Comment: I love this Publix and call it My Publix! As a former Publix employee, I know what it takes to make a store special and stand out from the rest, and so this store is just that. I know most of the staff by name, and I always get what I need especially my favorite Chantilly Cake and Flourless Dark Chocolate Cake always on Deck! Ive been to many Publix stores even as a gig economy worker and some stores just dont have nice staff and can be a madhouse.So this little Neptune Beach Publix is the best at the Beaches and is in the process of building a Brand new Publix next door. I cant wait till it opens!I cant wait to see all the staff running that new store and all it has to offer.Thanks, Publix Neptune Beach ⛱️ 🙌

I wanted to recognize the deli as a whole but also leave a “high five” for Chey who served me today and many other times. This one is my everyday store but it’s .2 miles from the Atlantic coast so the prices are a bit higher and it has significantly less stuff. However the manager is as friendly as can be and all the staff will bend over backwards to help you. Know where you’re going. But I go here because I think the people far outweigh the SMALL size and price difference

Comment: Small store, no pharmacy but once again Publix puts great people in place with high quality groceries and specialty items. I dont mind paying a little more for those intangibles. Big props to the red headed young man in customer service. I dont remember his name but cant forget how sincere he was. Super nice young man. He deserves a raise, said he worked right through the pandemic when it was raging. I hope corporate took good care of yall with stock options and bonuses?

Comment: Jamil is a fantastic employee. We came to order our sandwiches. Theres was an employee their who how can I say wasnt treating us fairly because of how are masked looked Quote Those mask are ridiculous They questioned our masked making us feel like we werent welcome. So we decided to just leave because of how we felt. Than we decided to ask for a higher up and Jamil came and helped us, he made us feel welcome again and took care of us. Very professional and i definitely will be coming back. Thanks Jamil!!!!!

Comment: Always loved Publix when I lived in the south. Stores are always clean, never hard to find anything staff are always friendly. This particular trip to Jax I stopped by Publix bc they have a great selection of local craft brew beers that you can build your own 6 pack out of and I was able to put together a great 6 pack together to bring back to Jersey for a friend who loves local brews but had never seen these ones bc you cant find them in Jersey.

Comment: I love all of the Publix I go into....i lived right beside this one and would visit daily. The staff is beyond friendly and very helpful! They have the best products around and prices...they usually have stuff very cheap also. The only time I had an issue was when a worker told me to put a shirt on & they were very polite about it 😃

Comment: Excellent little Publix - I mean, youve seen one beach-Publix youve seen em all - but this one had a lovely atmosphere, helpful employees (as youd expect from Publix) and well-stocked shelves. Also sells beach stuff, in case youre on vacation! Very handy.

Comment: This is my favorite Publix and I have visited a variety of other locations. It is smaller than regular Publix and doesnt have a pharmacy. To me, it seems to have more specialties items such as cut fruit, prepared food, dips, and pies. The employees are always extremely pleasant. You can quickly get what you need to get in and out of there.

Comment: Went for a hotel room supply run. Had everything I needed from travel lotions to soap. I had a fridge in my room so I got juices and other breakfast type things. Staff was nice and helpful and pointed me in the right direction. The wait time for checkout was less than 5 minutes.

Comment: Like all Publix its clean, the prices are very reasonable even without coupons and loyalty cards, the staff are all amazingly sweet and efficient, and Publix brand items are awesome!This is not my favorite publix though. Theyve shoehorned a whole store into a tiny footprint. (pun unintentional) The shelves are very high, and somehow it takes twice as long to find things as it does in the bigger stores. Worth a stop on the way to the beach for supplies, or a quick dash in for one thing on the way home, but for weekly shopping I hit one of the other locations.

Comment: Just recently I visited the Publix here in Jax Beach, always a lovely experience. But especially today I was a woman on a mission. Im hosting my first party, I walked in, mid afternoon, two days away from the party and still hadnt ordered my cupcakes yet. On edge and it was written all over my face! An employee named Ian from the bakery approached me and asked me if I could use his help. I was sort of all over the place at first; as I mentioned, very anxious. I instantly felt that things were in good hands. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, and suggested many different options that I could use. There was a certain kind of genuine interest in my needs and full focus on how he could help me. With such a full schedule ahead of me, I failed to see a manager before I left, but wanted to make a point to recognize excellent costumer service. Thank you Ian for you help, your patience and interest truthfully made a difference for me in my week!!

Comment: Publix is consistently good and this location was greatly appreciated for those of us living in Jax Beach when it opened. Unfortunately, it is a smaller store by necessity which means it doesnt carry some of the items we purchase regularly. Parking can also be a problem during the holidays, game days, or other busy periods.
