Comment: Just came home with their Mojo pork dinner for $7.99 and wow, the potion was very generous, 2 sides and a bun. Last week I went to a National fast place and got 2 tiny cheeseburgers, small fries and watered down drink for same price! Publix hot meals are a great value and delicious. Do yourself a favor; drive past those arches and head on over to Publix’s deli.

Haha I can go to one in Belair plaza or one in Holly Hill and get everything. Publix was conveniently located so I can walk to it. Also prices are through the roof. Lot of elderly people live here and if you have no transportation you are stuck.......not a happy person.

Comment: I love this Publix. Staff are all friendly and theres a great selection.However, the sushi can be hit or miss. Why must sauce be poured over everything at all times?! Do they assume nobody likes the real taste of sushi? Imitation crab inside all of the rolls is also no bueno. The last roll I purchased said tuna and salmon, yet under all the sauce, no salmon was to be found; worse still, the interior was Imitation crab! Gasp! When available, their classic salmon trays are great. Literally, some of the best sushi Ive ever had is from this Publix, but thats why I get especially grumpy when only mystery sauced rolls are available.

From the lovely lady at the Bakery who went above and beyond to help me, to the Lady Manager who went to get me the cottage cheese I couldn’t find when I was at check-out and brought back the exact brand and size I wanted. It was fantastic that we could report to family about damages which were minimal compared to many others over the state of Florida. Publix was on generator power but they shared. A wonderful help for many. Groceries were available. And personnel were very helpful and nice. Its a great store.

Comment: I love going to my local Publix! They have a beautiful, well-stocked store. The pharmacist knows me by name and is extremely helpful whenever I have a question. Its easy to navigate the parking lot; the stoplight is especially helpful when A1A is busy due to area events.The selection of products is excellent (even several choices of boxed wine - we didnt have that when I was a kid!). Lastly, if youre so inclined, you can check yourself out. And, there is always a friendly associate nearby to help if you get stuck. Its just fun to shop there!

Also curbside pickup is available.Special ordering allowed for products that arent in stock or if you want more of a product then they would normally keep on hand.you can Order ahead in deli.Make orders in bakery.Pharmacy on site where theyre offering COVID 19 shots. Im not sure if they have rapid tests on site. Which they also offer a WIDE VARIETY of products!!!The Fruits are USUALLY always fresh which is a huge plus for me and stocked on shelf.If whenever Ive bought a product of by some rare chance something is not to MY satisfaction they will allow you to exchange no questions asked.Self checkouts now an optionEasy to get in and out of the plaza which also has the liquor store available!!!

We had them make wraps in a variety of flavors, and cut into smaller portions. They also have veggie, for our vegan friends. This was a huge hit with everyone. Comment: Reach selection of precooked food, clean place and well organized.Vegetables in general are not very fresh, olive oil choices are limited and what we tried not good enough. Similarly, feta cheese options are limited and only sold in very small expensive packages. The butter we tried is mixed with margarine even though sold as butter.

Comment: I Love this Publix! The staff is always helpful and friendly. They are always making sure you have everything you need. I am always asked if I need help out to the car. I utilize the pharmacy too and they are super friendly and patient. They still clean and sanitize their carts!

Comment: This Publix has lots of organic selections, even lemons! They also have wild caught fish options. The staff is super friendly here and will go out of their way to help you find weird stuff (like the tub stopper I could not find). Don’t go to the liquor store though they are about 20% higher than ABC.

Comment: Normally great deals in the deli on carry out meals. Real skimpy portions on rib dinner. The price $7.49 is a little high, which is ok if given adequate portions. Even the side tub of okra was cut a little short. If I recall correctly the sign advertising the dinner is not labeled “3 Rib Dinner”.

Comment: This is our full-time grocery. Not just because it is close to our home, but weve become accustomed to the great customer service and awesome produce. We buy the large container of watermelon on every trip. No walk about the store brand cereals, but the free fish counter is my favorite. Buying if fresh and cooking at home right away make the flavor worth working for. And if you havent tried their pastries...omg.....not what the doctor ordered by dang good anyway. We love this store.

Me and my wife are scared to leave our house at the moment, because of family issues and violence against me and my wife for speaking out on the truth. We needed to go to the store, but could not because we are in a state of shock and feel so scared. It was not safe for us to be driving. Comment: I want to thank Pharmacist Lisa and staff for helping me obtain my Blood Pressure medication, Losartan. It was recently recalled due to possible impurity or contamination. An ingredient in that Lot, which was in my pills, was a potential human carcinogen!After 2 days of phone calls to Express Scripts and the Drs.office, Publix took over. At that point, I only had 2 days left of the medication. Lisa and staff knew just what to do to resolve the problem and solved it the same day.She also helped me last year with another medication when Express Scripts blocked it.I hope your Supervisor, Lisa, sees this.Thank you all so much!

We did find some excellent broccoli and portabella steak mushrooms. Customer service was excellent. An employee overhead us talking about finding an item and took us right to it.

Comment: As a senior citizen with a 100% VA disability, I have done more business with pharmacies around the world than most people. By comparison with the many pharmacies I have used over the years, the Publix Pharmacy in the Ormond Beach Mall sets the high bar for quality service and customer relations. All of the people in this pharmacy have impressed me with their professionalism but Dana and Debbie, especially, are just outstanding models of people with excellent job knowledge, efficiency, judgement--and most of all--people skills!I recently witnessed an incident when an elderly female customer had a loud, screaming fit over something she didnt like. Dana took the abuse calmly and resolved the issue in a cool and effective manner. I think she deserves combat pay if this is a normal part of her duties.

Had a rude sandwich maker walk off her shift without acknowledging me, but another employee immediately apologized and the deli manager stepped in to make my sandwich herself. You cant ask for more than that.

Comment: Publix has legendary customer service, and this location is no exception. Always a great shopping experience, and any problems or issues are resolved quickly when necessary. Plenty of staff to help you locate your items, and lots of convenient amenities like Redbox, Higi, drinking water refills, coin counter, lottery, and floral. Comment: Well, I have been living in Ormond Beach for all of my life. My grandparents, my parents, and now me have always went to this Publix!! I have been going to this Publix for 27 years!! (I am 27 years old.) My parents took me here when I was a baby! When my grandparents went to this Publix they used to come out of this store saying that it was quick, had everything you needed, had a great location, and that the people were helpful and friendly! When my parents are in this store now adays they are like.. Where is the popcorn? *Looks strait ahead* Oh! There it is!! Basically they think the same thing as my grandparents. I think that this store is SPECTACULAR!!!!!! I really LOVE this store and will be going here until I grow old!!;-)

Comment: I often go to Publix when I am in Ormond Beach. I always get good service. It seems to me they get better every year at theach the location on A1A. The staff and service today was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I got in the store. I went to the bakery and I was pleasantly assisted by both women working there. They were polite friendly and helpful. The man in the meat department went to the back to get me a pork loin was very polite and fast. At checkout the two ladies were so friendly. Thank you for creating a wonderful customer experience.

Comment: Publix is one of the best stores around. I shop there most of the time and although they can be a little more expensive than other stores I like the quality and the customer service there. Their Buy on- Get one free deals make up for the more expensive items most of the time. Only reason I only gave it 4 stars was because of higher prices. Clean & New also.

Comment: We rolled in and out getting all our needed food quickly, the staff was friendly and helpful. The store was well kept and the bathrooms were as good as you can expect for a well trafficked grocery store. The food was a bit on the pricey side however.
