Comment: I have been a customer of this PUBLIX store for over 30 years! Always pleased with it’s service and products. Even during Covid I went in-person (with my mask on) and appreciated the showing experience!I want to submit a “compliment” not a “complaint” in regards to a young manager named Nelson Pena or Peña. I asked his help in finding a particular item that was missing from the shelf and he tried his best and couldn’t find it in this store. Gave me a rain-check and I went back three days later and again, no luck. He called a nearby Publix and ordered the item for me. Since I couldn’t come back he asked for my name and number and this young man personally delivered it to my front door!I was so happy and thrilled that he went out of his way and time to deliver it to me in person!I need Nelson Pena and Publix to know that there are still employees that care and customers that appreciate service with a smile. Thank you !

It has an undercover parking space beneath the store, so youll have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor to access the Publix shopping space. Comment: They are all very friendly. Now I have my prescriptions at Publix! Which is great. A one stop deal. The only set back is the pharmacy staff do need help. Sometimes there are people in line, they are calling doctors offices for mistakes the doctors make on their prescriptions and the phones are nonstop ringing, the flu shots, COVID shots and people in line. Come on they need help. All that is going on and these staffers in the pharmacy still have a smile on their faces. I’ve been there when people have been very rude to them and they still tend to those loud and unbelievable rude costumers. That pharmacy deserves a metal of honor!

Comment: I go to the pharmacy here mainly. Kind and gentle pharmacist. They make sure that each client understands how to take their medications. There is not much of a line here. But again, I have only gone on weekdays from 10am to 1pm. So cant generalise it for the weekends and the evening rush.

This is the closest to me and usually the one i prefer to go to regardless when going to do groceries. A good amount of parking. The Publix is on the second floor, so theres plenty of parking underneath, really cool layout. And i feel like the atmosphere is more dynamic than other locations.

I am not sure how employees hadn’t noticed as there was a lot. As I looked up this is what I saw, just as another came down near my feet. This does not look good and have to rethink safety of the store. Hope they check it out.

Comment: Since the remodel this place has been one of the best to shop at. Always plenty of parking and never too packed unless its a holiday or a dolphin game. Kept clean and the staff is always courteous.

Comment: Shopping was definitely a pleasure when I came here today!I was greeted upon walking in and their seafood looked fresh; not like the previous Publix location that I had to walk out of. The guy that helped me in the seafood department was super nice and attentive. The other staff that I ran into, spoke to me as I passed by them. This is what I call customer service!This is a two story Publix location. Although this location is a shopping plaza and has parking spots, this location also does have a parking garage under the store. So there should never be an issue with parking.When you walk in you have the option of getting on the elevator or the escalator. Youre better off getting on the escalator because the elevators seemed to take forever but dont hold that against them. lol. The also have the shopping cart escalator like all of the other two story locations have.Other than that, it is your typical Publix. Stop by and visit if you are in the area.

Comment: This is my favorite Publix. I love having the escalators and being able to send your cart down with your groceries also the elevators. There is also parking in the garage so if it rains you do not get wet. I highly recommended

Comment: Have always preference grocery shopping at Publix. The stores are clean and the food fresh. This store is very good, but needs to work on signage. Lots of shelves do not have prices for individual items. Also I find many items are not replenished when they run out. It is either they are out of stock or do not keep up with stocking the shelves. Which means another trip to the store. I like shopping at Publix but no more than one trip a week.

Comment: I almost started a fight in the deli. My online order of ham was not in the pick up area. I was in a hurry, thats why I ordered online. I politely as possible interrupted a deli employee and customer to ask for my ham. I was told by the employee that it is protocol to ask for the ham because they purposely do not place it in the pick up area. I really wish my ham and cheese, etc would be ready in the pick up area so I dont have to interrupt employees and customers.

Comment: The initial design and layout of this store is perfect. Tons of parking whether in the plaza lot and shaded parking so that the store is above. Liquors is located at bottom so you dont even have to go into the main supermarket if you dont want to. Aisles and areas are very spacious for comfy shopping. Only small blemish may be finding help - this was a highlight when first opened but has dwindled since, and the deli line takes longer than one would hope. Otherwise, good store with great product.

Comment: Wonderful concept, now I can come back to a car that isnt 200 degrees inside because theres parking underneath the store..., sheilded from the elements..., Also, when the rainstorms start up, I wont get soaked. All new stores, supermarkets should be built this way.
