If you never gad a pub sub. Head over to the deli and select one of their famous publix subs, or grab yourself a pre-made 6. You wont be disappointed. If subs arent not on your tastebubs at the moment. Try their non breaded/breaded chicken or chicken wings. When checking out, I like the self check outout but still prefer to wait for a cashier to ring my items up.

Comment: Ive been going here since I was little, honestly probably not the safest area in the world but they have a police man on sight at all times. The seafood area, meat selection, deli and ready made food is good but constancy is iffy sometimes. Not so much the seafood area and meat department but for instance rotisserie chickens ready and soup menu thats right every week sometimes varies. I also only say that because Im obsessed with the lobster bisque and theyre only supposed to have it on Mondays and theyre THE ONLY Publix that does I swear every other publix doesnt have the lobster bisque even when Ive asked to order it told me they cant for some reason but this one does but on occasion on a Monday they wont but on the same coin Ive gone in on a Thursday and they were serving it. I know thats a very minor issue thats usually due to staff and in this area I understand why I used to work in a deli near by and we would only have certain things when some people worked. Thats at least my thought you know, but overall every time I go in the seafood department is so sweet and asks if I need anything and sometimes the bakery is sweet and gives me a cookie because I am a college student and poor. The mural is beautiful and should get a little more attention too

Comment: I really wish the produce had more variety in bagged greens. Its clean there, the employees are very nice, and helpful. They run out of wings and premade sandwiches early. The line is usually long and slow back in the deli but the food is delicious.

Comment: Went in for a pub sub and had service like Ive never had before. Ask for miss v shes an awesome person and you can just see the love and care she pores into her work and her costumers. If anyone high up reads this give that gal a pat on the back and a raise. She is truly the spirit of Publix🙂!

Comment: The employees asked you if you need anything or can they helped to find what youre looking for. They also tell you what tastes good and how good the food is. The deserts tastes real good. I would tell anyone to there and shop for groceries and cook food.

Comment: My Publix. Ive never taken ownership of a market, but this market is the best. Always well stocked with my favorite products, and really friendly and helpful staff. I got both COVID-19 VACCINES st the pharmacy. So this is definitely my Publix. sidenote: Better than Ralphs, the L.A. markets.

Comment: I go to Publix a lot when Im in a hurry and dont feel like waiting and Walmart super ridiculous long lines still has a good Vive shopping environment occasionally you will run into a not too nice or ax Walmart cashier who I was lucky enough to get a job at Publix but for the most part its great even though its a little bit pricey at times I enjoy the buy one get one free though it helps

Comment: Just wanted to give this store some positive feedback. We ordered and picked up an Italian Sub and it was delicious. We were out self-checkout and as we looked away at the end caps considering a drink, the cashier thought we needed assistance. She was really sweet and welcoming. I’d shop here again.

Comment: This afternoon, I had the pleasure to be taken care of by Cherra in the deli. Where lunch is a pleasure. Before I ever made it to the counter, I knew I would get an awesome sub. She greeted me warmly, smiled (as best she could with a muzzle on), and was attentive. She was efficient, cleaned up between sandwiches, made sure my ingredients were fresh and not old and wilted, and she cleaned the knife off so that I didnt have mustard or mayo on my bread. I dont like these condiments on my sub. I mentioned to her that she was great and she simply stated, If I wouldnt put on my sub, I wouldnt put it on yours. She may have just been doing her job, but it I havent seen that level of care in the last year at a variety of locations throughout Jacksonville. Thank you Cherra!

Comment: Evening before Thanksgiving and all employees were stocking, making products on shelf accessible, helping customers find what they need and at the registers to keep customers moving. The parking lot was busy, but the staff definitely did a great job to get people in and out and with that safer with no crowding. THANK YOU!

Comment: Always a joy to go to Publixs for Wednesday Sushi when I can afford it. The lunch meat and cheese assembly is the best I love how they take pride in slicing and package both. And I was looking for a certain Sushi and the gentlemen saw me and said theres more up front. Great customer service. Thank you Publix

Comment: I love my Publix Pharmacy! All the pharmacy associations and pharmacists are wonderful and very helpful. Ive moved to a location with a closer Publix and still wont move my prescriptions from this one. Id rather drive to this Publix because of the people.

Comment: Always a pleasure. Yes Publix prices are slightly higher than the other local grocery stores but they are so worth it. If you mostly stick to shopping the ad, you get great deals. Publix is diligent about cleaning their shopping carts. They do have arrows posted on the floor. Many shoppers ignore them which is annoying. The parking lot and store is always clean. I always enjoy my shopping trips to Publix.

Comment: The staff at this Publix are very friendly. When I walk in I get greeted by 2 or more employees. As I am shopping the stock crew are greeting me down almost every aisle and asking if I need help finding an item. If Im not in a good mood when I go in Im smiling on my way out

Comment: This store is ALWAYS so clean and well stocked. Picture Perfect! Associates are friendly and willing to help. For instance, if you need help finding something, they dont just point you the direction, they will go with you to make sure you find what you are looking for. Department Managers even will offer to order something that is not stocked, if it is an available product for them to do so. Produce is ALWAYS fresh and great looking. Seafood is ALWAYS fresh and on point. I order my cakes from this Publix Bakery, and man oh man, never a flaw. Meat department keeps everything stocked and looking good. Ive never been disappointed with a purchase. The Deli staff are always fast and courteous. That Ultimate Sub at the deli is fire and everyone knows that Publix makes the best fried chicken. I strongly recommend the Deli Mac and Cheese.

Comment: Store is very well kept and fully stocked. Very well organized. Made my search quick and easy. The staff looked presentable and professional. The cashier was quick and knowledgeable of her duties but did not communicate with customer. I believe her name was Rachael. I smile goes a long way and is worth so much.One more thing, as you enter the establishment, there is a fishy smell.

Comment: A bit crowded, but the checkout lines seemed to be running smoothly. Always great sales & BOGOs. 4 stars because there wasnt anywhere near enough help in the deli. That line was extremely long. Ended up getting a pre-made potato salad, instead of the hot food I wanted.

Comment: I wanted to give them a five star but one of their employees I over heard a conversation and she called two little boys bastards or something to that effect and I was gonna report her, but decided not to because she will have Karma for the picking at those boys. Other than that or her and the female who agreed with her the staff is coolI love shopping there I always seem to find what Im looking for. The deli gets out of control and messy at times and I hate it but lately its been looking alot better.I just wish the place was a bit bigger. I will never stop shopping there and if I hear staff talk about children like again I will report asap.

Comment: Wonderful store, higher in prices than some other stores but often the only place to find certain items as well. The pharmacy is wonderful, much better than most others. Even if you cannot afford to shop here I highly recommend them for the pharmacy.

Comment: The employees are excellent... They are always Helpful,Courteous and Personable. Everything is always clean.I wouldnt shop any other grocery store but Publix.If they dont have what you want theyre willing to order it for you. Except for the light house honey mustard vinaigrette dressing Which they cant seem to get but they did try.Kudos for the effort.

Comment: I love this Publix I usually go to the Riverside Publix but this Publix has more variety in the Cosmetic area I bought two nail polishes today and other items from that area the people are very nice here sometimes the lines get a little long though there was only 4 people checking people out and it was after 4 p.m. but overall I give the store at 5 I give this door a rating of five which is excellent
