Comment: I will be very honest in my review. My experiences are always typically pleasant and the staff are always friendly when I shop. I wasn’t particularly in the greatest of moods overall today with a lot going on that was personal in life; so, I wanted to find a particular item to cook with that they usually have in stock and when I couldn’t find it I was helped by the manager. He was also assisting to try and look for the item to no avail. I wasn’t dismayed by any means and was fine with an alternative item. The manager’s name was Mike. He was very friendly and was courteous towards the end of my shopping experience; so I can honestly say that it made my day much better. I know it was a very simple gesture of kindness but I would like to commend the manager for overall improving my experience while shopping. I will honestly still continue to shop at this location. Thank you very much Mike!

Comment: I really enjoy shopping at this Publix. Its larger than most and kept very clean. Only one issue , while reaching for the Good Culture Milk, I noticed they were all expired since September 6th some as far back as August 17th. We asked a staff member if they had any that were not expired. Unfortunately they did not. I hope they remove the expired milk so no one else tries to purchase them.

Weve went through a couple of different managers over the past year and a half and the current one has been my least favorite, no the assistant manager seems to really have it going on.

Comment: Very clean place to shop. I come here mostly for the deli and hot case. Occasionally will buy a BoGo deal, but even these arent always good deals. The prices here can be pretty crazy expensive. I do most of my regular grocery shopping at SuperTarget, Aldi, and BJs. Also some snack type things at Walmart. But Publix has the best deli and hot case by far. Service is usually good, and usually checkout is fast.

She was super nice and had a lot of ideas In making sure my daughter had the best most perfect birthday cake ever. When we picked up the cake, customer service and a very nice gentleman Publix employee both offered to help me get the cake to the vehicle. It was so incredibly convenient and thoughtful. The cake was a big hit and absolutely delicious. All the guests were impressed and it is definitely the best buttercream! We will be back for More!!!

When I asked if they had any salads pre made she let me know, unfortunately no. But she did not hesitate to stop what she was doing to get the catering book and help me pick what I needed and quickly prepared it for me. She is amazing and really helped me out today. Comment: My husband stopped into this Publix today to pick up my daughter’s birthday cake. It was ordered in-person a month ago and to his surprise, the bakery could not locate the order. Abby literally dropped everything she was doing and made my daughter a 1/4 sheet personalized Descendants cake so that we would have it in time to leave for our vacation today. Thank you, Abby, for the beautiful cake and making our 4 year old’s day. Exceptional service!

I was disappointed to find out that they didn’t have a copy machine! But then, out of no where, manager Richard swooped in and saved the day! Comment: This is the Publix I always go to. It is large, clean, and well stocked. The employees are helpful if you need something. The parking lot is large so there is never a chance to not find parking. Prices are a bit higher but you are paying for a clean store, excellent products, and friendly employees- all things important to me in a grocery shopping experience!Note: they take most coupons and have tons of Bogo items.

Comment: Been shopping here for years.. the prices are outrageous for food. I dont blame this store though. Publix is just really high all over compared to other stores outside of Florida. But this store has the best pharmacy Ive dealt with. Both the pharmacists are really nice and get everything right. The tech is also very helpful .I dont know her name but she is on point as well. Its nice when I get my perceptions for my wife and I they ready to go. Ive been to places that its a process just to get a refill. Not there

Comment: Despite the huge increase in traffic due to the Publix subs sale, there was excellent staffing in the deli so waiting was minimal. The deli area was clean and well stocked, there was no decrease in sub quality, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Kudos, Oldsmar Publix!

Comment: I am in this store everyday and they always have just what I need! Their chicken tender sub is the best. My absolute favorite.Less than a week ago, I was with my mother, ordering subs and all of a sudden, I got lightheaded and dizzy, I started sweating profusely, but I was cold and I almost passed out. My mom (who is a medical assistant) had no idea what to do. She was freaking out. An employee (not sure of their name) ran and had the manager call 911. Someone from bakery (Sean) ran right over and checked my pulse and vitals. After calling 911, a male manager (not sure of his name) ran over and stayed with me, until the ambulance got there and kept talking to me to make sure I was okay. I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars!

Comment: I was just at the Publix on Waters where I was made one of the best subs Ive ever had. On top of how awesome my sub was, its creator was a superb employee. His name is Brandon and in our short discussion he told me he worked at this Publix and was at the Waters location temporarily. I just want your management staff to know how he did a great job in our interaction and made me an excellent sandwich. I plan on making the extra commute to come to his regular place of work to get my subs.
