of eateries and things to do in the complex this publix is located in. Not to mention their great and friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Comment: A popular shopping destination, the staff is courteous and work hard to please their customers and move the checkout lines. When it gets busy and lines start to back up, theyll page for more cashiers and suggest folks to checkout at customer service to speed things along.They are friendly to your kids and offer them a balloon. Baggers do their best to pack your things away and ask to cart large loads to the car for those who look like they could use a hand.

They always open on time and stay open late if you need to grab a few extra things which is great!Check out the deli and seafood bar for some great deals made daily too! Comment: I was at a toss up between walmart and publix this morning, Im so glad I went to Publix! The staff is beyond amazing! I was looking for chicken broth to make a wonderful chicken soup and instead of ignoring me, the employee standing next to me asked if I needed help, guided me through the maze of different broths showed me the best, and it was a buy one get one free. He was so nice, he had to go in the back storage to grab the second one since there was only one on the shelf. Thank you Roth. As I walked to the check out lane every employee acknowledged me. Im so glad I went to Publix, and I will continue to shop this excellent store!
