Comment: My daughter and I went by there on a Saturday and it was such a change from the normal Publix environment that its always crowded with people we were able to go through the store in a casual jaunt able to find everything we wanted. Publix has always got top quality meat and produce we were able to check out the timely fashion and get back in the car and go home.

Comment: Its not my favorite Publix, but its close. The parking lot is usually busy and difficult to navigate when entering, and especially leaving.They tend to run out of certain items quicker because they are so busy. If that happens, we take the short trip to the city plaza location.

There is no option for self checkout. I like the option of cash back when using a debit card. There is a purified water dispenser outside with $2.5 per gallon dispensed. Soup schedule attached. Staff is good. This center is inside the main market.

Vegetable and fruit selection is varied and fresh, fish and sea food have good prices and are displayed nicely, meat department always has what I’m looking for and will cut what you need, bakery has the freshest items, and the deli has great specialty choices. The new salad bar is an added treat. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been shopping there for years without any plans to switch.

Comment: I still love Publix except for the fact that prices r so high. Instead of every store following trend on raising prices why dont they follow each other in lowering the prices. The only reason things r so high is because when one person raises something someone else thinks well it hey did it then so can I. Because think about it. The only reason things cost so much is because some day along time ago mankind decided to make these green things out of trees which basically really have no value when you look at the big picture cause the only reason they have value is because we put value on it. So think about it people who worship money and are so greedy when comes to it, they are worshiping trees. And then again maybe not because they keep cuttong them all down when 17 million homes went abandoned last year that.means no one was living in them but they seem to keep making.mor eof them. This store has amazing cooked soups in the Deli area in which gives information about the soups cooked on what specific day it is with crackers, and different sized containers you want. Comment: IYKYK is kind of how Publix works in Florida. Every store provides premier customer service, a vast variety of high quality products and the cleanest grocery stores on the planet. If you complain on a Google review about a Publix, you missed 10 steps to actually get your problem resolved the right way because management takes care of customers at all costs, and they always right a wrong, even at the expense of the company.Fun fact: Did you know you can renew your car registration at this location? For a few extra bucks, you can enter your info and it prints off your new sticker right there. No long lines at the DMV and you get it instantly in case you waited till the last minute so mailing it wasnt an option. Thanks Publix for always making grocery shopping a pleasant experience and my life more fulfilled with Pub Subs in it.💚

Comment: Spending 87 and saving 50 dollars is amazing, but what really blows my mind is that EVERY time I visit, no matter who my cashier is, and I bring my reusable cold and dry bags. They will do there absolute best, saying sorrys for missing a cold item that would go in the cold bag and REWORKING THE BAG TO FIT IT or Im trying to make sure I fit everything in the bags. And always tetrising everything perfectly that I dont have to use a plastic bag. It makes my heart swell. That easily couldve been 10-12 plastic bags but they made it work to fit all of it in 2 reusables. In a way that honored not only me but the environment. So so cool.

Comment: We just moved to Tampa. The Publix at New Tampa Center on Bruce B. Downs is very close to our house. The first thing I always see when I enter the store is a very nice gentleman by the name of Robert, who greets me with a new sanitized cart. Robert is such a happy, welcoming person, he always makes my day a little brighter. This Publix is always clean and well stocked. I love the Publix salads, usually buying at least two each week. I also love the deli desserts. I almost never have to wait to check out. The clerks and the folks bagging my groceries are all very polite. The people bagging my groceries always ask if they can help me take my groceries to my car. All in all, shopping at my neighborhood Publix is a very pleasant experience--which I appreciate!

Comment: I just moved to this neighborhood about a year ago and this Publix is less than 5 mins from my place. Every time i visit here, i have a great experience and everyone is always helpful and happy. As someone who works in leadership, its a great sight to see. Today i stopped by to grab some stuff to cook on my way home and David at the seafood area was beyond nice and helpful. We had some good conversation and he even recommend me try a new type of salmon, which i cant wait to try. Thanks David!

I came in for a Publix sub (because they are fire) and I met Jimmy. Jimmy was very courteous and very professional while he was making my sandwich. His sandwich was so good I literally came back the same day and got the exact same thing!!! He is the reason why I am leaving this review! THANK YOU JIMMY!! Comment: This is a very nice, well-run Publix. The staff members are always really helpful and polite. Actually, about a week ago I managed to knock over an entire display of little Jello boxes and a staff member immediately rushed over and- smiling, I should add- insisted that it was fine and that I continue on with my shopping. I was obviously really embarrassed, but so touched at the way it was handled. Publix always reminds me that good customer service still exists.

When I asked if they were closed, Jess said, “What can I get for you!?” I can still make you a sandwich.” With a smiles on her face! She was super polite and everything you would expect from a Publix employee. 5 stars for Jess in the deli! ...However our checkout experience was less than a one star rating! Worline was at the register and her friend Destiny was bagging. Both super rude and couldn’t stop talking about their own personal lives and drama. Not up to Publix standards!

Comment: OK... So... Publixs slogan is... Where shopping is a pleasure ... Not all slogans measure up, no matter how often they may repeat it... They want to, but so many fall short. I shopped Winn Dixie, Aldis, and Walmart for groceries... Compared to those, YES, it IS a pleasure to shop at Publix. My pocketbook doesnt always think so, but I do. So when I have to pick up just a few items, I go to Publix. But when I do major grocery shopping, I will bite the bullet and go, most often, to Walmart, where its RARELY, if EVER, a pleasure to shop. Publix employees are, by far, the nicest.... Even when compare to Target. IMO

Nick was also at the register when I got there he bagged my groceries methodically making sure to keep colds with colds etc... He was very patient with the way I wanted my things bagged. He helped me bring my bags to the car and when I handed him $5 tip. He said no thanks it was my pleasure. GREAT PUBLIX

Comment: I love how clean this grocery store is. Its definitely more expensive than other stores though, which is the only downfall. Its located in a good area. Easy to get to. Employees have been nice when weve gone. They have diet sweet tea that is the next best thing to not drinking regular. Their deli is a personal favorite too! No reason to hit up Subway when you get amazing sandwiches here.

Fish department was clean, neat, and virtually odorless. While this location is slightly out of my way, it will now be the one I go to.

Never had a problem here, though during peak hours, getting into the plaza can be daunting and slow since the traffic pattern into and out of the plaza is not very organized...
