Comment: Im an Instacart Shopper and I shop at this location TONS! I understand the bad reputation other Shoppers get in Publix stores and I will say, Im very different from the rude ones. I have joked with the employees, treated them with kindness, respect and showed a few my memes of the day. I learned the store so well I rarely ask for help, and if I do ask, I dont just shove my phone in their faces. Ive built a great working relationship with most employees that now when they see me come into the store, I can almost see the relief on their faces. One of the managers plays with my son and my son loves it 💙 (and that says alot because he is picky about people). If I shop by myself, they ask me where their little buddy is and it warms my heart so much! I love shopping at this location, whether for myself or for customers. The employees are friendly, helpful and superb gems of human beings!

Comment: I was wandering the aisles looking for “ sun dried tomatoes “ and encountered a young man by the name of Isaiah who probably never even heard of the item. He stopped what he was doing at the time and not only found where they were but led me right to them A very nice young man. Publix should be happy to have employees like Isaiah.

Comment: It was pretty good service wise as well as for you I got me something from the hot area some chicken some corn fritters greens and mashed potatoes. It was all pretty tasty I didnt even need to salt and pepper that I got. And my check out pretty friendly very lovely older lady the kid that bag my groceries efficient very polite very friendly very helpful overall great experience.

Comment: The shelves were not as stocked quite as well as I would like to see but selection was good except for the Deli Chicken Dinners. Just bad timing 😪 ? And no more complimentary coffee is being offered 😢. I believe the other competitors may be a better venture.

Comment: I always buy my birthday cakes from their bakery, there has never been an issue. They have handicap accessible entrances and exit. I have yet to hear a member of staff being rude. It is well lit and there is always plenty of parking. The pharmacy there does not impress me but it is because they have a very limited staff.

Comment: SHOUT OUT to Stephanie, Pharmacy Tech at Mulberry Publix in The Villages. Friday after I returned home and was unloading groceries I realized I had left my prescription in the buggy baby seat 😱 Normally I return my buggy to the proper location but didn’t this time. (Thank Goodness). When I called the store I was told by customer service nothing had been turned in and if it was would have been taken to the Pharmacy. She connected me to them and I was told they couldn’t leave their station. I understood but I explained to her it had only been 10 minutes and my buggy was probably still where I left it. She me to hold on and few minutes later she returned with the great news that she found it! She went “above and beyond” ever though she wasn’t suppose to leave! Thank you! Thank you!

Thanks to the dedicated employees at Publix,Our experience was more than tolerable....wonder employees at a wonderful store.....Where else would you find someone sanitizing carts as you take one to use? Publix continues to be the best supermarket in our whole area. Will always sing their praises!!

Comment: Can’t beat a good Publix. Especially in the villages. This one has lots of entertain provided by the regulars in the area. You never know what you’re going to see here. Watch where you park, I’d recommend as far away from the store as you can get.
