Comment: Awesome in all areas! This Publix has more of a variety of foods (especially international) and brands. Also, they seem to keep it stocked up more. When the store thats closest to me is out of my favorite items, this store usually has what Im looking for! It also looks cleaner and their displays are presented well, easier to find things. The checkout people (cashiers and baggers) seem to be more hospitable. Weve really enjoyed shopping at this location, particularly this holiday season! We highly recommend it!

However, I want to shed light on one of Publixs shining stars, Jeminie. She has a wonder presence about her and is very personable. I have had the pleasure of witnessing and personally experiencing her exceptional service. She is patient, kind and helpful. Her customer service is genuine as she takes time to really talk and engage with the guest. She truly has a light about her which implored me to right this review. I look forward to seeing her when she is working and will personally wait and skip my turn just to engage with her. Comment: Manager Wade Rinderknecht has gone above and beyond to display his store for Valentines. I travel 20 miles north of where I live to shop his store because I have never seen a Publix store so clean and meticulously displayed. All of the shelves are precisely displayed. All of his employees are absolutely professional, polite and extremely helpful. I have access to at least 2 to 3 dozen Publix a lot closer but I choose his store because of all of the above. I just wanted to share with you to show recognition to Wade and his employees.Phil & Will

Comment: The associates were very helpful, especially the woman at the seafood counter, who went out of her way to answer questions and find items. Also Pierre, who was stocking and went to find out if an item was in stock and help find it. It is always a pleasure to shop at publix.

Comment: So Ill try to make this very short. Im proud to say Im from Florida & we grew up shopping at Publix(only store that I deal with in Alabama). So I called earlier 2 see about getting a birthday cake for my mom...see my baby brother was suppose to do it but we laid him to rest on Sunday. THIS IS WHY I DEAL WITH PUBLIX. I CALLED TO TELL THEM THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME ON SUCH SHORT NOTICE & THEY DID THIS! I broke down in the store because Im just soooo grateful for their kindness when they didnt have to. I said all of this because all we need is simple kindness and love...& thank you again for showing me exactly that!

Comment: Since My neighborhood is just south I shop here on a regular basis and overall I like the store and staff. No complaints other than I wish their shopping carts weren’t always down the street sitting on a sidewalk every other day. They should spend the money to utilize locking carts for this area. Hope the managers read these comments!

Comment: I love this store but the new young phamarcist doesn’t seem to be keen on providing service after 630pm. After looking at my Aetna card, he said he couldn’t give me a flu shot since I don’t have a pharmacy card. I was perplexed since that’s the only card I have. He went on to say He is not making it up. Then I asked him, why my husband was able to have his flu shot in this same location and we have the same card. He looked up my husband’s records in their system and then gave me paperwork to fill out. He was either lying or is not well trained to know there are some employees not provided with a phamarcy card. I think it’s more of the previous. That is worrisome to me.

Comment: This Publix has the most friendly and helpful managers in ALL depts! It is Easter weekend and they are SO busy yet took time to help me find items. Just wish there were more of a selection of certain spreads, cheese & crackers in the deli. Otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars. Thank you all for helping me.

Comment: I heard that this Publix take more than two competitors coupon( that are the same product) since I was in the neighborhood, I thought why not stop by and check it out. And I was in the register thinking,maybe what I heard was wrong and maybe this cashier will tell me that I got too many coupons. I just dont feel like to get embarrassed you know. Wow I was surprised, what a wonderful cashier ( her name is Erika)I have, she make me feel at ease no questions asked. Talking about shopping is a pleasure and it was a pleasure. Thank you Publix.

Comment: Publix is my go to for BoGos and friendly service. The rotisserie chickens are usually small and dry and are too expensive compared to Costo where rotisserie chickens are big and juicy and way cheaper. Some locations have some deals & products that others dont have.
