The bakery wasnt as good as I recall it from our last visits in June of 2021.I found the prices to be higher than those currently in Michigan at comparable markets, even with using the loyalty program discounts.The customer service also is not as I remembered it from previous visits. This is especially true of the younger persons manning the checkouts, which, unfortunately, has become a sin of the times more often than not.Ill check out Winn Dixie in the next couple of days for groceries while were here in the Cape and see if things are any better.

He helped me bringing my 96 year old mom from the bathroom area to the front on one of the electric wheelchairs because it was difficult for me to do it with my mom on it.I really appreciated his help. Comment: This publix is extremely busy and at the peak hours can sometimes be extremely difficult to navigate through. The lines for the deli can get quite long and you might be spending ten or fifteen minutes just waiting to get your items rang up. Despite this, the store is always clean and well stocked from my experience. There is a target next door which is very convenient. The staff are generally friendly. I have had very postive experiences with the pharmacy. There is a very nice seating area that is great for having lunch or eating a pub sub. The sushi is also very good. There is a good selection of fruits and vegetables which are always in good condition and high quality, making it entirely worth the price. The prices arent too expensive, there are cheaper places but the quality here is always outstanding. There is also a good selection of medication, vitamins, hair products, and body products, however there is not as wide of a selection that you would find at a super target or walmart super center. There is also a scale, a lotto machine, and you can also buy cigarettes and alcohol. There is a machine for converting coins into cash, however it takes I believe 10 percent of your coins, so youre better off rolling them up and taking them to a bank.

She was so pleasant & I even went back again for 6 more & again was so amazing to help! I showed her pictures we took with the donuts & she was the sweetest! We need more people like this! Comment: As usual, Publix does not disappoint. The parking lot is clean, organized, and easy to access. The building itself is neat, well sorted out, and comfortable in the temperature and the isles are easy to traverse. Everything is easy to find and the employees are professional, yet friendly. They all have good dispositions and it is a pleasure to enter the premises. I have been visiting Publix for my shopping needs since I was I was a child and it has never disappointed (I am now in my fifties). Other supermarkets may be ok, but they never leave quite the same impression. The Publix deli is a great place to visit for the impromptu snack or even if you have a catering event (Ive used it to feed my colleagues before). I love their subs and theyve occasionally made me sandwiches according to my needs. They are superb. When I traveled across the US in my younger years, I always missed Publix. Glad to be home.

The meat department will split packages for you and the deli though crowded will cut your deli meat exactly and have layers between cheese slices. The cashiers are professional and always ask if you found all items that you are looking for. They will have a bagger retrieve the item if you couldnt find it.

Comment: My favorite grocery store around, well lit, super clean and a better selection than walmart. Pharmacy is very reasonable as well with some meds even free. (Dont take the V@$$INE, they kill people regularly) And dont forget if you like it, they have the best store bought sushi ive found anywhere! $5 wednesday special as well!

Comment: Todd the General manager is a fantastic person even all the employees .looking forward to hopefully work with all of you guys I’ve been going to the store from most a year since I lived here four days before Christmas last year, and I moved from Oregon to Florida four days before Christmas last year . My adopted parents myself and my younger sibling we all like your store ,and we like your food products . You are one big family to me forever for a lifetime I love it how are you guys are very courtesy respectful and generous to whomever comes worldwide in all nations for the holidays even visit family ,and friends all the above . I am a lifetime to present associate water boy to a college called at Eugene Oregon of the student athletes called Bushnell University Beacon athletes. Plus I worked for regal cinemas in Eugene Oregon December 14, 2017 I worked for regal cinemas for IMAX 3D , and the movie called No Time to Die of James Bond comes to theaters worldwide 2021 . The picture that you guys see is me standing next to a former college Oregon duck football athlete name Justin Herbert who I got to meet ,and now plays for the NFL Los Angeles chargers as a quarterback . On my right side of my lung I had a lung claps in Oregon two years ago plus in Florida last Friday, and I’ve been at the hospital for about 11 days now recovering. I am a very friendly young man I love helping people I love helping people who are in need and I will even embrace of giving my love to whomever Worldwide even to all of you guys anyone have expressing kindness to all of you guys at all times even being a friendly person that smiles and says always thank you all times for what you guys do to help people at your locations thank you for not discriminating people with or without disabilities all of you guys are the best looking forward to seeing you I love you guys very soon, and to be hopefully to be working for you guys as soon as COVID-19 goes away . Comment: I like going to this Publix since its next to a Target. As a retail / CSR background I take personal connections serious. Most times, the lines are long and employees goofing off while bagging. I just let it go, its typical here. Ive been coming to this store for 3 years and no one has ever spoken to me unless spoken to. Wondering why I gave it a 5 star review? Princeton in produce! I went in one night this week needing 4 balloons. It was his 2nd time using the machine, and first week at his new job. He had some struggles, but he was EXTREMELY accommodating and determined to perfect my balloons. He asked every detail to how I wanted them arranged and even made small talk. He will be extremely successful with all that hard work and outstanding customer service. The balloons were a hit. He did a wonderful job and the only person in 3 years who made an impact. Thank you Princeton!!!

Comment: I like to call it my Publix Im in between a few of them but people are so nice happy helpful I love going there versus Walmart of course I just wish you guys could compete with Walmart but your bogos are great I do stock up then. There is a girl that started bagging cashiering working the front desk and she has been extremely helpful right after I had a car accident she help me shop as I was getting into a scooter she saw she helped me get into it help me shop and then help me out to my car unload and she was walking and I dont even think she clocked in yet. And shes always sweet and says hi so shes one of the best there most of them are just happy and doing their job but she goes out of her way to say hi and ask how Im doing on my progress between surgeries. I wish you guys gave bonuses or what allow them take tips but I understand some people would just stand around waiting for a tip. But yet Megan at the midpoint Publix in Cape Coral very helpful and very upbeat and Ill miss Publix Im going to Arizona for a month and their chain out there is owned by Kroger and its called Frys they dont even come close

Comment: Always a pleasure to go to the deli ! Them guys are so pleasent and happy to wait on you :) unlike the publix off Cape Coral Pkwy. That store is filthy, dead bugs under the sausage. The girl tells me well they are dead and I said of course they are so clean it up ! She acted like whats the big deal ? Well its our food thats the big deal !! The men stocking up can goods and such are in the customers way saying can I get in there ? Making the customers wait on them. This should be done before the customers arriving. New managers are needed for sure. The deli department has flies flying all over, the ladies are not nice. Shape up that DIRTY store !!! We deserve better especially for the money we are paying them for over priced goods !!!!!

Comment: Publix stores are always immaculately maintained. The problem with Publix today is you needed a map to find things because of major changes in the store. All cold items are now in closed cases. The doors are heavy and when carrying a purse and phone shopping list, it becomes impossible to open the door, carry a purse and phone at the same time. Also difficult when trying to get multiple items like containers of yogurt. You must open and close doors several times necessitating putting something down. Understand it might be better to have closed cases to keep food cold, but its very awkward.

Comment: I drive 15-20 minutes out of my way to shop at this Publix; this is the best Publix in town. Online orders are always ready at the time you set for pick up. Everything is where it should be, so when you are using the shopping list on the Publix mobile app, the items are exactly where they should be. The meat and produce is always fresh; shelves are always stocked.

She said, when buying watermelon wait till you get to the checkout & an employee will bring it to checkout for you. Shopping doesnt get much better than this. ☺
