Comment: One of the Nicest Publix around! My go-to neighborhood market, they are very kind, friendly and helpful. The cashiers always have a smile, as do the helpful baggers. Coming back from drs with both arms sharing a sling, and with a neck brace, I desperately needed some staple items. Severe pain notwithstanding, I grabbed the essentials & stood next inline, wincing. The kind cashier saw me & immediately called for a kind young assistant to come put my groceries onto the counter for me!! Items carefully bagged as well and placed in my wagon. Two angels!! Kind, thoughtful, personable, and with contagious smiles...I found myself smiling as I left! They lifted my entire day! And in fact, just the recollection brings that smile back again!Hey, manager!! Youre doing well to foster this kind of spirit throughout your store! Keep it up!!

Comment: I want to give a shout out to a Manager named Sergo. Let me tell you how above and beyond he went for me. He seen me walking around the store looking all stressed and did what he is supposed to do and ask me if I need any help. ( I just thought to myself this guy cant help) but I told him how I just got some groceries and when I went outside to leave the battery on my Van died. This guy said (dont worry I got you) we outside and he went to his car and came back with a jumper and got my van going and got my groceries home so they would not go bad. This guy is awesome. You want to promote someone Sergo is the man. Also I an not the type to do these reviews but here Im because of him.

When I left I called about him to suggest to listen to customers.Also, the deli department needs to have more roasted chickens available for customers between 4-7pm when we customers are coming from work and need to grab a quick meal. And, why do you only staff one person to work cold cuts? The wait is way too long.

The produce is always fresh and they feature the best brands however there is one overwhelming reason to go to Publix and that is for the Pub Sub. There is nothing better than a ham and cheese hero with the fixings and an ice cold beer in the hot Florida sun. Next time you are in Florida grab a Pub Sub.

I wasnt even in line for a sub but I overheard him constantly cracking jokes with customers and making them laugh in a completely natural and genuine way. I dont expect all employees to be super bubbly and outgoing, so long as I get my order they can act however they want, but its nice to see someone just naturally be themselves at work and who hasnt had their personality snuffed out by cold professionalism

Comment: I stopped by to grab a sub for lunch and wasnt disappointed.The store was pretty much clean and organized as with other and the employees were nice and respectful.The landscape at this location was one awesome.The mens restroom couldve been cleaned and only one of the two sinks worked.It wouldve been nice to see self checkout registers because I purchased one item and the transaction probably wouldve been about one minute to scan and pay.The sub I ate for lunch was great.

They have a lot of employees on the floor so you never have to go on a hunt to find help. They have a huge selection of pre made foods and drinks in the deli and they taste great. All of the departments are A+ except for the bakery. They have seemed to be going down hill over the years. Have a lot of over baked and dried breads that should never have been put out on the floor. Unfortunately when I have a lot of items in the bakery, I have to go to another store. Hopefully it will get better like it use to be.

Comment: Unfortunately due to the hours I work I have to get most of my errands done at night. This can include getting dinner, grocery shopping, laundry. Well this evening my family and I were really craving Publix subs. I have worked in the Publix deli as has my mom before me, my sister has and (as of next week) my little sister will be starting. The point is that we know just how difficult it can be sometimes. Its not so much the company that is bad but other human beings can be mean and ruthless. Yet as Publix associates we grin and bear it. Of Course there are a few bad apples that work for Publix as there are anywhere you go. Tonight was one of those nights that remind me why I love Publix. It was late when we placed our order, we called it in. Megan answered the phone and was extremely friendly as she took our order for 3 whole subs. Two of the subs were a little more difficult than the rest but she didnt seem to mind. At this point of the night there is so much cleaning that you have to complete with a limited amount of time to do so. Again this didnt seem to bother Megan or the rest of the deli crew that night. The deli was spotless, our order was completed on time. The rest of the store was very clean as well. The cashier was friendly and did not make us feel rushed in any way. It was another great experience at Publix. Bonus: while we were outside a young employee offered to help us put the groceries in the car. Great store, I will definitely return!

Comment: This store is always clean when I shop here. The food in the deli is always hot and fresh. The employee in the seafood department are so pleasant.

Comment: Great selection of deli , bakery, and sushi. Good selection of soda that are mostly on sale at the time. Lines for western union/fpl can sometimes be really long , so you have to show up at the right time, but they need two people for it.

Comment: Store 895: I received the best customer service today. The cashier and the young lady that packed my groceries and carried them out were the BEST! The pharmacy staff are outstanding!!

Comment: I like this place. It is neat, clean, and well organized. I was able to find everything that I desired. They conserve energy by having the lights 💡 turn on in the coolers as u approach the section that has the products u need. enjoy shopping there.

Comment: I got to store and realized I left my 4 masks on the kitchen counter. I went into the store and asked for a mask and the young lady at the door ran and got me five varieties of masks for me to purchase. I purchased a package and continued my shopping. The young lady made a very good impression on me.

Comment: To all leaders or CEO of the company .I was in this location on Sunday march 29th military and maleluca wpb store near my house about 2pm or so wow inside the store have way too many people I was shocked to see that for the safety of the community limited how many people inside the store at once employee not wearing any protection I mean thats risky I saw a lady sat her baby at the customer service counter like a normal day I mean really step up the safety for everyone thank you.

Comment: Excellent selection of food. Plenty of parking. Good service, helpful, knowledgeable employees. Prices are reasonable but not as good as Aldi - much, much larger selection than Aldi.

Comment: I stopped to see if they stocked ZIMA, after I heard the news about it being released again for Summer 2018. They had it! Bought 2 six-packs😎😋. Thank you Publix, for stocking ZIMA, my favorite alcohol beverage!!

Comment: Service is great the girl that made are subs was very nice and made perfect subs for us food is fresh and store is clean we were in and out no line or wait at 2:44 pm on a Thursday
